Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide with at least one drawer rail of the type to be described, as well as a piece of furniture with a furniture body and a drawer that is movably mounted relative to the furniture body. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for connecting a first rail to a second rail of a drawer rail on a drawer pull-out guide.
- U1 shows a drawer pull-out guide with a body rail to be fastened to a furniture body, a drawer rail to be fastened to a drawer and with a center rail which is movably mounted between the body rail and the drawer rail.
- An elastic pressing element in the form of a spring tongue is arranged at the front end of the drawer rail, which can be bent upwards when the drawer is pushed onto the drawer rail and then locks the drawer relative to the drawer rail.
- the disadvantage of this is that the spring tongue is visible even when the drawer is installed.
- a drawer assembly having a drawer slide and a drawer side wall, with a support rail fixedly connected to the drawer side wall.
- an actuating element is pivotally mounted, which can be releasably locked to the drawer rail of the drawer pull-out guide when the drawer side wall is pushed open.
- each drawer has to be equipped with an actuating element for locking with the drawer extension guide.
- the drawer pull-out guide having a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, a drawer rail to be fastened to the drawer and movably mounted relative to the carcass rail, and a locking device arranged on the drawer rail, by means of which the drawer can be locked relative to the Drawer rail is releasably lockable, the locking device having at least one latching part which is movably mounted via a handle element between a locking position locking the drawer and a release position releasing the drawer, with a support rail being pre-assembled on the drawer.
- the object of the present invention is to specify a drawer rail of the type mentioned at the outset while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
- the locking element is arranged on the second rail and when the first rail is pushed onto the second rail, starting from the locking position, against the force of the energy accumulator about an axis that runs horizontally in the installed position in the direction of the cabinet rail or the middle rail of the drawer pull-out guide can be pivoted into a release position.
- the locking element is pivoted in a mounting position of the drawer rail about a horizontal axis, so that the drawer at the Mounted on the drawer pull-out guide on the first rail and can be moved backwards until the locking element deflects downwards in the direction of the release position against the force of the energy store due to the weight of the drawer and the drawer can be released with a continued insertion movement by the force of the energy store can be locked.
- the feature of the locking element which is mounted pivotably about a horizontally extending axis in the mounting position of the drawer rail, is based on the initially mentioned DE 198 28 718 A1 also not an obvious measure, because the downwardly projecting handle according to the DE 198 28 718 A1 is an essential technical feature for releasing the lock between the drawer and the guide rail.
- An advantage of the invention lies in the fact that the first rail arranged on the drawer does not require a suspension stroke in a vertical direction when it is pushed onto the second rail. During assembly, the drawer can therefore be slid onto the second rail in a horizontal plane until the locking element first deflects downwards and then snaps up again by the force of the energy accumulator, thereby automatically locking the drawer relative to the second rail.
- the locking element is mounted on the second rail.
- the locking element is movably mounted on a front end area of the second rail.
- the locking element is guided through an opening in the second rail.
- the at least one locking element and the force accumulator can be designed in one piece together or else be designed as components that are separate from one another.
- the energy accumulator can be formed by a material elasticity of a plastic part.
- the energy accumulator comprises a mechanical spring element separate from the locking element (for example a steel leaf spring).
- the drawer pull-out guide according to the invention has a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass and a drawer rail of the type in question, the drawer rail being mounted so that it can be displaced relative to the carcass rail.
- an additional center rail can be provided, which is slidably mounted between the body rail and the drawer rail.

- the drawers 3 have a front panel 5 , a drawer bottom 6 , side walls 7 and a rear wall 8 .
- the drawer pull-out guides 4 include a body rail 9, which is to be fastened to the furniture body 2 via fastening sections 10a, 10b, and at least one drawer rail 11 that can be displaced relative to the body rail 9.
- the drawer rail 11 is designed in at least two parts and comprises a drawer rail 1 to be fastened or fastened to the drawer 3 first rail 12 ( Figure 2a ) and a second rail 13 to be arranged or arranged on the drawer pull-out guide 4.
- an additional center rail 14 can be provided, which is slidably mounted between the body rail 9 and the drawer rail 11.
- the drawers 3 are mounted on the drawer pull-out guides 4 by first placing the drawer 3 on the second rails 13 lying opposite on the furniture carcass 2 .
- the first rails 12 fastened to the drawer 3 are then pushed onto the second rails 13 in the longitudinal direction (L) until the first and second rails 12, 13 are supported by at least one axis 26 running horizontally ( Figure 4a ) pivotable locking element 21 are automatically locked with each other, so that the first and second rail 12, 13 are arranged fixed relative to each other in the connected state.
- Figure 2a shows the drawer 3 to be fastened to the drawer pull-out guide 4 in a perspective view, with a side wall 7 of the drawer 3 being hidden for reasons of improved clarity.
- the first rail 12 of the drawer rail 11 arranged on the drawer 3 can be seen, with a first fastening adapter 16 for fastening the front panel 5 being arranged in the front end area of the first rail 12 and a second fastening adapter 17 for fastening the rear wall 8 being arranged in the rear end area of the first rail 12 is.
- the first rail 12 has two side legs 12a that run in the longitudinal direction (L) and are essentially parallel and spaced apart from one another, with at least one spring means 18 in the form of an elastically bendable spring clip being arranged on one of the side legs 12a.
- the spring means 18 of the first rail 12 rests against the second rail 13 when the rails 12, 13 are in the connected state, so that transverse movements of the rails 12, 13 relative to one another can be limited.
- on the first rail 12 there are two spring means which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L). 18, 19 provided.
- a hook 15 is arranged at the rear end of the second rail 13, which limits the sliding path of the first rail 12 relative to the second rail 13 in the sliding direction 20 and which, in the assembled state, stabilizes the rear end region of the drawer 3 in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction (L). .
- the body rail 9 of the drawer pull-out guide 4 is mounted on the furniture body 2 via the fastening sections 10a, 10b, the second rail 13 of the drawer rail 11 and the middle rail 14 being mounted so that they can be displaced relative to the stationary body rail 9.
- the drawer 3 is mounted on the second rail 13 by sliding the first rails 12 connected to the side walls 7 of the drawer 3 onto the second rails 13 of the drawer pull-out guides 4 in the sliding direction 20 .
- Figure 2b shows the connected state of the drawer 3 on the drawer pull-out guide 4, with the second rail 13 being accommodated for the most part within a profile of the first rail 12 which is U-shaped in cross section and with the rails 12, 13 being held in place by the spring means 18, 19 in a transverse to the longitudinal direction (L) running direction, preferably in a side to the longitudinal direction (L) of the rails 12, 13 running direction, are arranged without play to each other.
- Figure 3a shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 with the body rail 9, the middle rail 14 and the second rail 13, which is to be connected to the first rail 12 of the drawer 3.
- Figure 3b shows the in Figure 3a circled area in an enlarged view, in which the movably mounted locking element 21 for releasably locking the rails 12, 13 is shown.
- the locking element 21 is arranged at the front end area of the second rail 13 and passed through an opening 22 of the second rail 13 .
- the locking element 21 can be pivoted against the force of an energy store 25 about an axis 26 that runs horizontally in the installed position in the direction of the cabinet rail 9 or the middle rail 14 of the drawer pull-out guide 4 into a release position.
- the second rail 13 has two side legs 13a, which preferably run parallel to one another, and a central web 13c connecting the two side legs 13a.
- the central web 13c of the second rail 13 has an opening 22, for example rectangular, for the movable locking element 21 to pass through.
- the locking element 21 is fixedly arranged in a longitudinal direction (L) and is movably supported in a direction approximately perpendicular to the central web 13c of the second rail 13 .
- the locking element 21 is formed in one piece together with a functional head 23 on the front side, which is accommodated for the most part within the rail cross-section of the second rail 13 .
- the first rail 12 also has two side legs 12a, which preferably run parallel to one another, and a central web 12c connecting the two side legs 12a.
- the first rail 12 is provided with a support leg 12d for the bottom 6 of the drawer.
- the first rail 12, preferably the central web 12c has at least one downwardly protruding projection 24a, which can be releasably locked with the locking element 21 of the second rail 13.
- two projections 24a, 24b spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L) are provided, the locking element 21 being in a pre-locked position of the first and second rails 12, 13 with the first projection 24a and in a connected state of the first and second rails 12, 13 can be releasably locked with the second projection 24b.
- the projections 24a, 24b can be bent downwards from the central web 12c of the first rail 12.
- the projections 24a, 24b can be embodied as components that are separate from the first rail 12 and are attached to the first rail 12.
- Figures 4a-4d show the sliding of the first rail 12 onto the second rail 13 in longitudinal sections.
- Arranged on the first rail 12 are two projections 24a, 24b which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L) and protrude downwards from the central web 12c of the first rail 12.
- the functional head 23 At the front end of the second rail 13, the functional head 23 is arranged with the locking element 21, which is mounted pivotably about a horizontal axis 26 in the installed position.
- the first rail 12 connected to the drawer 3 is placed on the front end area of the second rail 13 pre-assembled on the furniture body 2 and pushed in the sliding direction 20, with the center bar 12c of the first rail 12 and the center bar 13c of the second rail 13 first slide against each other.
- a continued movement of the first rail 12 in the sliding direction 20 causes the front edge of the first rail 12 to strike the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 ( Figure 4b ).
- a further movement of the first rail 12 in the sliding direction 20 pivots the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 against the force of an energy accumulator 25 about the horizontal axis 26 ( Figure 4c ).
- Figures 5a-5d show a continued movement of the first rail 12 in the sliding direction 20, with both projections 24a, 24b now sliding along the second rail 13, forming the gap 27 between the central webs 12c, 13c (FIG. 4e).
- the first projection 24a of the first rail 12 moves the locking element 21 about the horizontal axis 26 counter to the force of the force accumulator 25 ( Figure 5b ), whereupon the locking element 21 is locked with the first projection 24a in a pre-locking position ( Figure 5c ).
- This pre-locking position has the advantage that the first rail 12 is caught by the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 and gives the user the secure feeling that the sliding path is practically complete and a lock between the drawer 3 and the drawer slide 4 is brought about.
- the first rail 12, starting from the in Figure 5c shown pre-locking position are moved further in the sliding direction 20, wherein the locking element 21 is pressed by the second projection 24b of the first rail 12 against the force of the energy store 25 down again ( Figure 5d ). Thereafter, the second projection 24b is automatically locked with the locking element 21 under the action of the force of the energy store 25, so that the rails 12, 13 are in their connected state and are fixed to one another by the locking element 21 in the longitudinal direction (L) ( Figure 5e ).
- the first rail 12 (and thus also the second rail 13 coupled thereto) can, starting from the in Figure 5c shown pre-locking position by opening the drawer 3 are moved counter to the sliding direction 20, then the drawer 3 is moved back into the furniture body 2 with momentum, with the locking process described above ( 5d, 5e ) is brought about.
- the locked position Figure 5e
- the locking of the rails 12, 13 cannot be released by manually pulling on the first rail 12 against the sliding direction 20. This represents a safety aspect, because unintentional detachment of the rails 12, 13 from one another is to be avoided.
- Figure 6a shows the connected state of the rails 12, 13, wherein the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 is locked with the second projection 24b of the first rail 12.
- Figure 6b shows the in Figure 6a circled area "A" in an enlarged view. It can be seen that the locking element 21 is covered by the central web 12c of the first rail 12 when the rails 12, 13 are in the connected state. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the locking element 21 bears against an underside of the middle web 12c of the first rail 12 when the rails 12, 13 are in the connected state.
- the covering of the locking element 21 has the advantage that when the rails 12, 13 are in the connected state, unintentional actuation of the locking element 21 is avoided.
- the energy accumulator 25 for loading the locking element 21 in the direction of the locking position is formed in the figure shown as a steel leaf spring separate from the locking element 21, the leaf spring pressing against the locking element 21 with a bent end region.
- Figure 6c shows the in Figure 6a circled area "B" in an enlarged view.
- the functional head 23 mounted on the front end of the second rail 13 has at least one spring buffer 28, through which the rails 12, 13 are arranged without play in the longitudinal direction (L) relative to one another in the connected state.
- a fitting part 29 arranged or formed on the front panel 5 of the drawer 3 presses against the spring buffer 28 of the function head 23. In this way, the remaining play between the rails 12, 13 in the longitudinal direction (L) can be compensated.
- furniture 1 is often equipped with ejection devices, through which the drawer 3 can be ejected from its closed end position in or on the furniture body 1 into an open position.
- the ejection devices are often designed in such a way that they can be triggered by moving the drawer 3 from the closed end position in the direction of the furniture body 2 .
- a certain play of the drawer 3 is to be allowed in its closed end position.
- the spring buffer 28 now makes it possible for the drawer 3 to be movable, starting from its closed end position, against the force of the spring buffer 28 in the direction of the furniture body 2, as a result of which ejection devices with a touch-latch function can be triggered.
- the spring buffer 28 is used in particular in so-called inner drawers, in which the front panel 5 of the drawer 3 cannot strike the front edge of the furniture body 2 in the closed position, but is arranged between the side walls of the furniture body 2 .
- the first rail 12 can be moved against the force of the spring buffer 28 relative to the second rail 13, as a result of which the spring buffer 28 deforms or bends and the ejection device can be triggered. After the ejection device has been triggered, the first rail 12 can be moved back into the starting position, if necessary with the support of the ejection device.
- the spring buffer 28 is formed by at least one plastic part that can be pressed in. Alternatively, it is possible for the spring buffer 28 to have a stop part for the drawer 3 that is acted upon by a spring.
- Figures 7a-7e show the unlocking of the rails 12, 13 starting from the connected state in which the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 with the Projection 24b of the first rail 12 is locked.
- an unlocking device 33 is provided, which has at least one engagement element 30 arranged on the first rail 12, which, when the rails 12, 13 are in the connected state, in a recess 31 arranged on the second rail 13 with play in the vertical direction (H) is included.
- the recess 31 has a cam 32 , the engagement element 30 being able to be guided along the cam 32 starting from the connected state of the rails 12 , 13 by manually lifting the first rail 12 relative to the second rail 13 .
- the first rail 12 In order to unlock the locking element 21 from the projection 24b, the first rail 12 must first be lifted by a person relative to the second rail 13 in the vertical direction (H) by the amount ⁇ 1 ( Figure 7b ). After the lifting has taken place, the first rail 12 is moved by a person in the extension direction (A), as a result of which the engagement element 30 is moved with a component along a section 32a of the control cam 32 running in the extension direction (A) of the drawer 3 ( Figure 7c ), wherein it is preferably provided that the section 32a runs at least in sections obliquely to a horizontal. In this way, the engagement element 30 can be raised by the amount ⁇ 2 relative to the second rail 13 .
- the first rail 12 is then lowered downwards in the height direction (H) by manual force exertion, the engaging element 30 being moved along a vertical section 32b of the cam 32. Only then can the first rail 12 be moved independently of the second rail 13 and, as in Figure 7e shown, moved further in the pull-out direction (A) and thereby the drawer 3 are separated from the drawer pull-out guide 4.
- the rails 12, 13 are therefore unlocked by a predetermined movement pattern, namely in the exemplary embodiment shown by lifting the first rail 12 in the vertical direction H ( Figure 7b ), pull out in pull-out direction A ( Figure 7c ), lowering in height direction H ( Figure 7d ) and then pulling out in direction A ( Figure 7e ).
- This combination of movements represents a safety aspect because an unintentional separation of the drawer 3 from the drawer pull-out guide 4 should be avoided in any case.
- the drawer 3 in particular if it is the bottom drawer 3 in a furniture body 2 cannot be detached from the drawer pull-out guide 4 simply by pulling upwards. After the pulling movement has taken place, the drawer 3 has to be lowered again ( Figure 7d ) so that the drawer 3 can be separated from the drawer slide 4.
- Figure 8a shows a perspective view of the drawer rail 11 with the first rail 12 to be arranged on the drawer 3 and the second rail 13 arranged on the drawer pull-out guide 4, which are locked to one another in the connected state by the locking element 21.
- At least one projection 24a, 24b can have an inclined surface 35, through which the locking element 21 can be moved in the direction of the release position when the rails 12, 13 are pushed on.
- Visible is the arranged on the first rail 12 engagement element 30, which cooperates with a arranged on the second rail 13 cam 32 during the unlocking process of the rails 12, 13, as it is in connection with the Figures 7a-7e shown and described.
- the cam 32 can be formed, for example, by an edge of a recess 31 in the second rail 13 .
- Figures 8a and 8b show two different perspective views of the functional head 23, which is to be arranged at a front end of the second rail 13.
- At least one energy accumulator 25, for example in the form of a leaf spring, is provided for applying force to the locking element 21.
- the depressible spring buffer 28 can also be seen, by means of which the rails 12, 13 can be arranged without play relative to one another in the longitudinal direction (L) and by means of which the drawer 3 can be moved, starting from its closed end position, against the force of the spring buffer 28 in the direction of the furniture body 2, so that Ejection devices can be triggered with a touch-latch function.
- the functional head 23 also has a recess 36, for example in the form of a groove, so that the engagement element 30 does not collide with the functional head 23 of the second rail 13 when the rails 12, 13 are pushed on and separated.
- Figure 9a shows the function head 23 in a slightly modified embodiment.
- the locking element 21 has a first stop surface 37a and at least one second stop surface 37b, wherein the first stop surface 37a or alternatively the second stop surface 37b can be brought into engagement with the first rail 12, so that the second rail 13, starting from the fully closed position, can be pushed through the Cooperation of the first stop surface 37a with the first rail 12 or alternatively through the cooperation of the second stop surface 37b with the first rail 12 is movable into an open position.
- the second stop surface 37b is therefore intended to take the second rail 13 of the drawer pull-out guide 4 with it in the event of a faulty locking with the first rail 12, starting from the fully closed position into an open position.
- Figure 9b shows the in Figure 9a functional head 23 shown in a mounted state on the front end region of the second rail 13, the two stop surfaces 37a, 37b of the locking element 21 protruding from the second rail 13 upwards.
- the two stop surfaces 37a, 37b are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction (L) of the second rail 13 and are essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (L) of the second rail 13.
- first rail 12 When the first rail 12 is properly locked with the locking element 21 of the second rail 13 , then a part of the first rail 12 rests against the first stop surface 37a of the locking element 21 . If, on the other hand, the first rail 12 is incorrectly locked to the second rail 13, the second rail 13 can be taken along from a fully closed position to an open position by the interaction of the second inclined surface 37b with the first rail 12.
- a faulty locking between the rails 12, 13 can, however, by continued movement of the Drawer 3 cannot be corrected in the closing direction because the front panel 5 rests against the end face 2a of the furniture body 2 and thus further movement of the drawer 3 in the closing direction is prevented.
- a faulty locking between the rails 12, 13 would also result in the drawer 3 stopping in an open position in an undesired manner.
- the drawer 3 (and thus the first rail 12) is first pulled in the extension direction (A) (see Figure 11a ), wherein the first rail 12, for example the second projection 24b of the first rail 12, with the second stop surface 37b of the locking element 21 can be coupled. Due to the interaction of the rail 12 with the second stop surface 37b of the locking element 21, the second rail 12 can be pulled from a fully closed position into an open position.
