Claims (7)

  1. Vorspinnmaschine (1) einer Spinnanlage zum Verarbeiten eines Faserbands und zum Erhalten eines auf Spulen aufgewickelten Vorgarns, aufweisend ein
    Gatter (6), eine Streckvorrichtung (10) und eine Schiene (20), wobei das in Verarbeitung befindliche Faserband von dem Gatter (6) kommt, durch die Streckvorrichtung (10) gelangt und zur Schiene (20) geht,
    wobei die Streckvorrichtung (10) mehrere in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Streckpunkte aufweist, wobei die Streckvorrichtung (10) in der Zuführrichtung (a) des zu verarbeitenden Bandes einen dritten unteren Zylinder (103), der das Band vom Gatter (6) aufnimmt, einen zweiten unteren Zylinder (102) und einen ersten unteren Zylinder (101), die das Band zur Schiene (20) liefern, aufweist;
    wobei sich die oben genannten unteren Zylinder (103, 102, 101) in Längsrichtung zwischen einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende der Maschine erstrecken, wobei der dritte untere Zylinder (103) aus einem ersten Abschnitt (103') und einem zweiten Abschnitt (103'') besteht, die koaxial und getrennt sind, und der zweite untere Zylinder (102) aus einem ersten Abschnitt (102') und einem zweiten Abschnitt (102'') besteht, die koaxial und voneinander getrennt sind, und wobei der erste Abschnitt (103') und der zweite Abschnitt (103'') des dritten unteren Zylinders (103) in Rotation versetzt werden, wobei eine Übertragungsgruppe (58') die Bewegung des ersten Abschnitts (103') des dritten unteren Zylinders (103) auf den ersten Abschnitt (102') des zweiten unteren Zylinders (102) überträgt, und eine weitere Übertragungsgruppe (58'') die Bewegung vom zweiten Abschnitt (103'') des dritten unteren Zylinders (103) auf den zweiten Abschnitt (102'') des zweiten unteren Zylinders (102) überträgt.
  2. Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste untere Zylinder (101) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende durchgehend ist.
  3. Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste untere Zylinder (101) aus einem ersten Abschnitt (101') und einem zweiten Abschnitt (101'') besteht, die koaxial und getrennt sind.
  4. Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Streckvorrichtung (10) einen vierten unteren Zylinder (104) zwischen dem zweiten unteren Zylinder (102) und dem ersten unteren Zylinder (101) aufweist.
  5. Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei der vierte untere Zylinder (104) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende der Maschine durchgehend ist.
  6. Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei der vierte untere Zylinder (104) aus einem ersten Abschnitt (104') und einem zweiten Abschnitt (104'') besteht, die koaxial und getrennt sind.
  7. Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend eine elektronischen Einheit zum Steuern des Betriebs der gesamten Maschine, die betriebswirksam mit den Komponenten der Maschine verbunden ist, um Steuersignale zu empfangen und Befehlssignale zu senden.
