Abstract

SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO PARA LA FABRICACION DE RESINAS MEJORADAS SOLUBLES EN AGUA DE POLIAMINOPOLIAMIDA-EPICLOROHIDRINA. LA REACCION POLIAMINOPOLIAMIDA-EPICLOROHIDRINA SE CONTINUA HASTA QUE HA REACCIONADO ENTRE EL 70% AL 100% DE LA CARGA TOTAL DE EPICLOROHIDRINA. LA MEZCLA DE POLIAMINOPOLIAMIDA-EPICLOROHIDRINA SE TRATA ENTONCES CON UNA CANTIDAD ESPECIFICA DE UN ACIDO MINERAL LIBRE DE HALOGENO. EL ACIDO MINERAL SE SELECCIONA PREFERIBLEMENTE DEL GRUPO QUE CONSISTE EN ACIDO SULFURICO, ACIDO FOSFORICO, ACIDO NITRICO Y SULFATO DE HIDROGENO DE SODIO. SIGUIENDO A LA TERMINACION DE LA ADICION DE ACIDO, LA REACCION SE CONTINUA PARA EFECTUAR AL MENOS UNA REDUCCION DEL 10% EN LA CONCENTRACION DE ORGANOCLORINO DE LA UNION DE POLIMERO, BASADA EN LA COMPOSICION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION EN EL PERIODO DE LA ADICION DEL ACIDO.
