Claims (4)

  1. Luftstrahlwebmaschine mit einer Steuervorrichtung, wobei die Luftstrahlwebmaschine komprimierte Luft durch eine Düse (140, 141, 142, 160) gemäß einem Öffnen oder Schließen eines elektromagnetischen Ventils (145, 146, 163) einspritzt, um dadurch das Laufen eines Schussgarns (Y) zu steuern, wobei die Steuervorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:
    eine Steuereinheit (110), die so aufgebaut ist, dass sie zu dem elektromagnetischen Ventil (146) eine Übererregungsspannung liefert, die eine Anstiegscharakteristik eines Einspritzdrucks der Düse (142) bestimmt, während das elektromagnetische Ventil (146) offen ist und der Einspritzdruck der Düse (142) ansteigt, und zu dem elektromagnetischen Ventil (146) eine Haltespannung liefert, um das elektromagnetische Ventil (146) offen zu halten, nachdem das Ansteigen des Einspritzdrucks der Düse (142) vollendet ist; und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Steuervorrichtung des Weiteren Folgendes aufweist:
    eine Druckerfassungseinheit (148), die so aufgebaut ist, dass sie einen Druck der komprimierten Luft erfasst, die durch das elektromagnetische Ventil (146) getreten ist,
    und dass
    die Steuereinheit (110) die Übererregungsspannung auf der Basis eines Erfassungsergebnisses durch die Druckerfassungseinheit (148) einstellt.
  2. Luftstrahlwebmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Druckerfassungseinheit (148) durch einen Druckschalter vorgesehen ist, der einschaltet, wenn ein vorgeschriebener Druck erreicht ist, und
    die Druckerfassungseinheit (148) eine Zeitspanne misst, die verstrichen ist seit einem Start der Lieferung der Übererregungsspannung bis zu einem Zeitpunkt, bei dem der Druck der komprimierten Luft, die durch das elektromagnetische Ventil (146) getreten ist, einen Spitzenwert erreicht, und die Anstiegscharakteristik des Einspritzdrucks der Düse (142) unter Verwendung der gemessenen verstrichenen Zeitspanne misst.
  3. Luftstrahlwebmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Steuereinheit (110) die Übererregungsspannung und die Haltespannung gemäß einem Wert einer elektrischen Stromstärke einstellt, die zu dem elektromagnetischen Ventil (146) geliefert wird.
  4. Luftstrahlwebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elektromagnetische Ventil (146) ein Hauptventil ist, durch das komprimierte Luft zu einer Hauptdüse (142) geliefert wird, die so aufgebaut ist, dass sie das Schussgarn (Y) in einen Schussgarnkanal (150a) durch Einspritzen der komprimierten Luft einführt.
