Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de support (4) pour un étai de plafond (3) destiné à soutenir un panneau de coffrage de plafond (2), le dispositif de support (4) présentant au moins un élément de support supérieur allongé (7) et un élément de support inférieur allongé (8), et les éléments de support (7, 8) étant reliés entre eux de manière pivotante, les éléments de support (7,8) peuvent être amenés dans une position de travail dans laquelle les éléments de support (7, 8) sont de préférence orientés coaxialement l'un par rapport à l'autre, et les éléments de support (7, 8) peuvent être pivotés dans une position de basculement dans laquelle les éléments de support (7, 8) sont pivotés l'un par rapport à l'autre d'un angle de basculement (α), un élément de verrouillage (9) étant prévu, qui empêche les éléments de support (7, 8) de pivoter dans la position de travail, l'élément de verrouillage (9) pontant dans la position de travail une zone de liaison (10) entre les deux éléments de support (7, 8), et l'élément de verrouillage (9) pouvant être amené dans une position de libération, dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (9) est disposé à l'extérieur de la zone de liaison (10), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (9) s'étend, dans la position de travail, d'une zone d'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de support supérieur (7) à une zone d'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de support inférieur (8) et enjambe ainsi la zone de liaison (10).
  2. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon la revendication 1,

    l'élément de verrouillage (9) s'applique dans la position de travail au moins par sections contre une paroi intérieure et/ou une paroi extérieure des éléments de support (7, 8), l'élément de verrouillage (9) formant de préférence un guidage avec les éléments de support (7, 8) pour déplacer l'élément de verrouillage (9) de manière guidée entre la position de travail et la position de libération.
  3. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    l'élément de support inférieur est un tube de support inférieur (7) et/ou l'élément de support supérieur est un tube de support supérieur (8) et/ou l'élément de verrouillage est une douille de support déplaçable (9).
  4. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon la revendication 3,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    la douille de support (9) peut être déplacée coaxialement par rapport au tube de support supérieur (7) et/ou au tube de support inférieur (8) afin d'amener la douille de support (9) dans la position de libération.
  5. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    une extrémité frontale supérieure de l'élément de support inférieur (8) présente un biseau (12), le biseau (12) étant conçu de telle sorte que 40 % à 90 %, de préférence 50 % à 90 %, en particulier 50 % à 75 %, de l'extrémité frontale supérieure de l'élément de support inférieur (8) ne soit pas pourvue d'un biseau (12).
  6. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    les tubes de support (7, 8) sont reliés entre eux de manière pivotante par un axe de rotation (13).
  7. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon la revendication 6,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    un élément de liaison (15) est fixé sur l'un des tubes de support (7), de préférence sur une paroi intérieure du tube de support (7), et l'élément de liaison (15) présente un ou plusieurs alésages (15a) à travers lesquels l'axe de rotation (13) fixé sur l'autre tube de support (8) est guidé de telle sorte que l'élément de liaison (15) peut pivoter autour de l'axe de rotation (13).
  8. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    une circonférence extérieure du tube de support inférieur (8) et/ou une circonférence extérieure du tube de support supérieur (7) et une circonférence intérieure de la douille de support (9) présentent une section transversale différente de la forme circulaire, de préférence une section transversale en forme de citron, une section transversale rectangulaire, une section transversale triangulaire, une section transversale triangulaire en forme de citron, une section transversale en forme d'étoile ou une section transversale polygonale.
  9. Dispositif de soutien (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    un dispositif de broche (5) est prévu pour modifier la longueur totale du dispositif de support (4) et du support de plafond (3).
  10. Support de plafond (3) avec un dispositif de support (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
  11. Support de plafond (3) selon la revendication 10,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    le dispositif de support (4) est fixé de manière amovible à une extrémité supérieure du support de plafond (3) ou est formé d'un seul tenant avec le support de plafond (3).
  12. Système de coffrage de plafond (1), présentant au moins un panneau de coffrage de plafond (2), au moins un support de plafond (3) et au moins un dispositif de support (4) pour le support de plafond (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
  13. Procédé de décoffrage d'un panneau de coffrage de plafond (2), qui est soutenu par au moins un support de plafond (3), après quoi le support de plafond (3) est d'abord abaissé au moyen d'un dispositif à broche (5) jusqu'à ce qu'une tête de support (6), à laquelle le support de plafond (3) est relié par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de support pivotant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, puisse être amenée hors de prise avec le panneau de coffrage de plafond (2), après quoi la tête de support (6) est pivotée au moyen du dispositif de support (4) d'un angle de basculement (α) de telle sorte que la tête de support (6) ne se trouve pas dans une trajectoire de pivotement du panneau de coffrage de plafond (2) lorsque celui-ci peut être pivoté vers le bas autour d'un axe de pivotement qui s'étend le long d'un bord latéral du panneau de coffrage de plafond (2) qui n'est pas adjacent à l'étai de plafond (3).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13,
    car a c t é r i s é en ce que
    pour faire pivoter la tête de support (6), un élément de verrouillage (9), qui enjambe une zone de liaison (10) entre un élément de support supérieur (7) et un élément de support inférieur (8), passe d'une position de travail, dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (9) maintient les éléments de support (7,8) est amené dans une position de libération dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (9) est disposé à l'extérieur de la zone de liaison (10), de préférence de telle sorte que l'élément de verrouillage (9) est déplacé coaxialement par rapport aux éléments de support (7, 8).
