  • the Post-Released WO 2020/150539 A1 relates to a formwork system for supporting formwork panels for forming a horizontal concrete surface.
  • the object of the present invention is to facilitate connection tasks.
  • the connecting strip for ceiling formwork of the arrangement according to the invention has a number of spaced coupling areas along its length for engagement with prop heads of formwork props.
  • connection bar of the arrangement according to the invention can be used for ceiling formwork for pouring concrete. However, it can also be used for other ceiling formwork, e.g. B. for the temporary undertaking of a ceiling construction during repair work.
  • the connector strip can be used to connect a first structure to a second structure during construction work.
  • the first structure can, for. B. be an array of elements of the ceiling formwork, and the second structure may z. B. be a building wall.
  • Use with other connections is possible, e.g. B. Connection of a slab formwork to an adjacent horizontal steel beam.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention the function of creating the connection is combined with the inclusion of the formwork props assigned to the connection strip in a new way.
  • the connecting strip of the arrangement according to the invention can have a number of spaced coupling areas along its length for form-fitting engagement with prop heads of formwork props.
  • the form-fitting engagement can be such that in terms of forces it acts essentially in the longitudinal direction of the terminal strip; Positive locking with regard to forces acting in other directions can be provided, but does not have to be.
  • one end coupling area in each of the two longitudinal end areas of the connecting strip belongs to the named, spaced-apart coupling areas.
  • the connecting strip spans the distance between a first formwork support and a second formwork support.
  • the respective end coupling area can be designed in such a way that the connecting strip when coupled to the relevant support head either essentially covers only half of the width of the support head - measured in the longitudinal direction of the connecting strip - or covers this width of the support head in total.
  • the mentioned half-overlap creates a possibility, which can be practiced well, of realizing a continuation with a further terminal strip in the longitudinal direction of the terminal strip.
  • the full coverage mentioned is particularly advantageous if there is no continuation with another connection strip, e.g. B. because the end of the terminal strip is present on a building wall.
  • the connecting strip has at least one intermediate coupling area for engagement with the prop head Formwork support, wherein the intermediate coupling area can have a design that deviates from the design of the end coupling areas, but does not have to have it.
  • the connection bar interacts with three or even more formwork supports.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention can also be characterized in that at least one of the coupling areas has an insertion area for engagement with a receiving area on a support head, or that all coupling areas each have an insertion area for engagement with have a receiving area on a support head.
  • the "reverse design” is also possible, namely that at least one of the coupling areas has a receiving area for engagement with an insertion area on a support head, or that all coupling areas each have a receiving area for engagement with an insertion area on a support head.
  • the insertion area-receiving area interventions mentioned which can be in the form of form-fitting interventions, but do not have to be, can be put into practice in a simple manner during assembly of the connecting strip on the prop heads of formwork props.
  • the delivery area-receiving area interventions are very robust.
  • the production costs for the connection strip and the support heads are also comparatively low.
  • the terminal block of the arrangement according to the invention can further be characterized in that it has, in cross-section, a leg which is horizontal in use and a leg which is vertical in use; and in that at least part of the coupling areas are positioned laterally on the leg which is vertical in use.
  • This basic shape of the connection bar is a good prerequisite for safe positioning of the connection bar on the formwork props.
  • the terminal block of the arrangement according to the invention can have a main body made of metal, in particular aluminum including aluminum alloys.
  • the main body may be a metal extrusion to which other parts are attached.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention can be designed in such a way that its upper side is provided as part of the shaping surface of the ceiling formwork.
  • the connecting strip is a functional part of the formlining of the slab formwork when in use.
  • the upper side of the connection bar can be equipped with a plywood. This can be accomplished by attaching a formwork strip at the top.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention can have at least one contact area which is intended for contact with a wall, in particular a building wall. Because of this feature, a connection function of the connection strip on the wall can be implemented particularly well and a particularly reliable positioning of the connection strip relative to the wall can be achieved.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention can also be characterized in that the distances between the coupling areas are such that engagement with prop heads of formwork props is possible, which are at center distance for the width of ceiling formwork panels.
  • the connection strip designed in this way forces the formwork supports to be at defined center distances, which correspond to the width of the ceiling formwork panels.
  • the ceiling formwork panels adjoining the connection strip can be erected in a particularly simple manner.
  • connection strip of the arrangement according to the invention can also be characterized in that when it is coupled to the relevant support head, it covers essentially only half of the width of the support head—measured transversely to the longitudinal direction of the connection strip. This does not preclude the width measured transversely to its longitudinal extent being greater than half the width of the support head mentioned, in which case part of the width of the connecting strip then protrudes beyond the support head.
  • the "half overlap" mentioned makes it possible to cover the other half of the column head width with the edge area of a formwork panel or the corner areas of two formwork panels next to one another.
  • One subject of the invention is an arrangement which has at least one formwork prop for a slab formwork and a connection bar coupled to the prop head of the at least one formwork prop, as has been disclosed in the previous part of the description, characterized in that the underside of the connection bar rests on the prop head and one of the end coupling areas of the connecting strip is engaged with a counter-coupling area of the prop head.
  • This arrangement is realized in such a way that two formwork supports are provided for a floor formwork and the connecting strip is coupled in the manner mentioned to the two formwork supports, each with one of its two end coupling areas.
  • At least one further formwork prop is provided between the two formwork props mentioned, with the underside of the connecting strip resting on the prop head of the further formwork prop and an intermediate coupling region of the connecting strip engaging with a counter-coupling region of the prop head of the further formwork prop.
  • the design can be such that the two formwork props, which are associated with the two end coupling areas of the connecting bar, can be secured with a stand, e.g. B. tripod, are equipped, whereas the other formwork support (s), which is (are) assigned to the intermediate coupling area (s) of the connection strip, can be designed without a safety device, but can also be designed with a safety device.
  • the arrangement according to the invention can be implemented in such a way that the terminal strip defines the mutual spacing of the formwork supports as a result of its positioning on the formwork supports, e.g. B. Distance or distances suitable for the width or widths of ceiling formwork panels.
  • connection strip represents an initial element of a ceiling formwork; it creates a connection between the slab formwork and e.g. Legs Wall; it creates a transition between z. B. the wall and ceiling formwork panels.
  • the connection bar can have such a height that its top and the top of the at least one ceiling formwork panel lie essentially in one plane.
  • the design can be such that the connecting strip is essentially only half the width of the prop head of the at least covered a formwork prop. This does not rule out the possibility that the width of the connecting strip, measured transversely to its longitudinal extension, is greater than half the width of the support head mentioned, in which case part of the width of the connecting strip then protrudes beyond the support head.
  • the remaining width of the prop head can be used for the edge area of a slab formwork panel or the corner areas of two adjacent slab formwork panels.
  • the upper side of the connecting strip and the upper side(s) of this ceiling formwork panel or these ceiling formwork panels adjoin one another and form a partial area of a shaping surface for the concrete.
  • the formwork props provided in the arrangement according to the invention and assigned to the connecting strip can have prop heads which each have a lowering area on the side facing the at least one adjacent formwork panel, which can be lowered relative to the rest of the prop head in order to lower the two corner regions of the at least one ceiling formwork panel adjacent to the connecting strip .
  • the feature “is engaged” can be designed in such a way that it becomes “is in positive engagement”.
  • the feature “in engagement” is thus preferably designed in such a way that there is or is a form-fitting engagement.
  • first and second formwork supports each provided with a safety device.
  • step (i) First, removing the connecting strip from the prop heads of the first and second formwork prop and then removing the first and second formwork prop. Or, first removing the first or the second formwork prop, then removing the connector strip from the prop head of the other of those two formwork props, and finally removing the other of the two formwork props.
  • connection bar is either placed on the first and second formwork prop at the same time, or alternatively the connection bar is first placed on the first formwork prop, then pivoted further upwards and then supported with the second formwork prop.
  • the holding element can be attached before or after step (d).
  • Step (i) can be carried out before or after step (h).
  • step (f) Subsequent to the construction of a row of ceiling formwork panels according to step (f), another row of ceiling formwork panels or successively several rows of ceiling formwork panels can be constructed in a corresponding manner. The same applies in reverse order for the removal of at least a partial area of a slab formwork.

  • spindles ie by adjusting the height of a part of the formwork support using a nut-threaded spindle drive.
  • dismantling or removing the formwork props at least in some cases it is necessary to lower at least that part of the prop head on which one or more ceiling formwork panels or the connecting strip rest. At least in some cases this can be done by lowering a support section, e.g. B. by means of a mother-threaded spindle drive happen.

  • an adjustment option for the height position of the support heads 61 and 63 in the illustrated embodiment by means of an external thread at the upper end area of a lower support section 85, and one with it threaded female sleeve 82, the upper face of which acts on a bolt 84 which traverses one of a plurality of horizontal bores in an upper support portion 86.
  • Carrying out a height adjustment of the relevant support head 61 or 63 by turning the internally threaded sleeve 82 is called "spindles".
  • the other supports 80 are constructed in the same way as the supports 60 and 62, but each without the safety device 64.
  • the support head 81 has been brought into positive engagement with a receiving area 83 with one of the two intermediate coupling areas 22 This surgery is best seen in 16 and 17 .
  • the recording area 83 used for this procedure is - in the direction of view 17 - Delimited on the left and right by a jaw 85 that rises up and, with the exception of its foot area, leads away obliquely outwards.
  • the positioning extension 72 is also located in the space between the two jaws 85, but with the relevant part of its height between the two pins 23 has space.
  • the two pins 23 each fit with their outer side 87, which points to a front end of the terminal block 2, just between the foot areas of the two jaws 85, which creates the mentioned form-fitting engagement.
  • the pins 23 do not protrude beyond the vertical leg 6 of the terminal block 2 downwards. It can thus be seen that the receiving area 83 of the relevant further support 80 for the intermediate coupling area 22 of the terminal strip 2 designed as an insertion area is a differently designed receiving area than the receiving area 70 described above for the end coupling area 20 of the terminal strip designed as an insertion area 2.
  • the two other pillars 80 necessarily stand at a center distance of 1 m between them and the in 9 right, further support 80 inevitably at a center distance of 1 m to the support 62.
  • the center distance is slightly less than 1 m (because the connection strip 2 completely covers the width of the support head 61, measured in the longitudinal direction of the connection strip 2).
  • the engagement of the coupling areas 20 and 22 of the terminal strip 2 with the four support heads 61, 63, 81, 81 of the four supports 60, 62, 80, 80 assigned to the terminal strip 2 enforces or defines that the supports are all in the described center distances are located.
  • the other supports 80 can each be set up by one working person alone.
  • the other supports 80 are screwed to the correct height.
  • a retaining element 86 has been attached to the second wall 54 .
  • the holding element 86 has the shape of a rail which runs essentially vertically. At its upper end, the holding element 86 has a lug 88 that can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the holding element 86 and, in the extended state, goes against the side face of the vertical leg 6 of the terminal strip 2 that faces away from the second wall 54 (see in particular 16 ). In this way, the holding element 86 holds the terminal block 2 against the second wall 54.
  • a ceiling formwork panel 40 with two corner regions 90 and 92 is hung on the support head 61 of the first support 60 and on the support head 81 of the further support 80 adjacent thereto.
  • the four jaws 76 which are present on the side of the relevant support head 61 or 81 facing away from the second wall 54, have partial areas which project upwards above the level of the bearing surface 78, and also have points pointing towards the connection strip 2 , small lugs 90 each at the upper end.
  • the corner portions 90 and 92 of the slab formwork panel 40 can thus each be hooked into the space between the positioning projection 72 and the upwardly projecting portions of the jaws 76.
  • the corner area 90 occupies the entire width of the support head 61--measured in the longitudinal direction of the connection strip 2--the corner area 92 only the--also measured--half the width of the support head 81.
  • the suspended ceiling formwork panel 40 initially hangs down.
  • the ceiling formwork panel 40 is pivoted with its two other corner areas 94 and 96 upwards, with the help of a formwork aid 66.
  • a formwork aid 66 is already in connection with 7 been described.
  • the rod-like formwork aid 66 is telescopically made up of two sections which are slidable relative to one another so that the effective length of the formwork aid 66 can be adjusted.
  • a working person can pivot the ceiling formwork panel 40 into an essentially horizontal position overall or upwards beyond that.
  • a further support 80 positioned (to be seen in the result at the sixth phase of the 12 ).
  • the support head 81 of this further support 80 is designed like the support heads 61, 63, 81, 81 described so far, so that a form-fitting engagement between the corner region 94 and the support head 81 of the further support 80 placed last is possible.
  • the partial area of the ceiling formwork containing a first row of ceiling formwork panels 40 can also be built on with a second, third, etc. row of ceiling formwork panels 40 .
  • the ceiling formwork panels 40 are suspended in the manner described at the socket heads 81 of the second row of supports 80, pivoted upwards and supported with supports 80 in the corner regions pivoted upwards. You can continue working in this way until the entire slab formwork is completed, if necessary with the help of adapters.
  • connection strips 2 are also provided.
  • the number of coupling areas 20 and 22 depends on the ceiling formwork panel widths and for how many ceiling formwork panels 40 the connection strip 2 is designed.
  • Connection strips 2 are also possible which have only two end coupling areas 20 and no intermediate coupling area 22, ie are only designed for a single ceiling formwork panel width. It is also possible to design connection strips 2 in such a way that the coupling areas have different distances from one another, so that ceiling formwork panels 40 of different widths are connected to one and the same connection strip 2 .
  • the edge beam which is associated with the two corner regions 90 and 92 of the relevant ceiling formwork panel 40, comes into a lower position.
  • the ceiling formwork panel 40 in question can be pivoted downwards with its two corner regions 94 and 96 without an edge region of the formwork skin of the ceiling formwork panel 40 adjacent to the connecting strip 2 digging into the concrete of the cast ceiling from below.
  • the ceiling formwork panel 40 can now be pivoted downwards with its corner areas 94 and 96 using the formwork aid 66 . Thereafter, the corner portions 90 and 92 are unhooked at the prop heads 61 and 81, and the slab formwork panel 40 is removed.
  • replacement supports are placed adjacent to the supports 60, 62, 80, 80 of the first row of supports, at a slightly greater distance from the second wall 54 than these supports are, and screwed up against the poured ceiling. In many cases, this placement of replacement supports is not necessary because the poured ceiling is adequately supported there by the second wall.
  • the other supports 80 are removed.
  • their support heads 81 are screwed down a bit.
  • the other supports 80 can be easily removed.
  • the retainer 86 is removed.
  • the assembly of the end supports 60 and 62 and the terminal block 2 stands on its own and it is easy to proceed with the removal of these parts.
  • the support heads 61 and 63 are screwed down a bit.
  • the connecting strip 2 is removed in the reverse manner to that described for erection.
  • connection strip 2 can be combined with many different types of prop heads, and also with other types of slab formwork panels.
  • Terminal strip 2 can also be used in this environment.
  • the connection strip 2 can also be used for slab formwork where you do not want to work with premature stripping.
