UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA TRATAR LA SILICE DE UN ORGANOSOL DE SILICE, CONSISTENTE EN SILICE DISPERSA EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO MISCIBLE CON AGUA, CON UN TRIALCOXISILANO A FIN DE HACER LA SILICE MAS ORGANOFILA MIENTRAS SE MINIMIZA LA AUTOCONDENSACION DEL TRIALCOXISILANO, CUYO PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: A) MEZCLAR AGUA Y UNA CANTIDAD CATALITICA DE ACIDO CON EL ORGANOSOL DE SILICE; B) AÑADIR GRADUALMENTE A LA MEZCLA EN CONDICIONES REACTIVAS UN TRIALCOXISILANO; Y C) ELIMINAR SUSTANCIALMENTE LA TOTALIDAD DEL AGUA; EN DONDE EL TRIALCOXISILANO ESTA PRESENTE EN UN NIVEL DE HASTA APROXIMADAMENTE EL 30% EN PESO, EN BASE AL PESO DE LA SILICE, Y EL AGUA SE AÑADE EN UNA CANTIDAD DE HASTA APROXIMADAMENTE EL 3% EN PESO, EN BASE AL PESO DEL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO MISCIBLE CON AGUA.
