Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das technische Gebiet der Becher, insbesondere einen Becherdeckel und einen Becher mit demselben.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Ein Pappbecher ist eine Sorte von Lebensmittelverpackungsbehältern, die bequem zu verwenden, leicht zu tragen und weit verbreitet ist. Der Pappbecher dient zur Aufnahme von Wasser, Kaffee, Milch, Saft, Getränk, Joghurt, Eis und anderen Lebensmitteln. Bei der Verwendung eines Pappbechers wird die Öffnung des Pappbechers normalerweise mit einem Becherdeckel abgedeckt, um zu verhindern, dass die im Pappbecher enthaltenen Lebensmittel während des Gebrauchs des Pappbechers herauslaufen. Darüber hinaus ist an dem Becherdeckel ein Loch vorgesehen, damit der Verbraucher einen Strohhalm einführen und durch den Strohhalm essen bzw. trinken kann oder direkt durch das Loch trinken kann. Ein Becherdeckel, mit dem sowohl ein Strohhalm verwendet werden als auch ein direktes Trinken realisiert werden kann, ist zum Beispiel aus US3800999 bekannt. US2011233208 offenbart einen Becherdeckel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
    • Offenbarung der Erfindung
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung zielt darauf ab, einem Becherdeckel, mit dem der Benutzer nach Bedarf die Trinkweise frei auswählen kann, und einen Becher zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt einen Becherdeckel zur Verfügung, umfassend: einen Hauptdeckelkörper und eine Deckelseitenwand, die entlang dem Umfang des Hauptdeckelkörpers den Hauptdeckelkörper umgibt, wobei der Hauptdeckelkörper in Form eines umgekehrten Eimers ausgebildet ist und eine Oberseite und einen Seitenwandabschnitt umfasst, wobei an der Oberseite ein Loch für saugendes Trinken und ein Loch für direktes Trinken vorgesehen sind, die miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei das Loch für saugendes Trinken mit einem ersten Dichtungsteil bedeckt ist und das Loch für direktes Trinken mit einem zweiten Dichtungsteil bedeckt ist; wobei zwischen dem ersten Dichtungsteil und dem zweiten Dichtungsteil eine Trennlinie angeordnet ist; wobei der Seitenwandabschnitt des Hauptdeckelkörpers an einer Innenwand der Deckelseitenwand anliegt, wobei ein Boden der Deckelseitenwand nach innen gefaltet ist, um den Seitenwandabschnitt des Hauptdeckelkörpers zu umhüllen; und wobei an einer Innenwand des Seitenwandabschnitts des Hauptdeckelkörpers ein nach innen vorstehender konvexer Verriegelungsring angeordnet ist.
  • Optional ist der Querschnitt des konvexen Verriegelungsrings halbkreisförmig oder trapezförmig ausgebildet.
  • Optional ist zwischen dem zweiten Dichtungsteil und der Oberseite des Hauptdeckelkörpers eine Schneidlinie angeordnet, so dass das zweite Dichtungsteil und die Oberseite des Hauptdeckelkörpers durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind; wobei ein eingestellter Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils mit der Oberseite des Hauptdeckelkörpers verbunden ist, und wobei zwischen dem verbleibenden Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils und der Oberseite des Hauptdeckelkörpers eine Schneidlinie angeordnet ist, so dass der verbleibende Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils und die Oberseite des Hauptdeckelkörpers durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Optional umfasst der Becherdeckel weiterhin eine an der äußeren Seitenwand des Becherkörpers aufgesetzte Halterung, die durch einen Verbindungsteil mit dem Hauptdeckelkörper verbunden ist.
  • Optional ist die Oberfläche der Halterung mit einer konvex-konkaven Struktur versehen und/oder mit einem Antirutschmittel beschichtet.
  • Optional ist eine obere Kante der Deckelseitenwand nach außen gekrümmt, um eine Wulst zu bilden.
  • Optional ist der Hauptdeckelkörper und die Deckelseitenwand aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt.
  • Optional sind die Außenflächen des Hauptdeckelkörpers und der Deckelseitenwand mit einer Beschichtung versehen.
  • In einem anderen Aspekt stellt die vorliegende Erfindung weiterhin einen Becher zur Verfügung, umfassend einen Becherkörper mit einem offenen Ende und einen Becherdeckel, der das offene Ende des Becherkörpers bedeckt.
  • Optional ist das offene Ende des Becherkörpers mit zwei übereinander liegenden Becherdeckeln bedeckt.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt einen Becherdeckel und einen Becher zur Verfügung. Durch den Becherdeckel kann verhindert werden, dass die Lebensmittel in dem Becher auslaufen oder verschmutzt werden, und der Becherdeckel kann leicht geöffnet werden, um den Becher zu verwenden. Mit der Anordnung eines Lochs für saugendes Trinken und eines Lochs für direktes Trinken an dem Hauptdeckelkörper kann der Benutzer gemäß dem Anwendungsszenario und seinen eigenen Vorlieben die Trinkweise auswählen. Der Benutzer kann das Getränk entweder unter Verwendung des Trinkhalms durch das Loch für saugendes Trinken oder durch das Loch für direktes Trinken unmittelbar trinken. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat eine einfache Struktur und eine bequeme Verwendung. Mit der Anordnung eines konvexen Verriegelungsrings an der Innenseite des Becherdeckels wird das offene Ende des Becherkörpers in dem Becherdeckel befestigt. Mit der Anordnung der Halterung wird verhindert, dass der Becherdeckel und der Becherkörper versehentlich voneinander abgetrennt werden, dadurch wird die Bequemlichkeit der Verwendung des Becherdeckels verbessert. Darüber hinaus sind der Becherdeckel und der Becher aus einem abbaubaren Papiermaterial gefertigt, das recycelt werden kann, was förderlich für den Umweltschutz ist.
    • Kurzbeschreibung der Figuren
  • Um die technische Lösung in den Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung oder aus dem Stand der Technik klarer zu erläutern, werden die zu verwendenden Figuren in der Erläuterung für die Ausführungsformen oder den Stand der Technik im Folgenden kurz vorgestellt. Offensichtlich stellen die Figuren in der folgenden Erläuterung nur einige Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung dar, und der Durchschnittsfachmann auf diesem Gebiet kann auf der Grundlage der Figuren andere Figuren erhalten, ohne kreative Arbeiten zu haben.

    • Konkrete Ausführungsformen
  • Im Zusammenhang mit Ausführungsbeispielen und Figuren werden die ausführlichen Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung im Folgenden näher erläutert. Die folgenden Ausführungsformen dienen zur Erläuterung der vorliegenden Erfindung, darauf wird der Umfang der vorliegenden Erfindung jedoch nicht beschränkt.
  • Wie in Figuren 1A bis 2B dargestellt, stellt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Becherdeckel 1 zur Verfügung, umfassend: einen Hauptdeckelkörper 10 und eine Deckelseitenwand 20, die entlang dem Umfang des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 den Hauptdeckelkörper 10 umgibt. Der Hauptdeckelkörper 10 ist in Form eines umgekehrten Eimers ausgebildet und umfasst eine Oberseite 11 und Seitenwandabschnitt 12, wobei an der Oberseite 11 ein Loch für saugendes Trinken und ein Loch für direktes Trinken vorgesehen sind, die miteinander verbunden sind. Dabei wird das Loch für saugendes Trinken dazu verwendet, einen Trinkhalm einzuführen, um das Getränk in dem Becher zu trinken, und das Loch für direktes Trinken wird dazu verwendet, das Getränk in dem Becher unmittelbar zu trinken. Das Loch für saugendes Trinken ist mit einem ersten Dichtungsteil 30 bedeckt, und das Loch für direktes Trinken ist mit einem zweiten Dichtungsteil 40 bedeckt; wobei zwischen dem ersten Dichtungsteil 30 und dem zweiten Dichtungsteil 40 eine Trennlinie 13 angeordnet ist, um das erste Dichtungsteil 30 und das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 voneinander zu trennen. Nach Bedarf können die Größe und die Form des Lochs für saugendes Trinken und des Lochs für direktes Trinken sowie deren Position an der Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 eingestellt werden, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht speziell beschränkt ist.
  • Wie in Figuren 1A und 1B dargestellt, ist zwischen dem zweiten Dichtungsteil 40 und der Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 eine Schneidlinie 15 angeordnet, so dass das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 und die Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind; wobei ein eingestellter Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 mit der Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 verbunden ist, und wobei zwischen dem verbleibenden Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 und der Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 eine Schneidlinie 15 angeordnet ist, so dass der verbleibende Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 und die Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind. In dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist das erste Dichtungsteil 30 durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt 16 mit der Oberseite 11 verbunden, dabei kann die Größe des Verbindungsabschnitts 16 nach Bedarf eingestellt werden, und der Verbindungsabschnitt 16 ist üblicherweise am distalsten Ende des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 gegenüber der Trennlinie 13 angeordnet. Zwischen dem verbleibenden Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 bzw. dem zweiten Dichtungsteil 40 und der Oberseite 11 ist eine Schneidlinie 15 angeordnet, so dass der verbleibende Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils 30 und das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte mit der Oberseite 11 verbunden sind. Wie in Figuren 4 und 5A, 5B dargestellt, kann der Benutzer durch die Schneidlinie 15 unter Verwendung des Trinkhalms 5 entlang der Schneidlinie 15 das erste Dichtungsteil 30 öffnen, um ein Eintreten durch das Loch für saugendes Trinken in den Becherkörper sowie ein Austreten davon zu realisieren (siehe Figur 4), oder wird das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 entlang der Schneidlinie 15 geöffnet (siehe Figur 5A), dann wird das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 abgerissen (siehe Figur 5B), um das Loch für direktes Trinken vollständig zu öffnen, so dass der Benutzer durch das Loch für direktes Trinken das Getränk in dem Becherkörper unmittelbar trinkt.
  • Wie in den Figuren 2A und 2B gezeigt, liegt der Seitenwandabschnitt 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 an der Innenwand der Deckelseitenwand 20 an, wobei der Boden der Deckelseitenwand 20 nach innen gefaltet ist, um den Seitenwandabschnitt 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 zu umhüllen, nämlich steckt der nach innen gefaltete Teil des Bodens der Deckelseitenwand 20 den Seitenwandabschnitt 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 in die Mitte, um eine dreischichtige Struktur zu bilden. Der nach innen gefaltete Teil des Bodens der Deckelseitenwand 20 umhüllt den Seitenwandabschnitt 12 vollständig, nämlich liegt das ablaufende Ende des nach innen gefalteten Teils des Bodens der Deckelseitenwand 20 an der Innenwand der Oberseite 10 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 an. Die obere Kante der Deckelseitenwand 20 ist nach außen gekrümmt, um eine Wulst 21 zu bilden, um die Festigkeit der Deckelseitenwand 20 zu verbessern.
  • Wie in Figur 2B dargestellt, ist an der Innenwand des Seitenwandabschnitts 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 ein nach innen vorstehender konvexer Verriegelungsring 14 angeordnet, wenn der Becherdeckel 1 das offene Ende des Becherkörpers bedeckt, dient der konvexe Verriegelungsring 14 dazu, das offene Ende des Becherkörpers in dem Becherdeckel 1 zu befestigen. Aufgrund des nach innen vorstehenden konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14 steht der Teil der Deckelseitenwand 20, der nach innen gefaltet ist und den Seitenwandabschnitt 12 umhüllt, auch entsprechend nach innen, und die vorstehende Form ist gleich wie die vorstehende Form des konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14. Der Querschnitt des konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14 kann halbkreisförmig oder trapezförmig ausgebildet sein, auf die Weise bilden der konvexe Verriegelungsring 14 und die Innenwand des benachbarten Seitenwandabschnitts 12 eine Führungsfläche in Form eines Abhangs aus; so dass beim Bedecken des offenen Endes des Becherkörpers durch den Becherdeckel 1 das offene Ende des Becherkörpers den konvexen Verriegelungsring 14 überschreitet und in einen Raum zwischen dem konvexen Verriegelungsring 14 und der Oberseite 11 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 eintritt, um das offene Ende des Becherkörpers in dem Becherdeckel 1 zu befestigen. Nach Bedarf können die Form und die Größe des konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14 sowie seine Position an dem Seitenwandabschnitt 12 eingestellt werden, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht speziell beschränkt ist. Nach Bedarf kann der zwischen dem Seitenwandabschnitt 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 und der Oberseite 11 eingeschlossene Winkel eingestellt werden, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht speziell beschränkt ist.
  • Wie in Figuren 3A und 3B dargestellt, beträgt die Höhe des Seitenwandabschnitts 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 in einem spezifischen Ausführungsbeispiel 6 mm, wobei der Querschnitt des konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14 ein Halbkreis mit einem Radius von 1,5 mm ist, und wobei die untere Kante des konvexen Verriegelungsrings 14 einen Abstand von 2 mm zu dem unteren Ende des Seitenwandabschnitts 12 aufweist, und wobei der am Verriegelungsring 14 nach innen vorstehende höchste Punkt des Teils der Deckelseitenwand 20, der den Seitenwandabschnitt 12 umhüllt und nach innen gefaltet ist, um 0,3 mm höher als die vorstehende Stelle ist. Der Hauptdeckelkörper 10 ist eine sich verjüngende Form mit einem größeren Oberteil und einem kleineren Unterteil, wobei der Seitenwandabschnitt 12 sich nach innen neigt und mit der Achse der Oberseite 11 einen Winkel von 5° einschließt.
  • Wie in Figuren 6A und 6B dargestellt, umfasst der Becherdeckel 1 in einem optionalen Ausführungsbeispiel weiterhin eine an der äußeren Seitenwand des Becherkörpers 2 aufgesetzte Halterung 3, und die Halterung 3 ist durch einen Verbindungsteil 4 mit dem Hauptdeckelkörper 10 verbunden. Die Halterung 3 ist eine ringförmige Struktur, die eine gleiche Form wie der Becherkörper 2 aufweist (der Becherkörper 2 weist üblicherweise eine verjüngende Form mit einem größeren Oberteil und einem kleineren Unterteil auf, deshalb weist die Halterung 3 ebenfalls eine gleiche verjüngende Form auf), und die Halterung 3 wird von dem Boden des Becherkörpers 2 an dem Becherkörper 2 aufgesetzt. Nach der zu steckenden Position der Halterung 3 an dem Becherkörper 2 wird die Größe der Halterung 3 festgestellt. Die Halterung 3 kann aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt sein, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht speziell beschränkt ist. Das Verbindungsteil 4 ist eine Verbindungskomponente zum Verbinden der Halterung 3 und des Becherdeckels 1, wobei ein Ende des Verbindungsteils mit der Seitenwand der Halterung 3 und das andere Ende mit der Deckelseitenwand 20 des Becherdeckels 1 verbunden ist. Das Verbindungsteil 4 kann aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt sein und ist durch Ultraschallverbindung, Heißsiegeln, Verkleben und andere Verfahren mit der Halterung 3 und dem Becherdeckel 1 verbunden, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht speziell beschränkt ist.
  • Wie in Figuren 7A und 7B dargestellt, ist in einem optionalen Ausführungsbeispiel die Halterung 3 eine ringförmige Struktur, deren Form der Form des Becherkörpers 2 entgegengesetzt ist (der Becherkörper 2 weist eine verjüngende Form mit einem größeren Oberteil und einem kleineren Unterteil auf, deshalb weist die Halterung 3 eine verjüngende Form mit einem kleineren Oberteil und einem größeren Unterteil auf).
  • Wie in Figur 8 dargestellt, ist in einem optionalen Ausführungsbeispiel ein offener Abschnitt 301 an der Halterung 3 angeordnet, und der offene Abschnitt 301 wird als Griff verwendet.
  • Mit der Anordnung der Halterung 3 kann es verhindert werden, dass der Becherdeckel 1 und der Becherkörper 2 versehentlich voneinander abgetrennt werden, darüber hinaus wird die Bequemlichkeit der Verwendung des Becherdeckels 1 verbessert. Mit der Anordnung der Halterung 3 kann der Benutzer den Becherkörper 2 in der Hand halten, selbst wenn das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 sehr heiß ist, darüber hinaus kann das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 warmgehalten werden. Mit der Anordnung der Halterung 3 kann der Benutzer ferner den Becherdeckel 1 auf der Halterung 3 platzieren, wenn der Benutzer unter einigen Umständen den Becherdeckel 1 von dem Becherkörper 2 abnehmen will, um zu vermeiden, dass der Becherdeckel 1 unmittelbar auf dem Tisch platziert wird oder andere Gegenstände den Becherdeckel 1 verschmutzen oder das an der Innenwand des Becherdeckel anhaftende Getränk die Tischplatte verschmutzt.
  • In einem optionalen Ausführungsbeispiel kann die Oberfläche der Halterung 3 mit einer konvex-konkaven Struktur versehen, z.B. durch Stanzen oder Prägen, und/oder mit einem Antirutschmittel beschichtet sein, um die Robustheit der Befestigung zwischen der Halterung 3 und dem Becherkörper 2 zu verbessern.
  • Der Hauptdeckelkörper 10 und die Deckelseitenwand 20 können aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt sein. Das Papiermaterial sollte nur mindestens eine Cellulosekomponente enthalten, und der Gehalt wird hier nicht speziell beschränkt. Das Papiermaterial ist ein abbaubares Material. Dabei können auch verschiedene wasserbeständige Papiere verwendet werden, und eine Beschichtung kann auch auf der Außenfläche des Papiermaterials angeordnet sein. Als Beschichtung kann ein Film oder ein Beschichtungsmittel verwendet werden. Als Film können Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyurethan, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymer, Polyethylenterephthalat, Cellophan, Polypropylen, Nylon, Polyethylen, Polyvinylidenchlorid, Polymethylpenten, Ethylen-Vinylalkohol-Copolymer usw. verwendet werden. Als Film wird bevorzugt ein biologisch abbaubarer Film wie Polymilchsäure verwendet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung stellt weiterhin einen Becher zur Verfügung, wie in Figur 6B dargestellt, umfassend einen Becherkörper 2 mit einem offenen Ende und einen obigen Becherdeckel 1, der das offene Ende des Becherkörpers 2 bedeckt.
  • Der Becherkörper 2 kann aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt sein. Das Papiermaterial sollte nur mindestens eine Cellulosekomponente enthalten, und der Gehalt wird hier nicht speziell beschränkt. Das Papiermaterial ist ein abbaubares Material. Dabei können auch verschiedene wasserbeständige Papiere verwendet werden, und eine Beschichtung kann auch auf der Außenfläche des Papiermaterials angeordnet sein. Als Beschichtung kann ein Film oder ein Beschichtungsmittel verwendet werden. Als Film können Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyurethan, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymer, Polyethylenterephthalat, Cellophan, Polypropylen, Nylon, Polyethylen, Polyvinylidenchlorid, Polymethylpenten, Ethylen-Vinylalkohol-Copolymer usw. verwendet werden. Als Film wird bevorzugt ein biologisch abbaubarer Film wie Polymilchsäure verwendet.
  • In einem optionalen Ausführungsbeispiel ist das offene Ende des Becherkörpers 2 mit zwei übereinander liegenden Becherdeckeln 1 bedeckt. Wenn der Benutzer unter Verwendung des Bechers mit dem Becher weggehen will (das Loch für saugendes Trinken oder das Loch für direktes Trinken ist nämlich schon geöffnet), wie in Figuren 9A und 9B dargestellt, kann der bestehende Becherdeckel 1 mit einem anderen Becherdeckel 1 bedeckt sein, und die Löcher für saugendes Trinken und/oder die Löcher für direktes Trinken an den beiden Becherdeckeln 1 können versetzt werden, und mit dem hinzugefügten Becherdeckel 1 kann es verhindert werden, dass das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 ausläuft, gleichzeitig wird das Getränk warm gehalten.
  • Wie in Figuren 10A und 10B dargestellt, kann bei zu liefernden Bechern das offene Ende des Becherkörpers 2 mit zwei Becherdeckeln 1, bei dem das Loch für saugendes Trinken und/oder das Loch für direktes Trinken nicht geöffnet ist, bedeckt sein, um zu verhindern, dass während des Lieferprozesses das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 ausläuft, darüber hinaus wird es warm gehalten.
  • Bei der Verwendung des Becherdeckels und des Bechers wird die Halterung 3 von dem Boden des Becherkörpers 2 an dem Becherkörper 2 aufgesetzt und an dem Becherkörper 2 geklemmt, dann wird das offene Ende des Becherkörpers 2 durch den Becherdeckel 1 bedeckt, so dass der an der Innenwand des Seitenwandabschnitts 12 des Hauptdeckelkörpers 10 angeordnete konvexe Verriegelungsring 14 das offene Ende des Becherkörpers 2 im Becherdeckel 1 befestigt. Wenn man unter Verwendung eines Trinkhalms 5 das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 trinkt, sticht man mit dem Trinkhalm 5 das Loch für saugendes Trinken in das bedeckte erste Dichtungsteil 30, um den Trinkhalm 5 in den Becherkörper 2 einzuführen. Wenn man das Getränk in dem Becherkörper 2 unmittelbar trinken will, drückt man zuerst mit der Hand das erste Dichtungsteil 30 nach unten, dann wird von der Trennlinie 13 entlang der Schneidlinie 15 das zweite Dichtungsteil 40 abgerissen, dann kann man durch das Loch für direktes Trinken das Getränk direkt trinken.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt einen Becherdeckel und einen Becher zur Verfügung, vor der Verwendung kann durch den Becherdeckel verhindert werden, dass die Lebensmittel in dem Becher auslaufen oder verschmutzt werden, und der Becherdeckel kann leicht geöffnet werden, um den Becher zu verwenden. Mit der Anordnung eines Lochs für saugendes Trinken und eines Lochs für direktes Trinken an dem Hauptdeckelkörper kann der Benutzer gemäß dem Anwendungsszenario und seinen eigenen Vorlieben die Trinkweise auswählen. Der Benutzer kann das Getränk entweder unter Verwendung des Trinkhalms durch das Loch für saugendes Trinken oder durch das Loch für direktes Trinken unmittelbar trinken. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat eine einfache Struktur und eine bequeme Verwendung. Mit der Anordnung eines konvexen Verriegelungsrings an der Innenseite des Becherdeckels wird das offene Ende des Becherkörpers in dem Becherdeckel befestigt. Mit der Anordnung der Halterung wird verhindert, dass der Becherdeckel und der Becherkörper versehentlich voneinander abgetrennt werden, dadurch wird die Bequemlichkeit der Verwendung des Becherdeckels verbessert. Darüber hinaus sind der Becherdeckel und der Becher aus einem abbaubaren Papiermaterial gefertigt, das recycelt werden kann, was förderlich für den Umweltschutz ist.
  • In der vorliegenden Erfindung basieren die Richtungs- oder Positionsbeziehungen mit den Fachwörtern wie "oben", "unten", "links", "rechts", "vorne", "hinten", "vertikal", "horizontal", "seitlich", "Boden" usw. auf den in den Figuren dargestellten Richtungs- oder Positionsbeziehungen, sie sind nur Beziehungswörter zum Erläutern der strukturellen Beziehung zwischen den jeweiligen Komponenten oder Elementen der vorliegenden Erfindung, beziehen sich nicht spezifisch auf irgendeine Komponente oder irgendein Element in der vorliegenden Erfindung und können nicht als Beschränkung für die vorliegende Erfindung verstanden werden.
  • Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Fachwörter "installiert", "verkoppelt" und "verbunden" in der Erläuterung der vorliegenden Erfindung im weiteren Sinn verstanden werden sollen, falls keine deutlichen Regeln und Bestimmungen bestehen. Z.B. kann es sowohl eine feste Verbindung als auch eine demontierbare Verbindung sein, oder eine integrierte Verbindung sein; es kann eine mechanische Verbindung oder eine elektrische Verbindung sein; es kann eine direkte Verbindung oder eine indirekte Verbindung über ein Medium sein, es kann auch eine Verbindung zwischen dem Inneren von zwei Elementen sein. Der Durchschnittsfachmann auf diesem Gebiet kann anhand der konkreten Situationen die konkreten Bedeutungen der vorstehenden Fachwörter in der vorliegenden Erfindung verstehen, und sie können nicht als Beschränkung für die vorliegende Erfindung verstanden werden.
  • Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die hier verwendeten Fachwörter nur zum Erläutern der spezifischen Ausführungsform verwendet werden, darauf wird die beispielhafte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Anmeldung nicht beschränkt. Wie hierin verwendet, sollte die Singularform, sofern der Kontext nicht eindeutig etwas anderes anzeigt, auch die Pluralform einschließen. Zusätzlich sollte auch verstanden werden, dass, wenn die Fachwörter "umfassend" und/oder "einschließlich" in dieser Beschreibung verwendet werden, sie anzeigen, dass Funktionen, Schritte, Vorgänge, Geräte, Komponenten und/oder Kombinationen davon vorhanden sind.

Claims (10)

  1. Becherdeckel, umfassend einen Hauptdeckelkörper (10) und eine Deckelseitenwand (20), die entlang dem Umfang des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) den Hauptdeckelkörper (10) umgibt, wobei der Hauptdeckelkörper (10) in Form eines umgekehrten Eimers ausgebildet ist und eine Oberseite (11) und einen Seitenwandabschnitt (12) umfasst, wobei an der Oberseite (11) ein Loch für saugendes Trinken und ein Loch für direktes Trinken vorgesehen sind, die miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei das Loch für saugendes Trinken mit einem ersten Dichtungsteil (30) bedeckt ist und das Loch für direktes Trinken mit einem zweiten Dichtungsteil (40) bedeckt ist; wobei zwischen dem ersten Dichtungsteil (30) und dem zweiten Dichtungsteil (40) eine Trennlinie (13) angeordnet ist;
    wobei der Seitenwandabschnitt (12) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) an einer Innenwand der Deckelseitenwand (20) anliegt, wobei ein Boden der Deckelseitenwand (20) nach innen gefaltet ist, um den Seitenwandabschnitt (12) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) zu umhüllen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Innenwand des Seitenwandabschnitts (12) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) ein nach innen vorstehender konvexer Verriegelungsring (14) angeordnet ist.
  2. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des konvexen Verriegelungsrings (14) halbkreisförmig oder trapezförmig ausgebildet ist.
  3. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem zweiten Dichtungsteil (40) und der Oberseite (11) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) eine Schneidlinie (15) angeordnet ist, so dass das zweite Dichtungsteil (40) und die Oberseite (11) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind;
    wobei ein eingestellter Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils (30) mit der Oberseite (11) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) verbunden ist, und wobei zwischen dem verbleibenden Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils (30) und der Oberseite (11) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) eine Schneidlinie (15) angeordnet ist, so dass der verbleibende Teil des ersten Dichtungsteils (30) und die Oberseite (11) des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) durch mehrere Verbindungspunkte miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er weiterhin eine an einer äußeren Seitenwand eines Becherkörpers aufsetzbare Halterung (3) umfasst, wobei die Halterung (3) durch einen Verbindungsteil (4) mit dem Hauptdeckelkörper (10) verbunden ist.
  5. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der Halterung (3) mit einer konvex-konkaven Struktur versehen und/oder mit einem Antirutschmittel beschichtet ist.
  6. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine obere Kante der Deckelseitenwand (20) nach außen gekrümmt ist, um eine Wulst (21) zu bilden.
  7. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptdeckelkörper (10) und die Deckelseitenwand (20) aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt ist.
  8. Becherdeckel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Außenflächen des Hauptdeckelkörpers (10) und der Deckelseitenwand (20) mit einer Beschichtung versehen sind.
  9. Becher, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Becherkörper (2) mit einem offenen Ende und einen Becherdeckel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der das offene Ende des Becherkörpers (2) bedeckt, umfasst.
  10. Becher nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das offene Ende des Becherkörpers (2) mit zwei übereinander liegenden Becherdeckeln (1) bedeckt ist.
