LA FUERZA DE APRETADURA, QUE PUEDE SER REGULADA EN EL SUJETADOR, ES EN FUNCION DE LA CALIDAD DE LA PIEZA DE EMBUTICION REALIZADA EN UNA CADENCIA DE TRABAJO ANTERIOR REDUCIDA (EN EL CASO DE UNOS DESGARROS EN LA PIEZA) O AUMENTA (EN CASO DE UNAS PLEGADURAS DE LA PIEZA) PARA LA SIGUIENTE CADENCIA DE TRABAJO, O BIEN LA MISMA ES MANTENIDA AL SER BUENA LA PIEZA EMBUTIDA.
