Claims (5)
- Un dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) pour commander une température de vapeur principale qui est une température de vapeur principale générée à partir d'un surchauffeur (14) d'une chaudière (1), sachant que la chaudière (1) inclut un désurchauffeur (13) qui diminue une température de vapeur en utilisant une quantité d'eau pulvérisée basée sur une valeur de commande de quantité d'eau pour commander un degré d'ouverture d'une soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24), la chaudière (1) incluant en outre un surchauffeur (13a) pour chauffer la vapeur déchargée depuis le désurchauffeur (13) par un gaz d'échappement déchargé d'un four, le dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) comprenant :une partie de calcul de valeur de commande de quantité d'eau (311) qui calcule la valeur de commande de quantité d'eau sur la base de la température de vapeur principale de manière que la température de vapeur principale devienne une température cible, et qui transmet la valeur de commande de quantité d'eau à la soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24),la partie de calcul de valeur de commande de quantité d'eau (311) est configurée pour transmettre, en tant que valeur de limite inférieure de la valeur de commande de quantité d'eau, une valeur minimale de commande de quantité d'eau à la soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24),caractérisé en ce quela valeur minimale de commande de quantité d'eau est calculée sur la base d'une moyenne mobile d'une valeur détectée d'un détecteur de débit d'eau d'alimentation (25) pendant une période fixe ou d'une moyenne mobile de la valeur de commande de quantité d'eau pendant une période fixe, sachant que le détecteur de débit d'eau d'alimentation (25) détecte une valeur instantanée d'eau pulvérisée fournie au désurchauffeur (13),la partie de calcul de valeur de commande de quantité d'eau (311) transmet une valeur, à calculer en multipliant la moyenne mobile ou une valeur basée sur la moyenne mobile par un coefficient de température de vapeur principale, à la soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24) comme valeur minimale de commande de quantité d'eau,le coefficient de température de vapeur principale indique la valeur la plus basse lorsque la température de vapeur principale est égale ou inférieure à la température réglée, et est déterminé (decided) sur la base de la température de la vapeur principale lorsque la température de la vapeur principale est supérieure à la valeur réglée.
- Le dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) d'après la revendication 1, sachant que
la partie de calcul de valeur de commande de quantité d'eau (311) transmet une valeur la plus basse préétablie à la soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24) en tant que valeur minimale de commande de quantité d'eau lorsque la température de vapeur principale est égale ou inférieure à une température réglée qui est inférieure à la température cible. - Le dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) d'après l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que
la partie de calcul de valeur de commande de quantité d'eau (311) transmet la valeur minimale de commande de quantité d'eau à la soupape d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée (24) en tant que valeur limite inférieure de la valeur de commande de quantité d'eau, lorsque la température de vapeur principale est abaissée en continu pendant une période prédéterminée. - Un dispositif de commande comprenant :le dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) d'après l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 4 ; etun dispositif de commande de température cible (4) qui commande une température cible de la température de vapeur principale et transmet la température cible au dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3), sachant quele dispositif de commande de température cible (4) présente une partie de changement de température cible (42) qui, lors de la réception d'un signal d'abaissement de quantité de chaleur qui est un signal indiquant un abaissement d'une quantité de chaleur d'un gaz d'échappement fourni au surchauffeur (14), change une température cible à transmettre au dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) en une température cible basse inférieure à une température cible avant que le dispositif de commande de température cible (4) ne reçoive le signal d'abaissement de quantité de chaleur.
- Le dispositif de commande d'après la revendication 4, sachant que
la partie de changement de température cible (42) renvoie une température cible à transmettre au dispositif de commande de température de vapeur (3) à une température cible avant que la partie de changement de température cible (42) ne reçoive le signal d'abaissement de quantité de chaleur lorsque la partie de changement de température cible (42) reçoit un signal de récupération (recovery) de quantité de chaleur qui est un signal indiquant la récupération d'une quantité de chaleur d'un gaz d'échappement fourni au surchauffeur (13a).
