Claims (9)

  1. 수-혼화성 유기용매에서 분산된 실리카로 이루어진 실리카 유기졸에서, 물 및 촉매량의 산을 실리카 유기졸과 혼합시키고;트리아콜시실란을 반응성 조건하에서 상기 혼합물에 천천히 가하며, 거의 모든 물을 제거(여기에서 트리콕알시실란은 실리가 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 30중량% 이하, 물은 수-혼화성유기 용매 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 15중량% 이하의 양으로 존재한다)함을 특징으로 하여,트리알콕시실란의 자기 축함을 최소화시키면서 실리카를 더 친 유기성으로 만들기 위한, 트리-알콕시실란을 사용한 실리카 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카가 콜로이드성 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 물을 공비증류에 의해 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 트리알콕시실란이 실리가 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 20중량% 이하로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 트리알콕시란이 실리카중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 12중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 물이 수-혼화성 유기용매 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1 내지 약 10중량%의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 물, 산 및 실리카 유기졸의 혼합물을 약 25 내지 약 140℃의 온도로 유지시키면서, 트리알콕시실란을 상기 혼합물에 천천히 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 약 90 내지 약 120℃의 온도로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 표면처리된 실리카.
