Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour orienter des particules magnétiques ou magnétisables, qui sont contenues dans un agent de revêtement (06) appliqué sur une face d'un substrat (02) en forme de bande ou de feuille, avec un cylindre magnétique (33), qui est disposé dans le trajet de transport du substrat (02) à transporter et présente dans la zone de sa périphérie extérieure une pluralité de dispositifs (34) provoquant un champ magnétique, en bref des dispositifs magnétiques (34), dans lequel une partie ou l'ensemble des dispositifs magnétiques (34) comprend respectivement un aimant (44) pouvant être amené en rotation par un moteur (46) associé, dans lequel le cylindre magnétique (33) est disposé de manière à pouvoir tourner dans des parois de bâti (38 ; 39) d'un bâti, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un transmetteur (63) pour la transmission sans contact d'énergie électrique et/ou de signaux de commande depuis l'extérieur est prévu dans ou sur le cylindre magnétique (33) rotatif, lequel comprend une partie de transmetteur (64) fixée au bâti et une partie de transmetteur (66) fixée au cylindre lors du fonctionnement, et qu'un système de bus (73 ; 74) est prévu pour la transmission de signaux sans contact en direction de la partie de transmetteur (66) fixée au cylindre.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le transmetteur (63) est réalisé sous la forme d'un coupleur électromagnétique (63) et/ou que les parties de transmetteur (64 ; 66) sont réalisées de manière annulaire et disposées respectivement de manière concentrique autour de l'axe de rotation du cylindre magnétique (33) et/ou que les parties de transmetteur (64 ; 66) sont disposées axialement l'une à côté de l'autre et sont réalisées sans pénétration mutuelle dans la direction axiale par rapport à leurs bobines et/ou boucles conductrices agissant pour la transmission.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'aussi bien de l'énergie électrique que des signaux de commande peuvent être transmis par l'intermédiaire du transmetteur (63) et/ou que le transmetteur (63) est conçu pour la transmission de signaux bidirectionnelle.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre magnétique (33) est monté de manière rotative sur les parois de bâti (38 ; 39) avec deux tourillons de cylindre (52.1, 52.2) faisant saillie frontalement des corps de cylindre, de sorte qu'il peut être retiré dans son intégralité plus les tourillons de cylindre (52.1, 52.2) du bâti.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de transmetteur (66) fixée au cylindre lors du fonctionnement est disposée sur un bout d'arbre (59 ; 62) restant dans le bâti lors du retrait du cylindre magnétique (33), mais pouvant être relié de manière solidaire en rotation à l'un des tourillons de cylindre (52.1, 52.2) pour le fonctionnement et/ou que la partie de transmetteur (64) fixée au bâti est disposée au moins en partie dans un évidement dans la paroi de bâti (38 ; 39), de telle sorte qu'elle s'enfonce au moins dans le plan de bâti sur la face intérieure de bâti.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de bus (73 ; 74) est prévu pour la transmission de signaux à partir d'une commande externe (S) sur au moins un dernier tronçon vers une électronique de données (71) comprise par la partie de transmetteur (64) fixée au bâti, pour la transmission sans contact vers une électronique de données (71) comprise par la partie de transmetteur (66) fixée au cylindre et à partir de la partie de transmetteur (66) fixée au cylindre vers la logique de commande (72) des commandes de moteur ou un moyen de commande centrale des moteurs (46).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3, 4, 5 ou 6 en relation avec la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le coupleur (63) est conçu pour la transmission de signaux bidirectionnelle avec un premier canal de transmission (67) pour la transmission de signaux de commande et/ou instructions de commande en direction du cylindre magnétique (33) et avec un deuxième canal de transmission (68) pour la transmission inverse de signaux à partir du cylindre magnétique (33) vers l'extérieur.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un passage tournant (54), par l'intermédiaire duquel une conduite (53) menant frontalement dans le cylindre magnétique (33) peut être reliée à une source de vide, est prévu sur au moins une face frontale du cylindre magnétique (33).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs ou tous les dispositifs magnétiques (34) sont disposés ou peuvent être disposés sur le cylindre magnétique (33) dans la direction périphérique de celui-ci.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des moyens pour la transmission d'une puissance électrique et/ou de signaux en direction du dispositif magnétique (34) sont prévus, de telle sorte qu'une liaison de conduites électrique entre des branches de conduite (84.1 ; 84.2 ; 86.1 ; 86.2) menées dans le cylindre magnétique (33) et le moteur (46) et/ou une commande de moteur commandant le moteur (46) reste maintenue y compris lors d'un déplacement du dispositif magnétique (34) dans la direction périphérique.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de raccordement électriques, lesquels peuvent être amenés en contact conducteur électrique avec les extrémités de branches de conduite (84.1 ; 84.2 ; 86.1 ; 86.2) transmettant la puissance électrique et/ou des signaux de commande électriques, conçues avec une surlongueur, et par l'intermédiaire desquels de la puissance électrique et/ou des signaux de commande est ou peuvent être amenés au dispositif magnétique (34) concerné, sont prévus sur plusieurs ou tous les dispositifs magnétiques (34) à faire fonctionner.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de raccordement du dispositif magnétique (34) sont prévus sur un élément de support (47.1), dans lequel une partie (43) du dispositif magnétique (34) comprenant l'aimant (44) et un moteur (46) faisant tourner l'aimant (44) peut être fixée ou est fixée de manière détachable sur ou dans l'élément de support (47.1).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un sécheur UV (18) est dirigé sur le trajet de transport du substrat (02) à un emplacement dans la section de trajet de transport menant au-dessus du cylindre magnétique (33).
  14. Machine (01) pour la production d'éléments d'image (03) optiquement variables sur un substrat (02), comprenant une alimentation en matériau à imprimer (13), au moins une unité d'impression (04) avec au moins un groupe d'impression (11 ; 12), par lequel un substrat (02) guidé sur un trajet de transport par la machine (01) est ou peut être imprimé au moins sur une première face, un logement de produit (27) servant à la réception du substrat (02) traité dans la machine (01) ainsi qu'un dispositif (07) prévu dans le trajet de transport du substrat (02) entre l'unité d'impression (04) et le logement de produit (27) pour l'orientation de particules magnétiques ou magnétisables selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 ou 5 à 13, dans lequel le cylindre magnétique (33) est monté sur les parois de bâti (38 ; 39) de manière rotative avec deux tourillons de cylindre (52.1, 52.2) faisant saillie frontalement des corps de cylindre, de sorte qu'il peut être retiré dans son intégralité plus les tourillons de cylindre (52.1, 52.2) du bâti.
  15. Machine selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le groupe d'impression (11 ; 12) comprend en tant que cylindre d'imagerie un cylindre porte-plaque (14 ; 16) avec une pluralité de sujets d'impression d'imagerie ou groupes de sujets d'impression d'imagerie sur la périphérie, lesquels sont disposés sur une longueur périphérique correspondant à la longueur d'image imprimée en plusieurs colonnes espacées les unes des autres de manière équidistante par rapport à la direction de transport et sur une largeur de cylindre correspondant à la largeur d'image d'impression en plusieurs lignes espacées les unes des autres de manière équidistante dans la direction de transport.
