Abstract

Es wird eine Kettenwirkmaschine (1) angegeben mit einer eine Längsrichtung aufweisende Barrenanordnung, die von einem Antriebsstrang angetrieben ist, wobei die Barrenanordnung in mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) unterteilt ist und der Antriebsstrang auf beide Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) wirkt.
Man möchte auf einfache Weise eine hohe Produktivität der Kettenwirkmaschine ermöglichen können.
Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass der Antriebsstrang eine der Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) entsprechende Anzahl von Antriebsstrang-Abschnitten aufweist, wobei die Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Phasenlagen, die eine Phasendifferenz aufweisen, auf die Barrenabschnitt (2, 3) einwirken.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kettenwirkmaschine mit einer eine Längsrichtung aufweisende Barrenanordnung, die von einem Antriebsstrang angetrieben ist, wobei die Barrenanordnung in mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Barrenabschnitte unterteilt ist und der Antriebsstrang auf beide Abschnitte wirkt.
  • Eine derartige Kettenwirkmaschine ist beispielsweise aus DE 10 2012 000 309 B4 bekannt.
  • Eine Kettenwirkmaschine dient zur Erzeugung einer kettengewirkten Ware. Hierzu wird eine Fadenschar, die aus einer Vielzahl von parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Fäden besteht, einem Wirkbereich zugeführt. In dem Wirkbereich wirken Wirkelemente zusammen, die zumindest Wirknadeln und Legenadeln umfassen. Die Wirknadeln sind an einer Wirknadelbarre angeordnet. Die Legenadeln sind an einer oder mehreren Legebarren angeordnet. Bei einem Maschenbildungsvorgang werden die Fäden mit Hilfe der Legenadeln um die Wirknadeln herumgeführt. Die Legenadeln führen dabei üblicherweise eine Schwenkbewegung quer zur Längsrichtung aus. Die Wirknadeln müssen angehoben und abgesenkt werden.
  • Um mit einer derartigen Kettenwirkmaschine möglichst viel Ware zu produzieren, gibt es im Prinzip zwei Möglichkeiten. Man kann die Arbeitsbreite der Kettenwirkmaschine, also ihre Erstreckung in Längsrichtung, vergrößern oder man kann die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit erhöhen. Die Kombination dieser beiden Maßnahmen ist jedoch nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Je breiter die Kettenwirkmaschine ist, desto größer sind die Kräfte, die zum Antreiben der Barrenanordnung erforderlich sind. Diese Kräfte müssen von der tragenden Struktur der Kettenwirkmaschine, in der Regel dem Maschinenrahmen, aufgenommen werden.
  • Dies erfordert eine sehr aufwändige Bauweise und eine sehr komplexe Konstruktion sowie aufwändige Systeme zur Kompensation der Kräfte, Tilgung und Ähnliches.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, auf einfache Weise eine hohe Produktivität einer Kettenwirkmaschine zu ermöglichen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Kettenwirkmaschine der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass der Antriebsstrang eine der Zahl der Barrenabschnitte entsprechende Anzahl von Antriebsstrang-Abschnitten aufweist, wobei die Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Phasenlagen, die eine Phasendifferenz aufweisen, auf die Barrenabschnitte einwirken.
  • Die Barrenanordnung umfasst hier insbesondere die Wirknadelbarre, die in einem Maschenbildungsvorgang angehoben und abgesenkt werden muss. Wenn man nun Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Phasenlagen verwendet, dann werden die einzelnen Barrenabschnitte zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten angehoben und abgesenkt. Dementsprechend treten auch die mit der Bewegung der Wirknadelbarre verbundenen Kräfte an den einzelnen Barrenabschnitten zeitlich versetzt zueinander auf, so dass nicht alle Kräfte gleichzeitig in die gleiche Richtung auf die tragende Struktur der Kettenwirkmaschine einwirken können. Durch eine zeitliche Verteilung der auftretenden Kräfte lässt sich also die Gesamtbelastung der tragenden Struktur reduzieren und gleichzeitig auch eine relativ hohe Maschinengeschwindigkeit erreichen.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Barrenanordnung zwei Barrenabschnitte auf und der Antriebsstrang weist zwei Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte auf, die eine Phasendifferenz im Bereich von 150° bis 210°, insbesondere im Bereich von 170° bis 190°, zueinander aufweisen. Im Idealfall beträgt die Phasendifferenz 180°. Die beiden Barrenabschnitte werden also gegenphasig zueinander angetrieben. Wenn ein Barrenabschnitt eine steigende Bewegung ausführt, führt der andere Barrenabschnitt eine sinkende Bewegung aus. Die dabei entstehenden Kräfte heben sich im Idealfall gegeneinander auf. Auch wenn eine vollständige Kompensation der Kräfte nicht erreicht werden kann, führt der gegenphasige Antrieb doch zu einer Verminderung der Kräfte, die auf die tragende Struktur einwirken.
  • Vorzugsweise ist jedem Barrenabschnitt eine Mustereinrichtung zugeordnet. Wenn die Wirknadeln in den einzelnen Barrenabschnitten zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten steigen und sinken, müssen die Legenadeln (oder andere Fadenführer) entsprechend angesteuert werden. Dies ist auf einfache Weise dann möglich, wenn man für jeden Barrenabschnitt eine eigene Mustereinrichtung verwendet.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Mustereinrichtung eines jeden Barrenabschnitts mit einer dem Barrenabschnitt entsprechenden Phasenlage angesteuert. Dies vereinfacht die Ansteuerung.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Mustereinrichtung eines Barrenabschnitts von dem dem Barrenabschnitt zugeordneten Antriebsstrang-Abschnitt angetrieben. Damit wird die entsprechende Phasenlage automatisch erreicht.
  • Bevorzugterweise sind die Barrenabschnitte in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnet. Man kann dadurch die Arbeitsbreite der Kettenwirkmaschine auf einfache Weise vergrößern, insbesondere verdoppeln.
  • In einer Alternative dazu kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Barrenabschnitte quer zur Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind. Man ordnet also sozusagen zwei Nadelfonturen Rücken an Rücken an. Auch damit lässt sich eine erhöhte Produktivität erreichen.
  • Bevorzugterweise weist der Antriebsstrang eine Hauptwelle auf, die die Phasenlage eines jeden Antriebsstrang-Abschnitts bestimmt. Die Hauptwelle weist beispielsweise für einzelne Pleuel oder mehrere Pleuel jeweils Exzenter auf. Diese Exzenter bestimmen, wann mit Hilfe des Pleuels oder der Pleuel die Wirknadelbarre angehoben und abgesenkt wird. Durch eine Ausrichtung der Exzentrizität der Exzenter kann man auf einfache Weise die Phasenlage des jeweiligen Antriebsstrang-Abschnitts bestimmen.
  • Hierbei ist bevorzugt, dass jeder Hauptwellenabschnitt ein eigenes Bauteil bildet und die Bauteile miteinander verbunden sind. Dies vereinfacht die Fertigung.
  • Vorzugsweise sind mindestens zwei Hauptwellenabschnitte gleich ausgebildet und mit einem der Phasendifferenz entsprechenden Winkelversatz zueinander angeordnet. Man benötigt also nicht unterschiedliche Werkzeuge, um die einzelnen Hauptwellenabschnitte zu fertigen.
  • Vorzugsweise sind zwei Hauptwellenabschnitte durch eine Verbindungseinrichtung miteinander verbunden, die den Winkelversatz bewirkt. Die Verbindungseinrichtung kann beispielsweise als Welle ausgebildet sein, die zwischen den Hauptwellenabschnitten angeordnet ist. Die einzelnen Hauptwellenabschnitte werden nun nicht mehr mit der gleichen Winkelausrichtung an der Verbindungseinrichtung montiert, sondern mit dem gewünschten Winkelversatz, der dann die Phasendifferenz zwischen den Antriebswellen-Abschnitten definiert.
  • Bevorzugterweise ermöglicht eine Kupplung zwischen mindestens einem Hauptwellenabschnitt und einer Verbindungseinrichtung mehrere unterschiedliche Winkelstellungen zwischen dem Hauptwellenabschnitt und der Verbindungseinrichtung. Im einfachsten Fall ermöglicht die Kupplung eine erste Winkelstellung beispielsweise bei 0° und eine zweite Winkelstellung bei 180°. Damit wird die Montage einfach gehalten. Man muss nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Elementen vorrätig halten.
  • Vorzugsweise ist jedem Barrenabschnitt ein eigenes Fadenzuführsystem zugeordnet, das zwischen einem Kettbaum und einem Wirkbereich angeordnet ist. Der Kettbaum wird hier nicht zum Fadenzuführsystem gerechnet. Das Fadenzuführsystem wird auch vereinfacht als "Fadenkreuzsystem" bezeichnet. Dieses wird entsprechend unterteilt, da es unterschiedliche Bewegungen aufnehmen muss.
  • Auch ist von Vorteil, dass ein Warenabzug und/oder eine Kettbaumachse jeweils für mindestens zwei Barrenabschnitte gemeinsam ausgebildet sind. Dies bedeutet, dass der Warenabzug einteilig ausgebildet oder nur von einem Antrieb angetrieben ist. Das Gleiche gilt in der alternativen oder zusätzlichen Ausgestaltung auch für die Kettbaumachse. Warenabzug und/oder Kettbaumachse können sich also nicht vollkommen unabhängig voneinander bewegen.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit einer Zeichnung beschrieben. Hierin zeigen:
  • Fig. 1
    eine schematische Darstellung einer Kettenwirkmaschine und
    Fig. 2
    eine vereinfachte Darstellung eines Teils einer Hauptwelle.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt in stark schematisierter Form eine Kettenwirkmaschine 1 mit einer Barrenanordnung, die mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Barrenabschnitte 2, 3 aufweist. Die Barrenanordnung umfasst zumindest die Wirknadelbarre. Wenn die Wirknadeln als Schiebernadeln ausgebildet sind, umfasst die Barrenanordnung auch eine Schieberbarre und ggfs. eine Polplatinenbarre.
  • Weiterhin weist die Kettenwirkmaschine 1 erste Grundlegebarren 4 und zweite Grundlegebarren 5 auf. Weitere Legebarren können vorgesehen sein. Die Barrenabschnitte 2, 3 werden von einem Antriebsstrang angetrieben, der im vorliegenden Fall eine Hauptwelle 6 aufweist, die von einem Antriebsmotor 7 angetrieben ist. Die Hauptwelle 6 ist in einem Maschinenbett 8 gelagert und ist von einem Ölvorrat 9 geschmiert.
  • Die erste Barrenanordnung 2 steht mit der Hauptwelle 6 über Pleuel 10-12 in Verbindung (Fig. 2). Der zweite Barrenabschnitt 3 steht mit der Hauptwelle 6 über Pleuel 13-15 in Verbindung. Die Hauptwelle 6 weist für den ersten Barrenabschnitt 2 einen Antriebsstrang-Abschnitt 16 auf und für den zweiten Barrenabschnitt 3 einen Antriebsstrang-Abschnitt 17. Die beiden Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte 16, 17 sind in Fig. 2 nur mit einem Teil ihrer Länge dargestellt.
  • Die in Fig. 2 dargestellten Pleuel 10-12 sind in Pleuelkästen 18 angeordnet. Für den ersten Barrenabschnitt 2 sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel vier Pleuelkästen vorgesehen. Die Pleuel 13-15 sind in Pleuelkästen 19 vorgesehen. Auch für den zweiten Barrenabschnitt 3 sind vier Pleuelkästen 19 vorgesehen.
  • Die ersten Legebarren 4 werden von einer ersten Mustereinrichtung 20 gesteuert angetrieben. Die zweiten Legebarren 5 werden von einer zweiten Mustereinrichtung 21 gesteuert angetrieben. Die erste Mustereinrichtung 20 steht mit der Hauptwelle 6, genauer gesagt dem ersten Hauptwellenabschnitt 16, über ein erstes Übertragungselement 22 in Verbindung. Die zweite Mustereinrichtung steht mit dem zweiten Abschnitt 17 der Hauptwelle 6 über ein zweites Übertragungselement 23 in Verbindung.
  • Die Kettenwirkmaschine 1 weist weiterhin mehrere Teilkettbäume 24-26 für den ersten Barrenabschnitt 2 und mehrere Teilkettbäume 27-29 für den zweiten Barrenabschnitt 3 auf. Fäden, die von den Teilkettbäumen 24-26 abgezogen werden, werden durch die erste Legebarre 4 geführt. Fäden, die von den zweiten Teilkettbäumen 27-29 abgezogen werden, werden durch die zweiten Legebarren 5 geführt.
  • Eine durch Maschenbildung mit den von den Teilkettbäumen 24-29 abgezogenen Fäden gebildete Wirkware wird, falls erforderlich, durch eine erste Relaxiereinrichtung 30 (für die mit Hilfe des ersten Barrenabschnitts 2 erzeugte Wirkware) und durch eine zweite Relaxiereinrichtung 33 (für die mit Hilfe des zweiten Barrenabschnitts 3 erzeugte Wirkware) geführt und dann in einer Aufrollung 32 aufgewickelt.
  • Die Teilkettbäume 24-29 sind auf einer gemeinsamen Kettbaumachse 44 angeordnet. Auch die Aufrollung 32 ist für die gesamte Arbeitsbreite der Kettenwirkmaschine 1 einheitlich.
  • Zwischen den Teilkettbäumen 24-26 und dem ersten Barrenabschnitt 2 ist ein erstes Fadenkreuzsystem 33 angeordnet. Zwischen den zweiten Teilkettbäumen 27-29 und dem zweiten Barrenabschnitt 3 ist ein zweites Fadenkreuzsystem 34 angeordnet. Die beiden Fadenkreuzsysteme 33, 34 sind voneinander getrennt ausgebildet.
  • Die Pleuel 10-12 sind auf der Hauptwelle 6 jeweils auf Exzentern gelagert. Ein Exzenter 35 ist für den Pleuel 12 dargestellt. Der Exzenter weist eine Rotationsachse 36 auf. Der Pleuel 12 befindet sich (in der Darstellung der Fig. 2) in seiner untersten Position, die auch als "Decklage" bezeichnet wird.
  • Im zweiten Hauptwellenabschnitt 17 ist der Pleuel 15 ebenfalls auf einem Exzenter 37 gelagert, der eine Rotationsachse 38 aufweist. Die Rotationsachse 38 des zweiten Exzenters 37 stimmt mit der Rotationsachse 36 des ersten Exzenters 35 überein. Man kann erkennen, dass der Pleuel 15 im zweiten Hauptwellenabschnitt 17 in seiner obersten Position ist. Diese Position wird auch als "Strecklage" bezeichnet.
  • Eine entsprechende Anordnung der Exzenter ist auch bei den Pleueln 10, 11 für den ersten Hauptwellenabschnitt 16 und den Pleueln 13, 14 für den zweiten Hauptwellenabschnitt 17 vorgesehen.
  • Der Exzenter 37 im zweiten Hauptwellenabschnitt 17 ist um 180° zum ersten Exzenter 35 im ersten Hauptwellenabschnitt 16 versetzt. Wenn also die Hauptwelle gedreht wird, dann werden vereinfacht ausgedrückt die Teile des ersten Barrenabschnitts 2 angehoben, während die entsprechenden Teile des zweiten Barrenabschnitts 3 abgesenkt werden. Beim Anheben der ersten Barrenanordnung 2 muss das Maschinenbett 8 eine in Schwerkraftrichtung gerichtete Kraft aufnehmen. Beim Absenken muss das Maschinenbett eine entgegengesetzt der Schwerkraftrichtung gerichtete Kraft aufnehmen. Wenn nun die Hauptwellenabschnitte mit einer Phasendifferenz von 180° zueinander ausgerichtet sind, dann heben sich die Kräfte, die vom ersten Barrenabschnitt 2 auf das Maschinenbett 8 wirken, mit den Kräften, die vom zweiten Barrenabschnitt 3 auf das Maschinenbett 8 wirken, auf oder kompensieren sich zumindest teilweise.
  • Um das Verständnis weiter zu erleichtern, ist ein Hauptwellenelement 39 getrennt vom Exzenter 35 dargestellt. Dieses Hauptwellenelement 39 weist eine Nut 40 auf, die eine "Nulllage" definiert. Auch der zweite Exzenter 37 ist mit einem Hauptwellenelement 41 verbunden, das hier getrennt dargestellt ist, wobei das Hauptwellenelement 41 eine Nut 42 aufweist, die ebenfalls eine Nulllage definiert. Die beiden Nuten 40, 42 sind in Drehrichtung der Hauptwelle 6 um 180° zueinander versetzt.
  • Am anderen Ende eines jeden Hauptwellenabschnitts ist wiederum ein entsprechendes Hauptwellenelement 39' bzw. 41' vorgesehen.
  • Die Verbindung zwischen den Hauptwellenabschnitten 16. 17 erfolgt mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung 43, die lediglich schematisch in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist.
  • Die Verbindungseinrichtung 43 kann nun so ausgebildet sein, dass ihre Verbindungsgeometrie mit den Hauptwellenabschnitten 16, 17, also mit den Hauptwellenelementen 39', 41' eine Verbindung in jeweils zwei (oder mehr) unterschiedlichen Winkelstellungen zulässt. Beispielsweise kann die Verbindungseinrichtung 43 zwei Federaufnahmepositionen aufweisen, die um 180° zueinander versetzt sind, wobei jeweils nur in eine der Federaufnahmen eine Feder eingesetzt wird, um eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Hauptwellenabschnitt 16 und der Verbindungseinrichtung 43 bzw. zwischen dem Hauptwellenabschnitt 17 und der Verbindungseinrichtung 43 zu bewirken.
  • Die Mustereinrichtungen 20, 21 wirken ebenfalls gegenphasig auf die Legebarren 4, 5, so dass auch die in Längsrichtung wirkenden Kräfte zumindest weitgehend kompensiert werden.
  • Das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel hat zwei Barrenabschnitte 2, 3. Es ist aber ohne weiteres möglich, die Kettenwirkmaschine 1 in mehr als zwei Abschnitte zu unterteilen, wobei man dann andere Phasendifferenzen zwischen den einzelnen Barrenabschnitten erzeugt. Wenn man beispielsweise drei Barrenabschnitte verwendet, kann es zweckmäßig sein, eine Phasendifferenz von jeweils 120° zwischen den einzelnen Barrenabschnitten vorzusehen. Bei vier Abschnitten kann man beispielsweise eine Phasendifferenz von 90° vorsehen.
  • Die einzelnen Hauptwellenabschnitte 16, 17 können gleich ausgebildet sein. Der Phasenversatz wird dann durch die Verbindungseinrichtung 43 bewirkt.

Claims (15)

  1. Kettenwirkmaschine (1) mit einer eine Längsrichtung aufweisende Barrenanordnung, die von einem Antriebsstrang angetrieben ist, wobei die Barrenanordnung in mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) unterteilt ist und der Antriebsstrang auf beide Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsstrang eine der Zahl der Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) entsprechende Anzahl von Antriebsstrang-Abschnitten aufweist, wobei die Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Phasenlagen, die eine Phasendifferenz aufweisen, auf die Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) einwirken.
  2. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barrenanordnung zwei Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) aufweist und der Antriebsstrang zwei Antriebsstrang-Abschnitte aufweist, die eine Phasendifferenz im Bereich von 150° bis 210°, insbesondere im Bereich von 170° bis 190°, zueinander aufweisen.
  3. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Barrenabschnitt (2, 3) eine Mustereinrichtung (20, 21) zugeordnet ist.
  4. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mustereinrichtung (20, 21) eines jeden Barrenabschnitts (2, 3) mit einer dem Barrenabschnitt (2, 3) entsprechenden Phasenlage angesteuert ist.
  5. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mustereinrichtung (20, 21) eines Barrenabschnitts (2, 3) von dem dem Barrenabschnitt (2, 3) zugeordneten Antriebsstrang-Abschnitt angetrieben ist.
  6. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
  7. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barrenabschnitte quer zur Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind.
  8. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsstrang eine Hauptwelle (6) aufweist, die die Phasenlage eines jeden Antriebsstrang-Abschnitts bestimmt.
  9. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptwelle (6) mehrere Hauptwellenabschnitte (16, 17) aufweist, wobei die Hauptwellenabschnitte (16 ,17) die Phasenlage eines jeden Antriebsstrang-Abschnitts bestimmt.
  10. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hauptwellenabschnitt (16, 17) ein eigenes Bauteil bildet und die Bauteile miteinander verbunden sind.
  11. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Hauptwellenabschnitte (16 ,17) gleich ausgebildet und mit einem der Phasendifferenz entsprechenden Winkelversatz zueinander angeordnet sind.
  12. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Hauptwellenabschnitte (16, 17) durch eine Verbindungseinrichtung (43) miteinander verbunden sind, die den Winkelversatz bewirkt.
  13. Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Kupplung zwischen mindestens einem Hauptwellenabschnitt (16, 17) und einer Verbindungseinrichtung (43) mehrere unterschiedliche Winkelstellungen zwischen dem Hauptwellenabschnitt (16, 17) und der Verbindungseinrichtung (43) ermöglicht.
  14. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Barrenabschnitt (2, 3) ein eigenes Fadenzuführsystem (33, 34) zugeordnet ist, dass zwischen einem Kettbaum (24-29) und einem Wirkbereich angeordnet ist.
  15. Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Warenabzug (32) und/oder eine Kettbaumachse (44) jeweils für mindestens zwei Barrenabschnitte (2, 3) gemeinsam ausgebildet sind.
