Definitions

  • the invention relates to a removable frame for the presentation of exhibits.
  • Such exhibits are, for example, works of art or design objects and the like that are presented in the art trade.
  • the exhibits presented in a frame according to the invention can also be objects of high demand, such as glasses frames, tissues, perfume bottles and the like.
  • an interchangeable frame according to the invention is used for the presentation of individual sheets, in particular for the presentation of individual sheets of paper or the like, on which artistic representations such as drawings, etchings, prints or photos are reproduced.
  • single sheets for the presentation of which an interchangeable frame according to the invention is particularly suitable, are to be understood here as all sheet-shaped, flatly extending objects whose thickness is significantly less than their width and length.
  • Typical examples of such sheet-like objects are art prints, lithographs or pictures and other artistic representations that are reproduced by printing technology on a sheet-like carrier material.
  • single sheets in the sense of the invention include sheets with drawings, paintings and the like, as well as photos.
  • Such single sheets are works of art, such as lithographs, art prints or high-quality photos, which are placed in small numbers and shown in private or public exhibitions in a framework of the type in question here.
  • removable frames usually have a frame element which delimits a frame opening.
  • the object to be presented sits in the frame opening in such a way that it can be freely perceived by a viewer standing on the viewer side of the removable frame.
  • the DE 7732814 U1 a picture frame particularly intended for photos has been proposed which has an upper portion and a lower portion which are parallel to each other.
  • the sections are connected by a first side section.
  • the upper section, the lower section and the first side section connecting them each have a groove on the inside.
  • the grooves of the sections are shaped to join one another. In this way they form a C-shaped receptacle for the photograph to be shown.
  • a second side section, parallel to the first side section, is secured between the other ends of the top and bottom sections. This second side section is provided with a recess in the form of a longitudinal slot which extends essentially over the entire length of the section.
  • Grooves formed in the upper and lower sections open into the longitudinal slot.
  • the photo to be presented can be pushed through the slot into the C-shaped groove receptacle of the frame.
  • the slot can be closed by a locking bar to secure the photo that is pushed into the frame. This can be done on the Slotted side portion of the frame provided a sliding guide into which the locking rail is inserted.
  • the individual sheet can be exchanged in a comparatively simple manner.
  • the rear wall of the frame which is usually present, does not have to be removed in order to change the respective picture. Rather, the replacement or replacement of the single sheet to be presented in the removable frame can be done by simply inserting it into the frame or pulling it out of the frame.
  • individual sheets are put together to form collections or series that are related to a specific topic or time. For example, it is a long tradition to combine twelve graphics, photos or the like into a calendar with a separate sheet assigned to each month. For this purpose, the individual sheets are usually attached to a carrier sheet on which the date information is then also printed.
  • the carrier sheets are usually connected to one another in such a way that at the beginning of the month the calendar sheet of the month that has just ended, which is visible on the front of the calendar, can easily be folded over to the back of the calendar and the calendar sheet of the newly started month on the front of the calendar becomes freely visible. This inherently simple handling can, however, become problematic if the carrier sheets are large and do not have sufficient inherent rigidity.
  • the carrier sheets can form folds or creases when they are turned over, so that the individual sheet attached to them is also kinked.
  • damage to the individual sheets carried by the carrier sheets can be caused by the adhesives or mechanical fasteners used for the fastening. So it often happens that despite the use of special adhesives changes the structure and color of the respective sheet. Mechanically acting
  • Fastening aids cause pressure points, tears or similar damage to the usually valuable single sheets.
  • the DE 547 662 C discloses a picture frame in which the picture base which can be inserted between the rear wall and the glass plate is connected to a frame strip, this frame strip being provided with grooves for pushing onto the rear wall and the glass plate in accordance with the other strips of the frame.
  • the US2008 / 187688 A1 relates to a display arrangement which can be used to display and / or record a wide variety of objects of different dimensions.
  • the display arrangement can contain a protective structure in order to ensure the security and protection of the displayed objects.
  • the NL 1025 968 C1 discloses a picture frame having a laterally movable holder for pictures.
  • a moveable drawer is available where pictures are placed before they are presented in the frame.
  • the frame consists of a holder, a movable drawer, a handle, a fastening system for the drawer, a suspension system and a transparent plate behind it, with which the pictures can be fixed.
  • the KR 2015 011 8288 refers to a picture frame having a drawer provided at an upper end or a side end of the frame, the frame rod being assembled such that at the front of the frame rod there is an opening between the upper end or the side end of the assembled frame rod is designed so that the drawer can be coupled to the frame bars and inserted into the opening and pulled out of this opening by means of the guide.
  • the U.S. 4,691,456 A discloses a removable frame according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the JP 3160722 U discloses an accessory frame with a laterally retractable and extendable base element on which an accessory, e.g. B. a ceramic, can be fastened.
  • the flat base element has a thicker base element on the side, which also serves as a handle and frame element.
  • the invention has achieved this object by means of a removable frame with the features specified in claim 1.
  • An interchangeable frame according to the invention for the presentation of exhibits accordingly, in accordance with the prior art explained at the beginning, has a frame element which delimits a frame opening in which, when in use, the exhibit to be presented is visibly arranged from a viewer side, with one of the frame elements in the frame element the lateral outer surface of the frame element leading to the opposite inner surface of the frame element, opening into the frame opening recess is introduced, which is provided for inserting the respective exhibit into the frame opening and for pulling the exhibit out of the frame opening.
  • the "viewer side” is the side of the removable frame that the viewer looks at when the removable frame is used normally.
  • a drawer is now slidably mounted in the recess, which has a receptacle for positioning the exhibit, the drawer being displaceable between an insertion position in which the exhibit is visible in the frame opening and a removal position in which the receptacle of the drawer is located for removing the exhibit in it is located outside the frame element.
  • the invention is therefore based on the idea of introducing the exhibition item to be presented in the interchangeable frame according to the invention via a recess into the frame opening and removing it therefrom, so that no awkward opening of the frame is necessary for an exchange of the respectively presented object.
  • the invention additionally provides an auxiliary means, namely the drawer mounted in the recess according to the invention, which can be pushed through the recess into the frame opening and also pulled out of the frame opening again via the recess.
  • this drawer is designed in such a way that it can accommodate the respective exhibit. When the drawer is completely pushed into the frame, the exhibit is then presented to the viewer so that it can be seen in the frame.
  • the particular advantage of the inventive design of an interchangeable frame is not only that the respective exhibits can be easily introduced into the frame and exchanged, but also that the object presented in the interchangeable frame can be easily readjusted, added to or in each other shape can be corrected in terms of its orientation, arrangement, completeness, etc. by pulling the drawer out of the frame element and then treating the freely accessible object accordingly.
  • the removable frame according to the invention is particularly suitable for the presentation of single sheets, in particular single sheets of paper or the like, on which an artistic representation such as a drawing, an etching, a print or a photo is reproduced.
  • the storage of the drawer in the frame element can then be realized in a particularly simple manner in that the frame element has a first transverse side section on a first side and a second transverse side section on a side opposite the first side, each of which is oriented transversely to the recess in which the Drawer is stored.
  • a guide for the drawer is thus formed in a simple manner on both of the transverse side sections.
  • transverse side sections for guiding the drawer is simple, because the frame element has a rectangular basic shape when viewed from the observer's side with two longitudinal side sections extending parallel to one another, one end through the one transverse side section and at the other end through the second Transverse side portion of the frame are interconnected.
  • the transverse side sections will usually extend parallel to one another, so that a rectangular or square frame element is present. With this alignment of the side sections, parallel guidance of the drawer in or on the two transverse side sections aligned parallel to one another and at right angles to the longitudinal side sections can be implemented particularly easily.
  • suitable holding elements or other molded parts can be provided to hold the exhibit to be placed in it, by means of which the exhibit is held in place in the drawer in accordance with its intended position.
  • the reception of the drawer is limited on its longitudinal and transverse sides by edge strips and is closed on its back by a base.
  • the edge strips provided in each case can be used to guide the drawer in or on the slide guides provided for this purpose on the frame element.
  • This embodiment proves to be particularly advantageous when the sliding guides for the drawer are provided as grooves in the transverse side sections of the frame element and the respectively assigned edge strip is designed and positioned so that the inside facing the receptacle of the drawer is flush with the edge strip assigned to the respective sliding guide is aligned to the inside of the respectively assigned transverse side section.
  • the sliding guides provided for the drawer on the removable frame according to the invention cannot be seen by the viewer when the drawer is in its inserted position.
  • the corresponding placement of the edge service can be achieved in a simple manner in that the thickness of the edge strips of the drawer assigned to the transverse side sections of the frame element is equal to the depth of the guide groove provided as a sliding guide in the respective transverse side section.
  • the hold of the drawer in its insertion position is particularly secured in that a receptacle is formed in the inside of the section of the frame element opposite the opening of the recess, in which the drawer sits in the insertion position with its edge area assigned to the receptacle. If an edge strip is also provided on this side of the recess of the drawer, an optimized visual appearance is also obtained here because the edge strip is positioned on the drawer in such a way that the inside of the edge strip assigned to the respective sliding guide facing the receptacle of the drawer is aligned flush with the inside of the respectively assigned longitudinal side section of the frame element in the inserted position of the drawer.
  • the desired flush alignment can be ensured in a simple manner in that the depth of the receptacle, which is molded into the section of the frame element opposite the recess, is equal to the thickness of the edge strip that is assigned to this receptacle.
  • the recess of the frame element in which the drawer is mounted can be closed by an edge strip of the drawer.
  • run-on bevels are provided on the side boundaries of the recess so that the recess, starting from the outer surface of the frame element, has an in Has a funnel-shaped narrowing shape in the direction of the frame opening.
  • the edge strip assigned to the recess has at its ends, which are assigned to the lateral ends of the recess, in each case an end section on which an inclined surface is provided corresponding to the respective assigned run-up bevel of the recess.
  • the invention allows the drawer to be accommodated for storage a stack of two or more exhibition items lying on top of one another, in particular single sheets, in which case when the drawer is in the inserted position the uppermost exhibition item in relation to the viewer, in particular single sheet, of the stack is visible in the frame opening.
  • a stack of arbitrarily presorted, in particular sheet-like objects can be placed in the receptacle.
  • the interchangeable frame according to the invention makes it possible in this case to present exhibits, in particular individual sheets, assembled into a collection in a specific, fixed sequence.
  • the drawer can be pulled out of the frame in a very simple way so that the stack in the receptacle of the drawer is is located outside the frame member in a manner sufficient for removal.
  • the stack can then be removed from the receptacle and, for example, the exhibit that was up until then, in particular a single sheet, can be placed under the exhibit, in particular a single sheet, that was down until then.
  • the sequence of the presentation of exhibits, in particular individual sheets, which is customary in a calendar can be accomplished without having to laboriously introduce individual exhibits, in particular individual sheets, into a slot or an equally cumbersome Risk of damage to the exhibits, in particular single sheets, resulting in re-sorting is necessary.
  • a collection of twelve exhibits, in particular single sheets, of which one is assigned to a month of the current year.
  • a calendar can be added to the removable frame according to the invention.
  • a separate holder in the form of a stand for example, can be provided on which a stack of, for example, twelve cards is stored, of which the card arranged at the top indicates the data for the current month.
  • the top card can be placed at the end of the stack, as with the stack of exhibits, especially single sheets, stored in the removable frame, so that the card assigned to the following month is on top and the data on it is free are visible.
  • the holder can have a first support element, for example in the form of a flat plate.
  • a foot section can be arranged, which is provided for placing the card assigned to the current month, which, when it is on the foot, is supported with its rear side on the support surface. The foot section then forms a first support by means of which the holder is supported on the respective substrate on which it stands.
  • a receiving slot can be formed behind the preferably plate-shaped support element into which the cards of the calendar that are not required can be inserted.
  • the receiving slot On its side facing away from the first support element, the receiving slot can be delimited by a preferably likewise plate-shaped second support element, which advantageously extends parallel to the first support element.
  • the first support element is advantageously so high that it covers the entire surface of the card-like objects stuck in the receiving slot. In this way, the view is focused on the card arranged on the front side of the first support element.
  • the height of the second support element can also be dimensioned in such a way that the objects arranged in the receiving slot are supported over a height sufficient to prevent them from twisting.
  • the first and the second support element are preferably inclined at an acute angle to the ground and aligned parallel to each other, so that the map positioned on the front of the first support element is easily perceptible by the viewer and, due to the effect of gravity, rests securely on the first support element without having to do so additional resources are required.
  • a support strut which is also plate-shaped and supports the holder against the respective substrate, can be supported against the second support element.
  • the receiving slot of the holder can be closed on its one side. It goes without saying that such a holder is not only suitable for holding calendar cards, but also for all other card-like objects such as postcards, notes, etc.
  • the holder can be made of wood, so that the combination of removable frame and holder results in an attractive, uniform image.
  • the invention thus provides an interchangeable frame that allows the presentation of changing exhibits in an easily manageable manner and, in particular, allows the presentation of individual sheets in a certain order in a simple manner.
  • a removable frame according to the invention can basically have any shape as long as it has a frame element with a recess leading continuously from the outside to the frame opening in which the drawer according to the invention is slidably mounted.
  • a sliding guide for the drawer provided according to the invention can be attached to the inside of the frame element or formed in the relevant inside of the frame element. It is conceivable to use, for example, commercially available guide rails or the like as sliding guides, which are attached to the frame element and on which the drawer is slidably guided when it is pushed in and pulled out.
  • a sliding guide for the drawer can be implemented in a particularly simple and inexpensive and also particularly visually appealing manner if a guide groove is provided as a sliding guide in the transverse side section of the frame element provided with it. The drawer can slide in this groove without the need for additional components.
  • An optimally concealed guide of the drawer in the frame element that does not obstruct the unobstructed view of the object to be presented results from the fact that the sliding guide extends over the entire length of the inside of the respective transverse side section provided with it.
  • a simple, complete removal of the drawer from the frame element can be made possible by the fact that the sliding guide opens with its end assigned to the recess in the recess of the frame element. If, on the other hand, a safeguard against inadvertently pulling out the drawer too far is to be provided, this can be implemented in a simple manner in that a stop is provided in the recess in which the drawer is mounted, against which the drawer is fastened to it Paragraph hits when the drawer has reached its maximum removal position pulled out of the frame element.
  • the object to be presented is positioned in the frame opening delimited by the frame element. It goes without saying that the frame opening must be opened for the viewer so that he can freely perceive the presented object in the desired manner. This type of opening therefore does not necessarily require free access to the exhibit presented in the frame opening. Rather, it is sufficient if the frame opening is visually open, i.e. transparent. Accordingly, it goes without saying that a transparent pane filling the frame opening can also be held on the frame element, which during use physically shields the object visible to the observer in the frame opening from the observer, but without further ado the view of the respective exhibit allowed.
  • the drawer has a base on which the exhibit to be presented, in particular the stack of individual sheets, lies.
  • the bottom does not have to form a closed surface, but can also be provided with perforations and the like, for example to save weight or to ensure ventilation.
  • the removable frame according to the invention can be implemented in a particularly simple and at the same time visually appealing manner in that the frame element is made at least from wood.
  • the drawer provided according to the invention can also be made of wood.
  • the shape of the receptacle of the drawer can easily be adapted to the shape of the exhibit to be placed in it. Since, for example, individual sheets that are particularly suitable as exhibits usually have a rectangular shape, it is advantageous for most cases if the receptacle of the drawer is also rectangular as seen from the observer's side.
  • a particularly good displaceable mounting of the drawer in the recess of the frame element results when the recess is designed in the manner of a slot, in particular in the manner of a longitudinal slot.
  • the visual appearance of the removable frame according to the invention can be adapted to the respective taste in that at least one decorative element is attached to the frame element.
  • This can be arranged, for example, as a further frame made of a different material or a different color on the viewer side of the frame element.
  • the removable frame according to the invention can be set up on a solid base, for example a floor or a table top, and thereby leaned against a wall.
  • the removable frame according to the invention can also comprise a device for hanging the frame on a wall.
  • the removable frame according to the invention can be provided with a light source that illuminates the object.
  • this light source is integrated into the drawer so that it can be easily serviced or replaced by pulling it out of the frame with the drawer.
  • the light source can be arranged, for example, on or in one of the edge strips of the drawer.
  • a recess can be formed in the relevant edge strip, in which the light source sits.
  • the light source is optimally aligned in such a way that its end face assigned to the receptacle delimited by the drawer is arranged flush with the side surface of the respective edge strip assigned to the receptacle.
  • Particularly suitable as a light source for this purpose are individual light-emitting diodes ("LEDs”) or the like which are combined in strips and which emit sufficient amounts of light with minimal space requirements and only heat up slightly in the process.
  • a light source can also be arranged within the frame in such a way that the object is separated from it Is illuminated from the front or from the rear.
  • Illumination directed frontally onto the front side can for example be implemented in that the lighting device is arranged in the area of the edge of the removable frame surrounding the frame opening and directed towards the front side of the object.
  • Another conceivable source of illumination for this purpose is a transparent light-guiding film or pane, which is arranged in front of the object as seen from the viewer and in which the light introduced into it, for example, from the side is reflected in such a way that it illuminates the object from the viewer's point of view .
  • lighting directed at the object from behind can be integrated into a base of the drawer or the removable frame.
  • Light-conducting foils, plates or the like can also be used for this type of lighting in order to achieve uniform, two-dimensional illumination.
  • LEDs or comparable light-emitting components, for example, which are arranged in a suitable distribution on the respective floor surface, can be used for this purpose.
  • a disk-like diffuser can be arranged between the object to be illuminated and the point or cell-shaped light sources, if necessary, which diffuses the light emitted by the LEDs, usually point-like, so that the viewer perceives a uniformly illuminated surface .
  • An energy supply device required to operate the light source such as a battery, a rechargeable accumulator or a power supply unit that can be connected to the power supply of a building, can also be installed in the Frame be integrated.
  • a battery such as a battery, a rechargeable accumulator or a power supply unit that can be connected to the power supply of a building
