Claims (12)
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées destiné à l'usinage de rails à gorge (8), comprenant un châssis (4) pourvu d'une première paire de roues (6) qui peuvent être disposées le long d'un premier rail à gorge (8) et d'une seconde paire de roues (38) qui peuvent être disposées le long d'un second rail à gorge, une unité d'usinage (12) étant fixée, entre la première paire de roues (6), sur le châssis (4) par l'intermédiaire de bras pivotants (14) de façon à pouvoir être réglée par rapport au premier rail à gorge (8), de telle sorte qu'elle peut être abaissée sur le rail à gorge (8) et qu'elle peut être fixée au premier rail à gorge (8) par l'intermédiaire de pinces de retenue (20) disposées sur l'unité d'usinage (12), l'unité d'usinage (12) comprenant un corps de base (24) et un dispositif de fraisage (16), le dispositif de fraisage (16) pouvant être déplacé par rapport à celui-ci dans trois directions spatiales perpendiculaires les unes aux autres, de manière à permettre la réalisation d'un usinage par enlèvement de copeaux du rail à gorge (8), pour le fraisage d'un trou allongé dans la base (44) du rail à gorge (8), au moyen d'une tête de fraisage (18) du dispositif de fraisage (16).
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le châssis (4) est conçu en deux parties avec un premier sous-châssis (42) et un second sous-châssis (40), de telle sorte que la première paire de roues (6) peut être déplacée à l'opposé de la seconde paire de roues (38) perpendiculairement à une direction de déplacement.
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le second sous-châssis (40) peut être introduit dans le premier sous-châssis (42) transversalement à la direction longitudinale.
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel le premier sous-châssis (42) comprend au moins la première paire de roues (6) et un réceptacle articulé pour les bras pivotants (14).
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel une plate-forme (10) est formée au moins au-dessus du premier sous-châssis (42).
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel un réservoir de stockage est disposé sur le châssis (4), par l'intermédiaire duquel un fluide de refroidissement, en particulier de l'eau, peut être acheminé vers la tête de fraisage (18).

- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel la première paire de roues (6) et/ou la seconde paire de roues (38) sont conçues avec un profil sur leurs surfaces de roulement.
- Dispositif de construction de voies ferrées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le dispositif de fraisage (16) est conçu avec une fraise en bout éventuellement interchangeable, de manière à permettre la réalisation d'un usinage au niveau de la base (44) d'un rail à gorge (8) et dans un coeur de croisement d'un aiguillage.
