Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile crane with a main boom and with a main boom extension articulated to the main boom and luffing by means of at least one luffing cylinder, the luffing cylinder being connected to a hydraulic hose in such a way that the hydraulic fluid either flows towards the luffing cylinder or flows away from the luffing cylinder, whereby the main boom is telescopic and consists of a basic box and further telescopic sections arranged in it that can be telescoped in and out.
- the German utility model DE 20 2004 020 760 U1 discloses a mobile crane with a main boom which consists of a basic box and telescopic sections which can be telescoped in and out of it.
- a main boom extension is linked to a head of the main boom and can be pivoted about a luffing axis relative to the main boom by means of a luffing cylinder.
- the luffing cylinder is in the usual way a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit.
- the luffing cylinder is supplied with hydraulic energy via an independent hydraulic unit with an internal combustion engine, which is arranged on the head of the main boom or, particularly preferably, on a foot of the main boom extension.
- the hydraulic unit which is arranged decentrally in the area of the head of the main boom, is, however, also associated with disadvantages, since the entire weight of this hydraulic unit has to be carried along with each adjustment process of the main boom. The maintenance effort and thus the costs in order to ensure sufficient functional reliability of the hydraulic unit arranged high above are also increased.
- the disclosure document DE 24 06 57 A1 discloses a crane with a telescopic main boom and fly jib.
- a hydraulic cylinder used to telescope a jib foot of the fly jib is described as "single acting”. No information is given about the supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder.
- the writing too JP S63 46 465 describes a main boom with a fly jib that can be luffed hydraulically via a single-acting luffing cylinder. How hydraulic fluid gets to the luffing cylinder is open.
- a mobile crane with a telescopic boom with an outer and several inner boom sections A luffing jib that can be luffed is hinged to the upper end of the innermost boom section.
- a hydraulic luffing cylinder is provided for luffing the luffing jib.
- the luffing jib is rocked by gravity.
- the luffing cylinder is connected to a cylinder ring space of a telescoping cylinder with only one hydraulic hose for supplying and removing hydraulic oil via a hydraulic control.
- the hydraulic hose can be wound up via a hose drum arranged on a roller head of the innermost boom section. Since the length to be bridged by the hydraulic hose is short, the hose reel can be made correspondingly small.
- German utility model DE 20 2014 006 861 U1 already has a link crane that is used to load and manipulate wood in the forestry sector.
- the link crane has a base on which a main arm is articulated and a luffing arm with a gripper is articulated on it.
- the main arm and the rocker arm can each be pivoted via hydraulic cylinders.
- the hydraulic cylinders are part of a hydraulic system that has a hydraulic pressurized gas reservoir for the intermediate storage of positional energy, which occurs, for example, when the main or rocker arm is lowered and then to the Raising the main arm or rocker arm can be reused.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a vehicle crane with a hydraulically luffing main boom extension, the maintenance effort and assembly effort of which is reduced and which can thus be provided more cheaply.
- the principle of the present invention can be described as operating a conventional double-acting hydraulic differential cylinder predominantly to completely in the manner of a single-acting hydraulic differential cylinder in order to achieve the goal of using two parallel hydraulic hoses, in particular of No twin hoses to supply the hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic fluid.
- the then only simple hydraulic hose is smaller and easier to wind, so that an associated hose reel can be built correspondingly smaller and simpler.
- the simple hydraulic hose is to be understood as a hydraulic hose which has only one flow channel for hydraulic fluid and thus, in terms of time, the hydraulic fluid either flows through the flow channel to the luffing cylinder or flows away from the luffing cylinder.
- the hydraulic fluid either flows exclusively towards the luffing cylinder through the flow channel or exclusively flows away from the luffing cylinder and is therefore only operated in one of the two flow directions in terms of time.
- a twin hose or a hydraulic hose with more than two flow channels could be operated in an inventive manner if the flow through the individual flow channels is parallel and only in a common flow direction. With such hoses, the previously described winding advantage could then be omitted.
- the hydraulic hose advantageously has a round cross section, which in particular simplifies winding up the hydraulic hose.
- the core idea of the present invention is thus to apply hydraulic fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, to the luffing cylinder for luffing the main boom extension relative to the main boom via a flow channel, and for the return movement of the luffing cylinder, predominantly the dead weight of the main boom extension or spring forces, in particular for angling from a steep one 0 ° position of the main boom extension, to be used.
- hydraulic fluid in particular hydraulic oil
- the luffing cylinder can thus be connected to a hydraulic hose with a single flow channel for supplying hydraulic fluid.
- the hydraulic fluid flows back and forth in the hydraulic hose.
- the hydraulic hose is guided along the main boom, in particular via hose guides.
- the luffing cylinder has a Rod space and a cylinder space, either only the rod space or only the cylinder space is connected to the hydraulic hose.
- the cylinder space or rod space that is not connected to the hydraulic hose is advantageously connected to the atmosphere without pressure.
- the luffing cylinder has a rod space and a cylinder space, wherein either only the rod space or only the cylinder space is connected to the hydraulic hose and the cylinder space or rod space not connected to the hydraulic hose is connected to a pressure medium, preferably a gas, is particularly preferably filled with nitrogen.
- the luffing cylinder is assigned a valve via which an outflow of the hydraulic fluid from the luffing cylinder and thus an angle of the main boom extension can be controlled.
- the luffing cylinder is designed as a pulling cylinder or as a pressure cylinder.
- the luffing cylinder acts on one side.
- the luffing cylinder By acting on only one side of the luffing cylinder with hydraulic fluid, it is consequently possible to dispense with a more complex and thus more expensive twin hose, which can twist when it is wound up, as a result of which a winding radius is unintentionally increased.
- the luffing cylinder has a rod space and a cylinder space, wherein the rod space and the cylinder space can be connected to the hydraulic hose.
- a switch valve and a bladder accumulator are assigned to the rocker cylinder.
- the pressure surface in the cylinder space, on which hydraulic fluid can act is increased by the contact surface of a cylinder rod compared to the pressure surface in the rod space, so that consequently hydraulic fluid is applied to the cylinder space and hydraulic fluid can flow out of the rod space.
- the rod space can be connected to the cylinder space or to a bladder accumulator, which is filled with hydraulic fluid and gas, via the switching valve.
- hydraulic fluid is applied to the luffing cylinder in the manner of a luffing cylinder acting on one side via a single flow channel. An expensive and disadvantageous twin hose can thus also be dispensed with here.
- Telescopic cranes are characterized by the fact that the crane boom consists of several telescopic sections that can be telescoped into one another, whereas in a lattice boom crane the boom consists of several rigidly interconnected lattice mast elements.
- a mobile crane is understood as a mobile crane with a telescopic boom or as a crawler crane.
- the main boom is telescopic and consists of a basic box and further telescopic sections which are arranged in it and which can be telescoped in and out.
- the hydraulic hose for supplying the luffing cylinder with hydraulic energy can be unwound from or wound onto a hose drum while the main boom is being telescoped in and out.
- the hydraulic hose can be wound onto the hose drum in several layers, like a rope or cable drum, next to one another and one above the other.
- the hose reel is arranged on the main boom, in particular on the base box.
- the mobile crane has an undercarriage and an uppercarriage rotatably mounted thereon.
- the Figure 1 shows a mobile crane 1 with an undercarriage 2 with driver's cab and five drive axles as well as with an uppercarriage 3 with a telescopic main boom 4, which is mounted on the undercarriage 2 via a rotating connection second position II.
- the main boom 4 can be luffed between the positions I and II in the usual way via a hydraulic erecting cylinder 16, which is supported on the superstructure 3 and on the main boom 4. In the erected position II, the main boom 4 is shown in its fully extended state.
- the main boom 4 is designed as a telescopic boom with a base box 6 and four telescopic sections 7 to 10 arranged therein in a known manner so that it can be telescoped in and out, and thus the mobile crane 1 is designed as a telescopic crane.
- a free and upper end of the innermost telescopic section 10 serves as a head 4a on which the main boom extension 5 is releasably attached.
- the main boom extension 5 can be used temporarily or permanently with the mobile crane 1 in order to achieve a total length that goes beyond the largest boom length of the main boom 4.
- the main boom extension 5 is pivotably connected to the head 4a of the main boom 4 via bolts at its foot 5a about a luffing axis A.
- the main boom extension 5 is shown in a 0 ° position, a 20 ° position and a 40 ° position.
- the degrees refer to a luffing angle a between the main boom 4 and the main boom extension 5.
- the main boom extension 5 is at least partially designed in the usual way as a lattice boom in a lattice-tubular construction and has an adjoining box tip.
- the main boom extension 5 can of course, in a departure from the exemplary embodiment shown here, also be designed overall as a lattice boom.
- the main boom extension 5 can be luffed up and down relative to the main boom 4 by means of a hydraulic luffing cylinder 14 about the luffing axis A, which is aligned essentially horizontally and parallel to a further luffing axis of the main boom 4.
- a hydraulic hose 13 is provided, which is connected at one end to the luffing cylinder 14 and is guided along the main boom 4 or the telescopic sections 7, 8, 9, 10 to a hose drum 12.
- the hose reel 12 is arranged on and to the side of the base box 6.
- the hose reel 12 is mounted about a horizontal axis of rotation D arranged parallel to the rocking axis A.
- the hose reel 12 is driven or resiliently pretensioned for winding and unwinding the hydraulic hose 13.
- the hydraulic hose 13 is additionally connected via hose guides 15 along the main boom 4 (see Figure 2 ) guided.
- the hose guides 15 are each arranged at the upper ends or heads of the telescopic sections 7 to 10 (see Figure 2 ).
- the Figure 2 shows a detailed view of the in FIG Figure 1 Z from the area of the coupling of the main boom extension 5 to the main boom 4.
- the main boom 4 and the main boom extension 5 are, however, in the horizontally stored position I, in which the Telescopic sections 7 to 10 are not telescoped out and the hydraulic hose 13 is completely wound onto the hose reel 12.
- the main boom extension 5 is also aligned as an extension to the main boom 4, ie the luffing angle w is 0 °.
- at least one luffing cylinder 14 is arranged between the head 4a of the main boom 4 and the foot 5a of the main boom extension 5.
- the luffing cylinder 14 is bolted with its housing 14a to the head 4a of the main boom 4 and with its piston rod 14b to the foot 5a of the main boom extension 5.
- the luffing cylinder 14 shown is designed as a hydraulic cylinder acting on one side and as a pulling cylinder.
- a reverse installation of the luffing cylinder 14 is of course also conceivable.
- a hydraulic line 13a is connected to the housing 14a of the luffing cylinder 14 and preferably opens into a rod area of the luffing cylinder 14.
- This hydraulic line 13a is connected to the hydraulic hose 13 at its other end in the area of the head 4a of the main boom 4.
- the hydraulic hose 13 fastened in the area of the head 4a of the main boom 4 is guided to the hose drum 12 via a hose guide 15 for each telescopic section 7, 8, 9, 10.
- Each hose guide 15 preferably consists essentially of two oppositely arranged guide rollers with a groove between which the hydraulic hose 13 is guided.
- the hose guides 15 are each arranged at the upper end of the telescopic sections 7, 8, 9, 10 or the base box 6.
- the luffing cylinder 14 is connected to a hydraulic hose 13 in such a way that, in terms of time, the hydraulic fluid either flows towards the luffing cylinder 14 or flows away from the luffing cylinder 14, so that only one hydraulic supply line with a single flow channel is required.
- the hydraulic hose 13 is therefore not designed as a twin line, but only as a single line.
- This hydraulic hose 13, designed as a single line, is wound and unwound on the hose drum 12 in multiple layers and not just in a spiral shape.
- the hose reel 12 preferably has hose grooves and flange washers on the edges of the hose reel 12 in order to support orderly winding.
- the single line of the Hydraulic hose 13 thus in every position next to one another and in layers one above the other.
- the hydraulic hose 13 can be wound up in an orderly manner in multiple layers.
- the multi-layer spooling is made possible by special cable grooves milled into the body of the hose reel, which in sections run parallel to the outboard pulley and are connected via so-called crossing areas offset by about 120 ° to 180 °. The crossing areas ensure the required gradient per revolution of the drum and ensure constant and pyramid-shaped hose winding.
- the Figure 3 shows a schematic hydraulic circuit diagram in relation to the luffing cylinder 14, of which only a rod space 14c of the housing 14a is supplied with hydraulic oil via the hydraulic hose 13 and the first hydraulic line 13a with a valve 17.
- the hydraulic hose 13, which can be guided along the telescopic sections 7 to 10 (see Figures 1 and 2 ) and which can be wound up on a hose reel 12 is fed with hydraulic fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, from a container 21 in the area of the hose reel 12 via a second hydraulic line 13b by means of a pump 19. If the hydraulic fluid is drained from the rod space 14c, it flows through the first hydraulic line 13a, the valve 17, the hydraulic hose 13 and the second hydraulic line 13b back via a return valve 20 into the container 21.
- a cylinder space 14d of the housing 14a can be depressurized are in connection with the atmosphere.
- the cylinder space 14d is filled with gas, in particular nitrogen.
- an external gas reservoir 18 is connected to the cylinder space 14d.
- the gas accumulator 18 can also be designed as a bladder accumulator with gas filling, hydraulic fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, then being located in the cylinder space 14d as a non-compressible pressure medium.
- a gas filling in the cylinder space 14d without a gas reservoir 18 can also be sufficient.
- a piston rod 14b can also be made hollow. The installation dimensions of the hydraulic cylinder 14 can then be retained. It is also possible that instead of a pressure medium, a mechanical spring is arranged in the cylinder space 14d or outside in the mechanism.
- the hydraulic energy required for luffing the main boom extension 5 is made available in the form of hydraulic oil via the hydraulic hose 13, with oil only being applied to the ring side. At the same time, the gas or hydraulic oil is compressed in the cylinder space 14d or atmospheric air is forced out. By closing the valve 17, the oil pressure and thus the rocking angle w can also be maintained if necessary.
- the filling of the cylinder space 14d with compressed gas or pressurized hydraulic oil leads to a pretensioning of the luffing cylinder 14, so that the main boom extension 5 can be luffed off more quickly. It is also advantageously possible, with the preload and the oil pressure in the rod space 14c, to retract and extend the hydraulic cylinder 14 without external forces, so that, for example, a bolting position can be approached during set-up.
- the hose reel 12 is also possible to arrange the hose reel 12 on the upper carriage 3. It can also be provided that the hydraulic line 13a is connected to a cylinder side of the luffing cylinder 14.
- the luffing cylinder 14 can also be operated as a pressure cylinder instead of a pulling cylinder, the rod space and the cylinder space then being exchanged and the cylinder space being filled with hydraulic fluid and the rod space being filled with pressure medium.
- the hydraulic hose 13 can be connected directly to the luffing cylinder 14 without the hydraulic line 13a.
- FIG. 4a to 4d Another embodiment of the invention is shown with a bladder accumulator 22 instead of a gas accumulator 18.
- the Figure 4a shows a schematic hydraulic circuit diagram for the main boom 4 in the erected position II and the main boom extension 5 in the 0 ° position.
- a bladder accumulator 22 and a switchover valve 23 are provided and the first hydraulic line 13a is connected to the tilting cylinder 14 in a different manner.
- the first hydraulic line 13a is connected to the rod space 14c and also to the cylinder space 14d via the switchover valve 23.
- the bladder accumulator 22 and the hydraulic hose 13 are also connected to the switching valve 23.
- the switching valve 23 is in the position shown in FIG Figure 4a shown first position.
- the bladder accumulator 22 is filled with hydraulic fluid and decoupled from the hydraulic hose 13 and the first hydraulic line 13a.
- the hydraulic hose 13 which is under a system pressure of the hydraulic system, is connected to the cylinder chamber 14d and also to the rod chamber 14c via the switchover valve 23 and the first hydraulic line 13a. Hydraulic fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, now flows in the direction of flow ⁇ to the luffing cylinder 14.
- the effective pressure surface on piston 14e is larger than the opposite effective pressure surface in the rod chamber 14c, which is reduced by the fastening surface of the cylinder rod 14b, so that consequently piston 14e is moved to the right or the piston rod 14b extends slowly.
- the cylinder space 14d is filled with hydraulic fluid and hydraulic fluid flows out of the rod space 14c.
- the switching valve 23 is moved into the second position, which is shown in the schematic hydraulic circuit diagram in FIG Figure 4b is shown.
- the main boom extension 5 is tipped further by its own weight or by any load on the main boom extension 5.
- the switchover valve 23 connects the bladder accumulator 22 to the cylinder chamber 14d, so that hydraulic fluid flows from the bladder accumulator 22 into the cylinder chamber 14d.
- the hydraulic fluid located in the rod space 14c flows out of the rod space 14c in the flow direction> via the valve 17 in the direction of the upper carriage 3 or the container 21.
- FIG Figure 4c A schematic hydraulic circuit diagram for the opposite process, namely luffing the main boom extension 5, is shown in FIG Figure 4c shown.
- the rod space 14c is acted upon by hydraulic fluid in the third position in the direction of flow via the hydraulic hose 13 and the switchover valve 23.
- the luffing cylinder 14 works against the weight of the main boom extension 5. Hydraulic fluid also flows from the cylinder chamber 14d into the bladder accumulator 22.
- FIG 4d a schematic hydraulic circuit diagram for the end position after luffing up the main boom extension 5 is shown.
- the cylinder space 14d and rod space 14c are not connected to the hydraulic hose 13 and the luffing cylinder 14 is therefore blocked.
- the switching valve 23 connects the bladder accumulator 22 to the hydraulic hose 13. From the full bladder accumulator 22 only the amount of hydraulic fluid is drained in the flow direction> towards the container 21, which there due to the in Figure 4a The supply of hydraulic fluid shown for the first luffing of the main boom extension 5 is also present.
- the rod space 14c is connected to the bladder accumulator 22.
- the hydraulic hose 13 which is under a system pressure of the hydraulic system, is connected to the cylinder chamber 14d via the switchover valve 23 and the first hydraulic line 13a. Hydraulic fluid, in particular hydraulic oil, now flows to the luffing cylinder 14.
- the cylinder space 14d is filled with hydraulic fluid and hydraulic fluid flows out of the rod space 14c into the bladder accumulator 22.
- the luffing cylinder 14 can also be used with a correspondingly adapted switchover valve 23 for equipping the vehicle crane 1.
- the luffing cylinder 14 only performs small alignment movements, in particular in the range from 0 to 100 mm, preferably from 0 to 50 mm, particularly preferably from 0 to 5 mm, without force. Without force in the present case means that the piston rod 14b or the housing of the luffing cylinder 14 is not articulated to the main boom extension 5 or to the foot of the main boom extension 5a, but is free to align the luffing cylinder 14 before it is bolted to the main boom extension 5a make possible.
- the cylinder space 14d or the rod space 14c is brought into connection with the hydraulic hose 13 via the switching valve 23 and is supplied with hydraulic fluid via this.
- the rod space 14c or cylinder space 14d filled with hydraulic fluid is connected to the bladder accumulator 22 via the switching valve so that the hydraulic fluid displaced from the rod space 14c or cylinder space 14d can flow into the bladder accumulator 22.
- the bladder accumulator 22 thus replaces to a limited extent Scope of the non-existent return hydraulic line. Excess hydraulic fluid in the bladder accumulator 22 can be drained via the hydraulic hose 13 to the container 21 via a suitable position of the switching valve 23, which connects the bladder accumulator 22 to the hydraulic hose 13.

Description

Figur 4a dargestellten ersten Stellung.
