Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de chauffage pour chauffer un fil en mouvement, avec un élément de guidage (3) qui est maintenu de manière interchangeable dans un tube de support (2) chauffé de l'extérieur, avec un guide-fil d'entrée (15) qui est associé à une entrée de chauffage (7), et avec un guide-fil de sortie (22) qui est associé à une sortie de chauffage (21), caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil d'entrée (15) est maintenu par un adaptateur d'entrée (10) réalisé de manière mobile, au choix, dans une position de fonctionnement pour guider le fil ou dans une position d'entretien pour remplacer l'élément de guidage (3) à l'entrée de chauffage (7).
  2. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil d'entrée (15) est maintenu dans un canal de passage (10.1) de l'adaptateur d'entrée (10) et en ce que le guide-fil d'entrée (15) est agencé, dans la position de fonctionnement de l'adaptateur d'entrée (15), avec une surface de contact (28) dans un plan de trajet du fil (18) par rapport à l'élément de guidage (3).
  3. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil d'entrée (15) définit avec un guide-fil d'alimentation (19) placé en amont dans le trajet du fil un plan d'alimentation (19) du fil qui définit un angle inférieur à 180° avec le plan de trajet du fil (18) entre l'élément de guidage (3) et le guide-fil d'entrée (15).
  4. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil d'alimentation (19) est agencé dans un tube de guidage (17) qui est raccordé par une extrémité au canal de passage (10.1) de l'adaptateur d'entrée (10).
  5. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur d'entrée (10) est maintenu dans la position de fonctionnement sur le tube de support par au moins un ressort de traction (11.1, 11.2).
  6. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube de support (2) présente à une extrémité libre un adaptateur de raccordement (9) destiné à recevoir une douille de maintien (14) qui est reliée de manière fixe à une extrémité libre (13) de l'élément de guidage (3) et qui peut être remplacée conjointement avec l'élément de guidage (3).
  7. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la douille de maintien (14) présente une ouverture de centrage (14.1) à travers laquelle un tourillon creux (10.2) de l'adaptateur d'entrée (10) peut être centré dans l'entrée de chauffage (7).
  8. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur d'entrée (10) peut être guidé de manière automatisée ou manuelle de la position de fonctionnement à la position d'entretien, latéralement par rapport au tube de support (2).
  9. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil d'entrée (15) est réalisé sous la forme d'une bague de guidage (20) qui présente un diamètre intérieur supérieur à un diamètre intérieur du tube de support (2).
  10. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil de sortie (22) est maintenu dans un canal de sortie d'un adaptateur de sortie (27) qui est relié à une extrémité opposée (8.2) du tube de support (2) et qui présente, sur un côté de sortie, une ouverture d'enfichage (24) pour un pistolet d'aspiration de fil.
  11. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil de sortie (22) définit avec un guide-fil de sortie (25) placé en aval dans le trajet du fil un plan de sortie (26) du fil qui définit un angle inférieur à 180° avec le plan de trajet du fil (18) entre l'élément de guidage (3) et le guide-fil de sortie (22).
  12. Dispositif de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage est formé par un tube chauffant (3) à travers lequel le fil est guidé avec contact.
