LAS AMINAS AROMATICAS SON ELABORADAS MEDIANTE HIDROGENACION DE LOS NITROAROMATOS PERTENECIENTES A FASE GASEOSA EN CATALIZADORES FIJOS EN EL LUGAR. LOS CATALIZADORES CONTIENEN METALES ACTIVOS DE HIDROGENACION SOBRE PORTADORES. LA REACCION SE REALIZA EN UNA PRESION DE 2-50 BAR Y UNA TEMPERATURA EN LA ZONA DE 250-500 CORRE POR UN GAS DE CIRCUITO, QUE CONTIENE POR EQUIVALENTE DE GRUPO NITRO 3150 MOL DE HIDROGENO, 2-100 MOL DEL GRUPO AMINO A SER FORMADO Y POR CADA GRUPO DE AMINO AROMATICO CONTIENE 2 HASTA 6 MOL DE AGUA. A PARTIR DEL GAS DE CIRCUITO SE SEPARAN LAS AMINAS FORMADAS Y AGUA ASI COMO DE LA CORRIENTE DE LIMPIEZA. EL GAS DE CIRCUITO SE ENRIQUECE DESPUES CON NITROAROMATO EVAPORADO E HIDROGENO FRESCO Y SE RECICLA.
