Claims (11)

  1. Fenêtre (10) ou porte, la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présentant :
    a. un châssis fixe (12) ;
    b. un battant (14) mobile par rapport au châssis fixe (12) et qui peut être déplacé d'une position de fermeture à une position en basculement ;
    c. un agencement de bielles (24) doté d'un premier pivot d'accouplement (32) qui peut être déplacé par l'agencement de bielles (24) d'une position de fermeture pour la disposition de fermeture du battant (14) à une position en basculement pour la disposition en basculement du battant (14) ;
    d. un premier dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (26) doté d'une pièce de guidage mobile (52), le premier dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (26) présentant une coulisse (56) pour guider le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) ;
    le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) étant guidé de façon continue dans la coulisse (56) entre la position de fermeture et la position en basculement,
    le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une têtière champignon dont la tête (66) passe de façon continue derrière une saillie (68) de la coulisse (56) entre une position de logement du premier pivot d'accouplement (32) dans la position de fermeture et une position de logement du premier pivot d'accouplement (32) dans la position en basculement, dans laquelle
    A) la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présente une poignée (22) couplée indirectement ou directement à l'agencement de bielles (24) pour déplacer l'agencement de bielles (24), la poignée (22) pouvant être déplacée directement d'une disposition de fermeture de poignée (42), dans laquelle le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) se trouve dans la position de fermeture, à une disposition d'ouverture en basculement de poignée (44), dans laquelle le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) se trouve dans la position en basculement ; et/ou
    B) la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présente un entraînement électrique pour actionner l'agencement de bielles (24) pour déplacer le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) de la position de fermeture à la position en basculement.
  2. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la coulisse (56) est réalisée entièrement dans la pièce de guidage (52) entre une position de logement du premier pivot d'accouplement (32) dans la position de fermeture et une position de logement du premier pivot d'accouplement (32) dans la position en basculement.
  3. Fenêtre ou porte, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la pièce de guidage (52) est disposée pivotante sur une pièce de montage (50) de la fenêtre (10) ou de la porte.
  4. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la coulisse (56) présente un fond de rainure (64) fermé au moins par endroits qui recouvre la tête (66) du premier pivot d'accouplement (32).
  5. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présente une vis anti-dévissage à l'aide de laquelle une pièce de montage (50) de la fenêtre (10) ou de la porte est installée sur le châssis fixe (12).
  6. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le battant (14) peut être déplacé dans une disposition d'ouverture, et le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) peut être déplacé par l'agencement de bielles (24) dans une position d'ouverture pour la disposition d'ouverture du battant (14), le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) n'étant pas guidé dans la coulisse (56) dans la position d'ouverture.
  7. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présente un deuxième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (28), un troisième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (30), un deuxième pivot d'accouplement (34) de l'agencement de bielles (24) et un troisième pivot d'accouplement (36) de l'agencement de bielles (24) ; le deuxième pivot d'accouplement (34) étant guidé entre une position de fermeture et une position en basculement dans une coulisse du deuxième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (28), et le troisième pivot d'accouplement (36) étant guidé entre une position de fermeture et une position en basculement dans une coulisse du troisième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (30) ; le premier dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (26), le deuxième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (28) et le troisième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (30) étant disposés en particulier sur trois côtés différents du châssis fixes (12).
  8. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (26), le deuxième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (28) et le troisième dispositif de limitation d'ouverture en basculement (30) sont réalisés de la même manière.
  9. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes en relation avec la revendication 6, dans laquelle la poignée (22) peut être déplacée directement de la disposition d'ouverture en basculement de poignée (44) à une disposition d'ouverture de poignée (46) dans laquelle le premier pivot d'accouplement (32) se trouve dans la position d'ouverture.
  10. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la poignée (22) présente un mécanisme de fermeture (48) qui empêche à l'état fermé un déplacement de la disposition d'ouverture en basculement de poignée (44) à la disposition d'ouverture de poignée (46).
  11. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la fenêtre (10) ou la porte présente un dispositif de projection à actionnement électrique pour déplacer le battant (14) de la disposition de fermeture à la disposition en basculement.
