Claims (8)
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften, gebildet durch das Überkreuzen von Kett- und Schussfäden, bei denen die Kettfäden und die Schussfäden, aus vier verschiedenen Typen bestehen, und in Bezug auf die Schussgarne jeweils in unterschiedlichen Bindungen verarbeitet sind, jeweils:- elastische Fäden (A), verarbeitet in einer Taftbindung;- Grundfäden (B), bestehend aus synthetischen Garnen, texturiert durch Falschdrall auf der Vorderseite, die dazu bestimmt sind das aufnehmende Element der selbsthaftenden Struktur zu bilden, verarbeitet in einer Leinwandbindung, abwechselnd mit Oberflächenflottierungen verarbeitet, und die eine Einzelfasertitrierung zwischen 10 und 25 dtex aufweisen, außerdem ein Heißluft-Schrumpfverhalten laut Norm DIN EN 14621, von mindestens 5%, einen Kräuselkontraktionswert von über 35 %, wobei die Kräuselkontraktion das Verhältnis der Länge zwischen einem Fadenabschnitt, der einer Kraft von 2 cN/tex ausgesetzt ist und der Länge desselben Fadenabschnitts ohne Spannung darstellt, mit einem Kräuselmodulwert über 20 %, das Kräuselmodul stellt dabei die Dehnungsfähigkeit des texturierten Fadens im Elastizitätsbereich der Kräuselung dar und einen Kräuselstabilitätswert laut Norm DIN ISO 53840-TI, von über 65 %;- Grundfäden (C) auf der Rückseite, gebildet aus synthetischem Multifilamentgarn mit einem einheitlichen Einzelfasertiter zwischen 0,3 und 1,7 dtex, verarbeitet in einer Ripsbindung, abwechselnd langen Flottierungen auf der Rückseite und kurzen Bindungszonen auf der Vorderseite, die Komfort und weichen Griff auf dieser Seite des Gewebes sicherstellen sollen;- Fäden, die als Bindungsfäden dienen, bestehend ausschließlich aus thermoadhäsiven synthetischen Garnen, deren Schmelzpunkt zwischen 80° C und 160° C liegt, verarbeitet mit Leinwandbindung, die dafür sorgen, dass die dehnbaren Fäden im zentralen Bereich des Gewebes gehalten werden und die nach der Endbearbeitung für das Blockieren der Grundfäden (B) (Fäden der Vorderseite), die das aufnehmende, haftende Element bilden und das Blockieren der Grundfäden (C) (Fäden der Rückseite). sorgen.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Fäden aus (A) umsponnenen Fäden bestehen, deren Kern aus Elasthan einen Titer von 1240 dtex aufweist und bedeckt mit einer doppelten Decke aus texturierten Polyamidfäden, mit einem Titer von 2/78 dtex 23 Fasern.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfäden (B) der Vorderseite aus texturiertem Polyamidgarn mit einem Titer von 220 dtex 10 Fasern bestehen, deren Heißluftschrumpf in einer Größenordnung von 8 % liegt.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfäden (C) der Rückseite aus texturierten Polyamidgarnen mit einem Titer 2/78 dtex 68 Fasern bestehen.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden, die als Bindung (D) dienen aus einem thermoadhäsiven Copolymer bestehen, mit einem Titer zwischen 80 und 180 dtex, und einem Schmelzpunkt zwischen 80° C und 160° C.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoadhäsive Copolymer ausgewählt wird aus der Gruppe mit thermoadhäsiven Copolymer mit einem Titer nahe 167 dtex, und einem Schmelzpunkt von 110°C und thermoadhäsiven Copolyester mit einem Titer nahe 167 Decitex und einem Schmelzpunkt von 1450C.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schussfäden (T) der Rückseite aus texturierten Polyamidgarnen mit einem Titer nahe 4/78 dtex 23 Fasern bestehen, die Schrumpfung des fertigen Gewebes beträgt 64 Schläge pro Inch.
- Doppelseitiges Gewebe mit elastischen Eigenschaften in Kettrichtung und mit Hafteigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil (Cl) der Grundfäden (Fäden der Vorderseite) am Geweberand eine Ripsbindung von 2 aufweist, um die Kantenfestigkeit des Gewebes zu verbessern, gleichzeitig aber die Bequemlichkeit zu wahren.
