Claims (15)

  1. Eine Kapsel (1) zur Zubereitung eines Getränks, Folgendes umfassend:
    - einen tassenförmigen Aufnahmekörper (2), der seinerseits eine röhrenförmige Seitenwand (20), die sich zwischen einem ersten Rand (21) und einem zweiten Rand (22) erstreckt, und einen Bodenabschnitt (23), der mit dem zweiten Rand (22) verbunden ist und sich quer zu einer Mittelachse (29) der röhrenförmigen Seitenwand (20) erstreckt, beinhaltet;
    - ein Schließelement (25), das am ersten Rand (21) befestigt ist, um die Oberseite des Aufnahmekörpers (2) zu schließen, der Aufnahmekörper (2) und das Schließelement (25) bilden dabei eine innere Kammer der Kapsel (1);
    - eine pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27), die es erlaubt, ein Getränk zuzubereiten, indem Wasser durch die pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) hindurchgeleitet wird, die pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) ist dabei in der inneren Kammer enthalten;
    - ein Element zur Verteilung des Wassers (3); wobei ein Teil, entweder das Schließelement (25) oder der Bodenabschnitt (23), im Gebrauch ein Wasserzuführungsabschnitt zur Zuführung von Wasser in die Kapsel (1) ist und das andere Teil, entweder das Schließelement (25) oder der Bodenabschnitt (23) im Gebrauch ein Getränkeausgabeabschnitt zur Ausgabe des Getränks aus der Kapsel (23) ist; wobei das Wasserverteilungselement (3) in der inneren Kammer, in einer Position zwischen dem Wasserzuführungsabschnitt und der pulverförmigen Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) platziert ist;
    das Wasserverteilungselement (3) beinhaltet dabei:
    - einen zentralen Bereich (35), der dazu vorgesehen ist, im Gebrauch das zugeführte Wasser entgegenzunehmen;
    - einen perimetrischen Bereich (37), der mit der röhrenförmigen Seitenwand (20) des Aufnahmekörpers (2) in Kontakt steht;
    - eine Trennwand (39), die sich zwischen dem zentralen Bereich (35) und dem perimetrischen Bereich (37) erstreckt, die Trennwand (39) hat dabei eine erste Seite (31) die zum Wasserzuführungsabschnitt gerichtet ist, und eine zweite Seite (32), die zur pulverförmigen Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) gerichtet ist;
    - ein oder mehrere Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45), die die Trennwand (39) durchqueren und die erste Seite (31) und die zweite Seite (32) miteinander in Verbindung bringen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Abstand (D40, D45) zwischen jedem der besagten ein oder mehreren Löchern oder Kanälen (40, 45) und der Mittelachse (29) größer oder gleich drei Viertel des Abstand (D20) zwischen der röhrenförmigen Seitenwand (20) und der Mittelachse (29) ist, der Abstand wird dabei auf einer Linie gemessen, die radial in Bezug zur Mittelachse (29) verläuft und das Loch bzw. den Kanal (40, 45) schneidet, besagte ein oder mehrere Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45) bilden dabei im Gebrauch die einzigen Durchflüsse für das Wasser vom Wasserzuführungsbereich zur pulverförmigen Lebensmittelsubstanz (27); und dadurch, dass unter Annahme einer Referenzebene (10), die lotrecht zur Mittelachse (29) steht, die erste Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) schräg in Bezug zur Referenzebene (10) verläuft oder aus Abschnitten besteht, die schräg in Bezug zur Referenzebene (10) verlaufen, wobei sich die erste Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) auf Linien, die radial, oder auf Linien, die ringförmig in Bezug zur Mittelachse sind, in einem variablen Abstand von der Referenzebene (10) befindet, da die erste Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) eine Konvexität aufweist, die zum Wasserzuführungsbereich gerichtet ist.
  2. Die Kapsel (1) nach dem Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Trennwand (39) des Wasserverteilungselements (3) eine kegelstumpfe Form hat, bei der die Konvexität zum Wasserzuführungsabschnitt gerichtet ist, so dass die erste Seite (31) vom zentralen Bereich (35) zum perimetrischen Bereich (37) hin abfällt.
  3. Die Kapsel (1) nach dem Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Trennwand (39) des Wasserverteilungselements (3) aus Abschnitten (397) gebildet ist, von denen sich jeder zwischen dem zentralen Bereich (35) und dem perimetrischen Bereich (37) erstreckt und die durch im Wesentlichen radiale Verbindungsstücke (398) miteinander verbunden sind, jeder Abschnitt (397) ist dabei mit zwei daneben liegenden Abschnitten (397) verbunden, dies an zwei jeweils radialen Verbindungsstücken (398), die an der ersten Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) in unterschiedlichen Abständen von der Referenzebene (10) sind, so dass an der ersten Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) jeder Abschnitt (397) von einem radialen Verbindungsstück (398) zum nächsten radialen Verbindungsstück (398) abfällt.
  4. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Referenzebene (10) eine Ebene ist, die tangential zu einem Perimeter des perimetrischen Bereichs (37) auf der Seite ist, die zur pulverförmigen Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) gerichtet ist und wobei die Konvexität der Trennwand (39) zwischen der Referenzebene (10) und dem Wasserzuführungsbereich liegt.
  5. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Trennwand (39) des Wasserverteilungselements (3) Versteifungsrippen (395) beinhaltet.
  6. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Wasserverteilungselement (3) höchstens vier der besagten Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45) beinhaltet.
  7. Die Kapsel (1) nach dem Patentanspruch 6, wobei das Wasserverteilungselement (3) nur eines der besagten Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45) beinhaltet.
  8. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei jedes der besagten ein oder mehrerer Löcher oder Kanäle eine röhrenförmige Öffnung (45) ist, die eine Länge hat, die größer als die Dicke der Trennwand (39) ist.
  9. Die Kapsel (1) nach dem Patentanspruch 8, wobei die röhrenförmige Öffnung (45) eine Seitenwand (450) hat, die von der ersten Seite (31) der Trennwand (39) herausragt.
  10. Die Kapsel (1) nach dem Patentanspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die röhrenförmige Öffnung (45) einen Durchgangsquerschnitt hat, der von der Seite, die sich zur ersten Seite (31) hin öffnet, zu der Seite, die sich zur zweiten Seite (32) hin öffnet, kleiner wird.
  11. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei jedes der besagten ein oder mehrerer Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45) auf der Seite, die sich zur zweiten Seite (32) hin öffnet, einen Durchlaufquerschnitt hat, der zwischen 0,1 mm2 und 0,8 mm2 liegt, im Einzelnen hat jedes der besagten ein oder mehrerer Löcher oder Kanäle (40, 45) an der Seite, die sich zur zweiten Seite (32) hin öffnet, einen kreisförmigen Durchlaufquerschnitt mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 0,4 mm und 1 mm.
  12. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der zentrale Bereich (35) des Wasserverteilungselements (3) eine Vertiefung (350) beinhaltet, die sich zum Getränkeausgabeabschnitt erstreckt.
  13. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der perimetrische Bereich (37) des Wasserverteilungselements (3) eine ringförmige Einfassung (370) beinhaltet, die in versiegeltem Kontakt mit der röhrenförmigen Seitenwand (20) des Aufnahmekörpers (2) ist.
  14. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei das Schließelement (25) der Wasserzuführungsabschnitt ist und der Bodenabschnitt (23) der Getränkeausgabeabschnitt ist.
  15. Die Kapsel (1) nach jedem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) wasserlöslich ist und im Gebrauch im Wesentlichen die gesamte pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27), die in der inneren Kammer enthalten ist, dazu gedacht ist, sich in dem Wasser aufzulösen, das durch die pulverförmige Lebensmittelsubstanz (27) hindurchfließt, um das Getränk zuzubereiten.
