Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kopfkissen oder ein Nackenstützkissen aus einem Bezug mit einer unter einem Einfassband randseitig vernähten Ober- und Unterseite und einem einseitig wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschluss und einer dort hindurch in das Kissen eingebrachten Füllung.
  • Kopfkissen sind bekannt aus KR 20 2010 0009083 U , US 1 020 444 A , CA 2 806 799 A1 , US 6532 611 B , sowie US 7 089 617 B1 , CH 590 035 A5 und DE 89 10 608 U .
  • Es ist ein Kissen, insbesondere ein Kopfkissen bekannt, EP 0 286 102 A1 , in dem zusätzlich zu einer Füllung ein Beutel eingebracht sein kann, der mit einer andersartigen Füllung befüllt ist, um dem Kissen etwa zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs ein pralleres Aussehen zu geben oder in dem Beutel Schmuckstücke oder andere Gegenstände zu verstecken.
  • Nachteilig an diesem vorbekannten Kissen ist insbesondere, dass der Beutel frei im Innenraum beweglich ist oder in eine zusätzliche Innentasche eingesetzt werden muss, deren Herstellung allerdings aufwendig und wenig wirtschaftlich ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches auf wirtschaftlich einfache und praktische Art und Weise eine von außen zugängliche Tasche in einem Kissen zur Verfügung stellt, welches die Aufnahme eines Beutels, wie eines Körnerkissens oder eines im Querschnitt linsenförmigen Schaumkerns ermöglicht und deren oder dessen Funktionsweise ergänzend unterstützt.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich durch die Merkmale des ersten Schutzanspruches.
  • Bei dem erfinderischen Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen wird also aus einem Bezug eine Außenhülle mit einer Tasche innerhalb des Kissens zur Verfügung gestellt, welche direkt bei der Konfektionierung mit ausgebildet wird. Dies bedeutet, dass kein wesentlicher Extraaufwand betrieben werden muss, um die innere Kammer als Tasche zu erzeugen. '
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen hat deswegen insgesamt zwei wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschlüsse, wie etwa Reißverschlüsse, und zwar einen auf der Seite der Tasche, um das Körnerkissen einfügen oder zu entnehmen zu können und einen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, um das Kissen mit einer beliebigen Füllung befüllen oder etwa zu Reinigungs- oder Austauschzwecken leeren zu können.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ergeben sich mit und in Kombination aus den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Tasche so gefaltet, dass die beiden Seiten der Tasche mit den seitlichen Rändern der Oberseite und der Unterseite des Bezuges vernäht werden können, sodass die Tasche nur an den beiden Außenseiten und auf der Seite des Reißverschlusses der Tasche mit dem äußeren Teil des Kissens verbunden ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass beispielsweise eine Füllung aus Polyesterkugeln, die von der entgegengesetzten Seite des Kissens eingebracht wird, die Tasche vollständig umschließen kann und somit auch ein darin eingelegtes Körnerkissen oder einen mit linsenartigem Querschnitt versehenen Schaumkern, sodass die Polyesterkugeln den Tascheninhalt zum einen weiter abfedern und zum anderen beispielsweise die Wärme eines zuvor außerhalb des Kissens erwärmten Körnerkissens länger dort halten, da die Polyesterkugeln dann als Art Wärmedämmung fungieren.
  • Dadurch erfolgt die Wärmeabgabe auch abhängig von der individuell zu wählenden Dicke des Bezuges, welcher ggf. noch mit einem zusätzlichen Vlies versehen sein kann und nicht direkt, sondern indirekt und über einen wesentlich längeren Zeitraum. Ein normales Körnerkissen gibt dagegen den größten Teil seiner Wärme direkt an die Umgebungsluft ab und ist nach ca. 60 Minuten auf Körpertemperatur abgekühlt, wohingegen bei der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion die Wärme mindestens über einen doppelt so langen Zeitraum gehalten werden kann.
  • Entsprechend einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschlüsse als Reißverschlüsse oder Klettverschlüsse ausgebildet, sodass der Inhalt des Bezuges, vor allen Dingen aber der Inhalt der Tasche, jederzeit leicht zugänglich ist.
  • Das dem Kopfkissen oder dem Nackenstützkissen zugeordnete Körnerkissen kann des Weiteren mit beliebigen Füllungen versehen sein, für eine sehr feine Füllung beispielsweise mit Amaranth oder Johänniskernen, für eine feine Füllung mit Rapssamen, für eine mittelgrobe Füllung aus Dinkel-, Weizen- oder Roggenkörnern, Traubenkernen, Leinsamen, Hirse oder Buchweizen oder für eine sehr grobe harte Füllung mit Kirschkernen, sodass jedem Schläfer eine optimale und individuelle Schlafhilfe zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann.
  • Alternativ kann die Tasche, die einen flachen linsenartigen oder ovalen Querschnitt aufweist, mit einem ebenfalls im Querschnitt linsenartig ausgebildeten und mit einem Bezug versehen Schaumkern kleineren Umfangs gefüllt werden, sodass auch Schläfer mit anderen Vorlieben mit diesem erfinderischen Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen ein für sie befriedigendes Schlaferlebnis verwirklichen können, wobei die Füllung des Kissen die Tasche von außen auf ihren inneren Ober- und Unterseiten umgibt, wodurch sich fließende Übergänge von einem härteren Körnerkissen oder Schaumkern zur Füllung des Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens einstellen.
  • Entsprechend einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Bezug von innen mit einem Vlies aus Tierhaaren, wie Schurwolle oder aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, cellulosischen oder synthetischen Kunstfasern oder einer anteiligen Mischung aus diesen Materialien versteppt, sodass bereits das Kopfkissen oder das Nackenstützkissen ein angenehm warmes und anschmiegsam weiches Außenmaterial besitzt.
  • Die Füllung des erfinderischen Kissens besteht im Wesentlichen aus Kugelfasern aus 100 % Polyester, die bekanntlich über einen langen Benutzungszeitraum ihre Bauschkraft behalten und zudem eine gute Waschbarkeit aufweisen. Alternativ lassen sich natürlich alle anderen bekannten Füllungen oder auch neuartige Füllungen in das erfindungsgemäße Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen einfüllen, wobei das erfinderische Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen auch ohne Körnerkissen oder Schaumkern nutzbar ist und dann ein Teil der inneren Füllung den freien Raum des Körnerkissens oder des Schaumkerns ausfüllt und die Tasche dabei zusammengedrückt oder verformt. Da die Tasche erfindungsgemäß ohne innere Nähte auskommt, können diese einen Schläfer auch nicht stören, was ein weiteres, sehr wesentliches Merkmal der vorliegenden Erfindung darstellt.
  • Zu seiner Herstellung muss der Bezug des Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens vor seinem Vernähen etwa die doppelte Länge des Kopfkissens und der Tasche aufweisen, bei einem 50 cm langen Kopfkissen und einer 15 cm tiefen Tasche also eine Länge von 130 cm besitzen.
  • Ein wesentlicher Vorteil des erfinderischen Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens besteht darin, dass die Körnerkissen nun stets an Ort und Stelle verbleiben und sich nicht später in der Nacht an irgendeiner anderen Stelle im Bett wiederfinden, wie das bei herkömmlichen Körnerkissen oftmals der Fall ist, wobei das erfindungsgemäße Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen eine Konstruktion zur Verfügung stellt, bei der das Kissen aufgrund seiner Verbindung mit dem Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen stets an seinem idealen Platz im Nackenbereich verbleibt. Weiterhin ist von Vorteil, dass verhältnismäßig lange Körnerkissen verwandt werden können, die sich über die gesamte Kissenbreite erstrecken, was bei nächtlichen Bewegungen und Drehungen von Schläfern vorteilhaft ist, da diese stets im Kontakt mit dem Körnerkissen bleiben, jedenfalls so lange deren Kopf das Kissen nicht verlässt.
  • Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Tasche etwa 15 cm tief ausgeführt und weist stets die Kissenbreite des mit der Tasche ausgebildeten Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens auf, wobei die gängigen cm-Maße von Kopfkissen 40/40, 50/50, 40/60, 50/60, 40/80, 50/80, 60/80, 80/80, 70/90 betragen und deswegen die Körnerkissen Längen von 40, 50, 60, 80 oder 90 cm aufweisen können.
  • Unabhängig von den Abmessungen des Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens weist die Tasche für das Körnerkissen oder den Schaumkern sowie das Körnerkissen oder der Schaumkern selber jeweils eine optimale Tiefe von 15 cm +/-2 cm auf.
  • Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Das Kopfkissen 1 besteht aus einem Bezug mit einer Oberseite 2 und einer Unterseite 3, wobei dieser auf jeweils der zur Innenseite gewandten Seite mit einem Vlies 11 versteppt ist. Am in der Figur 2 dargestellten linken Rand sind die Ränder des Bezugs mit einem Einfassband 12 umsäumt und mit einem Reißverschluss 4 verschlossen, sodass der Bezug mit einer Füllung 5 versehen werden kann, welche hier bevorzugterweise aus Polyesterkugelfasern besteht. Auf der dem Reißverschluss 4 zum Einbringen der Füllung 5 entgegengesetzten Seite ist der Bezug mit einer nach innen gefalteten Tasche 7 ausgestattet, die zur Aufnahme eines Körnerkissens 8 oder eines im Querschnitt linsenförmigen Schaumkerns dient, wobei die beiden Ränder 6 der Falten der Tasche 7 jeweils mit einer Seite eines zweiten wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschluss 9, hier einem Reißverschluss, sowie mit einem Einfassband 12 versehen sind, sodass die Tasche 7 über den Verschluss 9, einfach geöffnet und verschlossen werden kann, etwa um eine Einlage einzulegen oder zu entnehmen.
  • Die nach innen eingestülpte Falte des Bezuges ist nahtfrei, wobei nur die Seiten der Tasche 7 mit den seitlichen Rändern der Oberseite 2 und der Unterseite 3 des Bezuges unter einem weiteren Einfassband 12 vernäht sind, sodass die Tasche 7 selber im Inneren des Kissens 1 keinerlei eigene Nähte aufweist. Das Körnerkissen 8 kann mit unterschiedlichen Füllungen 10 gefüllt sein, die von sehr feinen Füllungen 10 bis hin zu sehr groben harten Füllungen 10 reichen können, wobei sehr feine Füllung 10 aus Amaranth oder Johanniskernen, feste Füllungen 10 aus Rapssamen, mittelgrobe Füllungen 10 aus Dinkel-, Weizen- oder Roggenkörnern, Traubenkernen, Leinsamen, Hirse oder Buchweizen oder sehr grobe harte Füllungen 10 aus Kirschkernen bestehen können.

Claims (12)

  1. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen aus einem Bezug mit einer unter einem Einfassband (12) randseitig vernähten Oberseite (2) und Unterseite (3) und einem einseitigen wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschluss (4) und einer dort hindurch in das Kissen (1) eingebrachten Füllung (5), wobei der Bezug einteilig ist und wobei er an dem dem Verschluss (4) des Kissens (1) entgegengesetzten Rand (6), eine Tasche (7) für ein Körnerkissen (7) oder einen Schaumkern bildend, nach innen gefaltet ist, wobei die beiden Ränder (6) der Falten der Tasche (7) mit zusammenwirkenden Teilen eines zweiten wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschlusses (9) versehen sind.
  2. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten der Tasche (7) mit den seitlichen Rändern der Oberseite (2) und der Unterseite (3) des Bezuges vernäht sind.
  3. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wiederholt zu öffnenden Verschlüsse (4;9) als Reißverschlüsse oder Klettverschlüsse ausgebildet sind.

Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tasche (7) ein Körnerkissen (8) zugeordnet ist, welches entweder eine sehr feine Füllung (10) aus Amaranth oder Johanniskernen, eine feste Füllung (10) aus Rapssamen, eine mittelgrobe Füllung (10) aus Dinkel-, Weizen- oder Roggenkörnern, Traubenkernen, Leinsamen, Hirse oder Buchweizen oder eine sehr grobe harte Füllung (10) aus Kirschkernen aufweist.
  5. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (7) einen flachen, linsenartigen oder ovalen Querschnitt aufweist und dass ihr ein im Querschnitt linsenartiger oder ovaler Schaumkern mit eigenem Bezug und geringfügig kleinerem Umfangs als die Tasche (7) zugeordnet ist.
  6. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (7) bis aus ihren mit den Rändern des Bezuges vernähten Seitenrändern sich frei in den Innenraum des Kissen (1) erstreckt.
  7. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllung (5) des Kissens (1) die Tasche (7) außen auf ihrer inneren Ober- und Unterseite umgibt.
  8. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug mit einem Vlies (11) aus Tierhaar, wie Schurwolle oder aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, cellulosischen oder synthetischen Kunstfasern oder einer anteiligen Mischung aus diesen Materialien versteppt ist.
  9. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllung (5) aus Kugelfasern aus 100 % Polyester besteht.
  10. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit oder ohne Körnerkissen (7) oder Schaumkern nutzbar ist, wobei ein Teil der Füllung (5) den freien Raum des Körnerkissens (7) oder des Schaumkerns ausfüllt und dass die Tasche (7) dabei zusammengedrückt oder verformt ist.
  11. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezugsstoff vor seinem Vernähen aus einer Stoffbahn mit der doppelten Länge des Kopfkissens (1) und der Tasche (7) besteht.
  12. Kopfkissen oder Nackenstützkissen nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (7) unabhängig von den Abmessungen des Kopfkissens oder Nackenstützkissens eine Tiefe von 15 cm +/- 2 cm aufweist.
