Claims (5)
- a) 다음 일반식(V)으로 표시되는 붕소산 유돛를산화하고,b) 다음 일반식(VI)으로 표시되는 얻은 붕산 유도체의 가수분해하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 5,6,7,7a-테트라하이드로-4H-티에노[3,2-c] 피리딘-2-은 유도체와 이의 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 무기산과 유기산과의 부가염의 제조방법.(상기 식들에서 R은 수소원자 또는 페닐기이고, 페닐기는 최소한 하나의 할로겐원자 또는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 니트로기, 카르복실기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 또는 시아노기로 임의로 치환될 수 있고; R'는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기이고, n는 0,1,2,3 또는 4이고; R"는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기이다)
- 산화를 반응혼합물의 온도 상승을 방해하지 않는 조건하에 불활성 용매에서 과산화수소로 행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 가수분해를 반응혼합물과 물을 접촉시켜서 행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1 또는 2에 따른 방법.
- 실제적으로 전술한 바와 같이 하고 실시예와 같이 함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 화합물의 제조방법.
- R이 페닐기이고, 페닐기가 할로겐원자, C1-C4알킬기, 니트로기 또는 시아노기로 임의로 치환될 수 있고, R'가 수소원자 또는 C1-C4알킬기이고 n가 1임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
