If there is a broken line or a line not recorded at an appropriate position corresponding to the nozzle 221 according to the imaging data obtained by imaging this line pattern, the nozzle 221 corresponding to the line can be identified as a faulty nozzle.
  • the ejection may be performed from respective nozzles including the faulty nozzle(s).
  • the ink discharge surface 222 is preferably cleaned by wiping before faulty nozzle detection after ejection, however, the wiping may be omitted if there is no contamination or, if any, a little contamination of the ink discharge surface 222, for example, if the frequency of ink discharge in the ejection is sufficiently low.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre (1) comprenant :
    un dispositif de décharge d'encre (20) ayant une surface de décharge d'encre sur laquelle est formée une ouverture d'au moins une buse (221) qui décharge de l'encre ;
    un contrôleur d'éjection (21) pour effectuer un contrôle d'éjection pour décharger de l'encre à partir de la au moins une buse non basé sur des données d'image d'une image à enregistrer ; et
    un stockage (34) pour stocker des informations de buse défectueuse concernant une buse défectueuse qui ne décharge pas l'encre normalement parmi la au moins une buse,
    dans lequel, dans le contrôle d'éjection, le contrôleur d'éjection peut sélectionner s'il faut ou non décharger de l'encre à partir d'une buse identifiée comme une buse défectueuse parmi la au moins une buse en fonction des informations de buse défectueuse, caractérisé en ce que
    le contrôleur d'éjection est configuré pour effectuer un premier contrôle d'éjection pour décharger de l'encre pendant l'exécution d'une tâche d'impression sur un support d'enregistrement (M) à partir d'au moins une buse non basé sur les données d'image d'une image à enregistrer
    dans lequel, dans la première éjection, l'encre n'est pas déchargée d'une buse identifiée comme une buse défectueuse selon les informations de buse défectueuse et l'encre est déchargée d'une buse normale qui n'est pas une buse défectueuse,
    dans lequel le dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre est configuré pour effectuer une opération de maintenance sur une unité de maintenance déplacée du support d'enregistrement,
    dans lequel, dans l'opération de maintenance, un second contrôle d'éjection et une opération de nettoyage ultérieure sont effectués,
    dans lequel le contrôleur d'éjection est configuré pour décharger l'encre de toutes les buses, y compris les buses défectueuses, dans la deuxième éjection,
    dans lequel le contrôleur d'éjection peut choisir de décharger l'encre selon la premier contrôle d'éjection d'encre ou le second contrôle d'éjection d'encre.
  2. Dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre selon la revendication 1, comprenant :
    un détecteur d'état de décharge (43) pour détecter un état de décharge d'encre à partir de la buse ; et
    un identificateur de buse défectueuse (30) pour identifier une buse défectueuse sur la base d'un résultat de détection par le détecteur d'état de décharge et pour causer le stockage à stocker les informations de buse défectueuse sur la base d'un résultat d'identification de la buse défectueuse.
  3. Dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel, dans le contrôle d'éjection, le contrôleur d'éjection sélectionne de ne pas décharger l'encre d'une buse identifiée comme une buse défectueuse parmi la au moins une buse selon les informations de buse défectueuse si une condition prédéterminée est satisfaite,
    dans lequel, si une image est enregistrée après la décharge d'encre dans le premier contrôle d'éjection, le contrôleur d'éjection détermine que la condition prédéterminée est satisfaite,
    ou
    dans lequel, si l'encre est déchargée d'une buse vers l'extérieur d'une zone d'enregistrement d'une image dans un support d'enregistrement (M) dans le contrôle d'éjection, le contrôleur d'éjection détermine que la condition prédéterminée est satisfaite,
    ou
    dans lequel le dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre comprend :
    un nettoyeur (421) pour nettoyer la surface de décharge d'encre ; et
    un contrôleur de nettoyage (30) pour causer le nettoyeur à effectuer une opération de nettoyage de la surface de décharge d'encre,
    dans lequel, si une image est enregistrée après la décharge d'encre dans le contrôle d'éjection et avant que l'opération de nettoyage n'est effectuée, le contrôleur d'éjection détermine que la condition prédéterminée est satisfaite.
  4. Procédé de commande de décharge d'encre d'un dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre (1) comprenant un dispositif de décharge d'encre (20) et un stockage (34),
    dans lequel le déchargeur d'encre a une surface de décharge d'encre sur laquelle une ouverture d'au moins une buse (221) qui décharge de l'encre est formée,
    et
    dans lequel le stockage stocke des informations de buse défectueuse concernant une buse défectueuse qui ne décharge pas l'encre normalement parmi la au moins une buse,
    le procédé comprenant :
    une étape d'éjection (étape S107, S111) consistant à décharger de l'encre à partir de la au moins une buse non basée sur des données d'image d'une image à enregistrer ;
    dans lequel, dans l'étape d'éjection, il est déterminé s'il faut ou non décharger de l'encre à partir d'une buse identifiée comme étant une buse défectueuse parmi la au moins une buse en fonction des informations de buse défectueuse, caractérisé en ce que
    le contrôleur d'éjection effectue un premier contrôle d'éjection (étape S107) pour décharger de l'encre pendant l'exécution de la tâche d'impression sur un support d'enregistrement (M) à partir d'au moins une buse non basée sur les données d'image d'une image à enregistrer,
    dans lequel, dans la première éjection, l'encre n'est pas déchargée d'une buse identifiée comme une buse défectueuse selon les informations de buse défectueuse et l'encre est déchargée d'une buse normale qui n'est pas une buse défectueuse,
    le dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre effectuant une opération de maintenance sur une unité de maintenance déplacée du support d'enregistrement,
    dans lequel, dans l'opération de maintenance, un second contrôle d'éjection (S111) et une opération de nettoyage ultérieure (S112) sont effectués,
    le contrôleur d'éjection déchargeant l'encre de toutes les buses, y compris des buses défectueuses, dans la deuxième éjection,
    dans lequel le contrôleur d'éjection choisit de décharger l'encre en fonction du premier contrôle d'éjection d'encre ou du second contrôle d'éjection d'encre.
