Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención del análogo de somatostatina octreotide por medio de síntesis en fase sólida sobre soportes poliméricos y por intervención de grupos protectores del tipo Fmoc/tBu. Comprende construir el péptido lineal de 7 aminoácidos Boc-D-Phe-Cys(Trt)-Phe-D- Trp-Lys(Boc)Thr(tBu)-Cys(Trt)-Cl-tritil-R en donde R es un polímero; tratar con ácido la peptidil-resina resultante, para el desanclaje del péptido de la resina; ciclar la estructuras lineal obtenida por reacción con yodo antes o después de la incorporación en el extremo carboxi terminal del residuo de treoninol; incorporar el residuo de treoninol en solución sobre el péptido de 7 aminoácidos protegido con o sin el disulfuro formado; y desproteger las cadenas laterales con ácido para obtener octreotide.
