  5. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la charnière bistable (14) est réalisée sous la forme d'une charnière à film incurvée.
  6. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la charnière bistable (14) présente en tant qu'élément de précontrainte ou à ressort (18) un élément de flexion ou de traction élastique générant un effet d'encliquetage.
  7. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de charnière (14) présente des éléments d'encliquetage complémentaires (28, 30) aux extrémités adjacentes de la section de base (12) et de la section de fermeture (16), qui sont conçus pour maintenir la section de fermeture (16) de manière autoportante dans la seconde position.
  8. Récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans la seconde position libérant l'évidement de sortie (6), la section de fermeture (16) est en rotation autour de l'axe de pivotement (A) d'un angle compris entre 135° et 190°, de préférence entre 150° et 170°, par rapport à la première position.
  9. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la section de fermeture est orientée sensiblement verticalement dans la première position fermant l'évidement de sortie (6).
  10. Récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la section de base (12) est placée sur le récipient (1) de manière amovible et fixable sans outil.
  11. Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la section de base (12) peut être fixée au récipient (1) au moyen d'une connexion par encliquetage (20, 22) dans la zone de l'évidement de sortie (6).
  12. Récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (10) est constitué d'un seul tenant en tant que composant en matière plastique.
  13. Récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la section de base (12) et la section de fermeture (16) présentent toutes deux une structure sensiblement en forme de plaque et sont connectées l'une à l'autre sut le bord latéral adjacent par l'intermédiaire de l'agencement de charnière (14).
  14. Récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première position fermant l'évidement de sortie (6), le corps de fermeture s'insère à ras de la surface extérieure du fond (2) et/ou (4) de la paroi latérale (4).
