INCLUSO CUANDO EL PIMIENTO ROJO PICANTE SE UTILIZA COMO MATERIA PRIMA, LA INVENCION ES CAPAZ DE PROPORCIONAR UNA MATERIA COLORANTE ROJA NATURAL EVALUADA MEDIANTE UNA PRUEBA ORGANOLEPTICA COMO CARENTE DE SABOR PICANTE. CUANDO LA MATERIA COLORANTE NATURAL ROJA SE PREPARA A PARTIR DEL PIMIENTO ROJO PICANTE COMO MATERIA PRIMA MEDIANTE EL METODO DE EXTRACCION POR GAS SUPERCRITICO, LA INVENCION ES CAPAZ DE REDUCIR DRASTICAMENTE LA PRESION DE GAS DEL REACTIVO DE EXTRACCION EN COMPARACION CON LA TECNICA ANTERIOR.
