Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA UNA OPTIMACION REPETITIVA DE LOS PROCESOS DE EMBUTICION QUE EN LAS PRENSAS ESTAMPADORAS-EMBUTIDORAS SON REALIZADOS A UNOS DETERMINADOS INTERVALOS. LA FUERZA DE APRETADURA, QUE PUEDE SER REGULADA EN EL SUJETADOR, ES EN FUNCION DE LA CALIDAD DE LA PIEZA DE EMBUTICION REALIZADA EN UNA CADENCIA DE TRABAJO ANTERIOR REDUCIDA (EN EL CASO DE UNOS DESGARROS EN LA PIEZA) O AUMENTA (EN CASO DE UNAS PLEGADURAS DE LA PIEZA) PARA LA SIGUIENTE CADENCIA DE TRABAJO, O BIEN LA MISMA ES MANTENIDA AL SER BUENA LA PIEZA EMBUTIDA. CON EL FIN DE QUE LA CALIDAD DE LA PIEZA DE EMBUTICION PUEDA SER RECONOCIDA AUTOMATICAMENTE, EN CADA CADENCIA DE TRABAJO CON RESPECTO A LOS CRITERIOS DE "PIEZAS DE DESGARRO", "PIEZAS BUENAS" Y "PIEZAS DE PLEGADURA", RESPECTIVAMENTE, Y PARA PODER EFECTUAR, DE FORMA CORRESPONDIENTE, EL PROCESO DE OPTIMACION COMO UN PROCESO DE REGULACION QUE DE UNA MANERA AUTOMATICA TIENE LUGAR DENTRO DE UN CIRCUITO CERRADO, ANTES DE SER INICIADA LA PRODUCCION DE UN DETERMINADO TIPO DE UNA PIEZA DE EMBUTICION A REALIZAR, POR MEDIO DE UN ANALISIS DE LA EMISION SONORA DE UN SONIDO CORPORAL PRODUCIDO POR LA PIEZA DE EMBUTICION DURANTE EL PROCESO DE ESTAMPAR O EMBUTIRLA DENTRO DE LA HERRAMIENTA DE EMBUTICION, ES DETECTADO EL DESARROLLO NORMAL DEL RUIDO DE LA ESTAMPACION-EMBUTICION; ESTE MISMO DESARROLLO ES MEMORIZADO COMO UN DATO, Y DEL MISMO ES DETERMINADO, ADEMAS UN DESARROLLO CARACTERISTICO DEL NIVEL, DESDE LAS PARTES DE SONIDO PERIODICAS HASTA LAS PARTES DE SONIDO ESTOGUASTICAS, EL CUAL ES MEMORIZADO ASIMISMO COMO UN DATO. DURANTE LA PRODUCCION DE LAS PIEZAS DE EMBUTICION, LA SEÑAL DE SONIDO CORPORAL ES EXAMINADO CADA VEZ DENTRO DE UN AMPLIO ESPECTRO DE FRECUENCIA Y, DADO EL CASO, LA MISMA ES CERRADA PARA LAS PIEZAS DE "DESGARROS". ADEMAS, LA SEÑAL DE SONIDO CORPORAL ES EXAMINADA CADA VEZ EN CUANTO AL DESARROLLO DEL NIVEL DESDE LAS PARTES DE SONIDO PERIODICAS HASTA LAS PARTES DE SONIDO ESTOGUASTICAS, Y LA MISMA, EN SU CASO, ES CERRADA PARA LAS PIEZAS DE "PLEGADURAS".
