Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de construction d'une cage d'ascenseur d'une installation d'ascenseur,
    la cage d'ascenseur (12) étant orientée principalement verticalement et formant un trajet de déplacement (23) pour une cabine (22) de l'installation d'ascenseur (10, 310, 410, 510), laquelle cabine (22) est déplacée à l'intérieur du trajet de déplacement (23) à une vitesse nominale lors d'un fonctionnement normal de l'installation d'ascenseur (10, 310, 410, 510), et le procédé comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - Superposition de plusieurs modules de base (14, 16, 18, 518),
    - Fermeture de la cage d'ascenseur (12) vers le haut par la mise en place d'un module supérieur (21, 521),
    - fournir un élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519), et
    - placer l'élément intermédiaire sélectionné (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519), entre un module de base supérieur (18, 518) et le module supérieur (21, 521),
    caractérisé en ce que
    en ce que l'élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519) présente une hauteur d'élément intermédiaire (h1, h3, h4, h5) dépendant de ladite vitesse nominale de la cabine (22).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la hauteur d'élément intermédiaire (h1, h3, h4, h5) de l'élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519) augmente lorsque la vitesse nominale de la cabine (22) augmente.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la hauteur d'élément intermédiaire (h1, h3, h4, h5) de l'élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519) est fonction du carré de la vitesse nominale de la cabine (22).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément intermédiaire (19, 319, 419, 519) est constitué uniquement de supports d'élément intermédiaire (27) orientés principalement verticalement.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément intermédiaire (119, 219) dispose de supports d'élément intermédiaire (127, 227) orientés verticalement et d'une traverse d'élément intermédiaire (129, 229a, 229b) orientée horizontalement.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les supports d'élément intermédiaire (27, 127, 227) et/ou la traverse d'élément intermédiaire (129, 229a, 229b) sont fabriqués à partir de profilés métalliques.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque module de base (14, 16, 18, 518) comporte une ouverture de porte (35) pour l'agencement d'une porte palière (37).
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation d'ascenseur (10)
    - un contrepoids (30),
    - un moyen de support (24) reliant la cabine (22) et le contrepoids (30), et
    - un tampon de contrepoids (31)
    le tampon de contrepoids (31) étant réalisé et disposé de manière à limiter un déplacement du contrepoids (30) vers le bas et pouvant être comprimé par le contrepoids (30) au maximum d'une course de tampon (s), et la hauteur d'élément intermédiaire (h1, h3, h4, h5) de l'élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519) étant fonction de ladite course de tampon (p) du tampon de contrepoids (31).
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la hauteur d'élément intermédiaire (h1, h3, h4, h5) de l'élément intermédiaire (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519) dépend de la présence d'un dispositif de limitation (533), le dispositif de limitation (533) étant conçu pour limiter le mouvement de la cabine (22) en direction du module supérieur (521) lors d'une opération de maintenance de l'installation d'ascenseur (10, 310, 410, 510) .
