NUEVOS DERIVADOS DE HEPARINA TENIENDO ACTIVIDAD ANTITROMBOTICA, TAMBIEN DOTADOS COMO REDUCTORES DE HEMORRAGIA Y EFECTOS ANTICOAGULANTES, OBTENIDOS TRATANDO HEPARINAS DE VARIOS ORIGENES EN UN MEDIO BASICO, OPCIONALMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE SALES DE METAL ALCALINO Y UN AGENTE REDUCTOR. LOS DERIVADOS DE HEPARINA OBTENIDOS MEDIANTE ESTE TRATAMIENTO MUESTRAN PECULIARES CARACTERISTICAS FISICO QUIMICAS, COMO NUEVAS SEÑALES DE ALREDEDOR DE 53 Y 54 P.P.M. EN EL ESPECTRO 13C-NMR Y UNA ELEVACION DE LA POTENCIA ROTATORIA ESPECIFICA, COMPARADA CON LA DE LAS HEPARINAS INICIALES A VALORES ENTRE +50 A 90 .
