Claims (15)
- Vorrichtungssteuergerät (1), das mit einem Kommunikationsendgerät und einer Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen über ein Netzwerk verbunden ist, wobei das Vorrichtungssteuergerät umfasst:eine Erfassungseinheit (4131, 5131), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie erste Steuerinformationen zum Steuern der Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen von dem Kommunikationsendgerät empfängt, wobei die ersten Steuerinformationen spezifische Informationen zum Identifizieren einer aus den steuerbaren Vorrichtungen ausgewählten Steuerzielvorrichtung enthalten;eine Vorrichtungsidentifizierungseinheit (4132, 5132), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Steuerzielvorrichtung auf der Grundlage der in den ersten Steuerinformationen enthaltenen spezifischen Informationen identifiziert;eine Erzeugungseinheit (4133, 5133), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie zweite Steuerinformationen erzeugt, um die Steuerzielvorrichtung zu veranlassen, die durch die ersten Steuerinformationen angegebenen Steuerdetails auszuführen, wobei sich die zweiten Steuerinformationen von den ersten Steuerinformationen unterscheiden;eine Übertragungseinheit (4134, 5134), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die zweiten Steuerinformationen an die Steuerzielvorrichtung überträgt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorrichtungssteuergerät (1) ferner umfasst:eine Speichereinheit (412, 512), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen, die von dem Kommunikationsendgerät unter der Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen zu steuern sind, in Verbindung mit Identifikationsinformationen des Kommunikationsendgeräts speichert; undeine Vergütungsausgabeeinheit (4135, 5135), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie eine Vergütung ausgibt, die ein Wert ist, der einen zu zahlenden oder zurückzugebenden Geldbetrag angibt, ermittelt durch Addieren einer ersten Vergütung entsprechend der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen, die in der Speichereinheit (412, 512) gespeichert ist, und einer zweiten Vergütung entsprechend der Übertragung der zweiten Steuerinformationen, die die Übertragungseinheit (4134, 5134) übertragen hat.
- Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Vorrichtungssteuergerät ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass es die Anzahl von Malen, welche die Übertragungseinheit die zweiten Steuerinformationen übertragen hat, ermittelt, und
die Vergütungsausgabeeinheit ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die zweite Vergütung entsprechend der ermittelten Anzahl von Malen ermittelt. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Vergütungsausgabeeinheit ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die erste Vergütung durch Multiplizieren eines Einheitspreises mit der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen ermittelt. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die erste Vergütung eine Vergütung entsprechend der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen einschließt, die eine steuerbare Vorrichtung einschließen, welche während eines Zeitraums der Berechnung der Vergütung nicht gesteuert worden ist. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 4,
wobei die steuerbare Vorrichtung, die während des Zeitraums der Berechnung der Vergütung nicht gesteuert worden ist, registriert und einem Benutzer des Kommunikationsendgeräts zugeordnet wird. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Vergütungsausgabeeinheit ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Vergütung in Verbindung mit einem Benutzer des Kommunikationsendgeräts ausgibt. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Vergütungsausgabeeinheit ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Vergütung in Verbindung mit Anwendungssoftware ausgibt, die bei der Steuerung der Steuerzielvorrichtung durch das Kommunikationsendgerät zu verwenden ist. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 3,
wobei die Vergütungsausgabeeinheit ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die erste Vergütung auf der Grundlage eines unterschiedlichen Einheitspreises in jedem einer Vielzahl von Typen der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen ermittelt. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 8,
wobei die Vielzahl der Typen einen ersten Typ der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen einschließt, der ständig aktiviert ist. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 8,
wobei die Vielzahl der Typen einen zweiten Typ der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen einschließt, der verwendet wird, indem die Aktivierung zu einem festen Zeitpunkt durchgeführt wird. - Vorrichtungssteuergerät nach Anspruch 8,
wobei die Vielzahl der Typen einen dritten Typ der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen einschließt, der jedes Mal eine Operation ausführt, wenn ein Benutzer das Kommunikationsendgerät bedient. - Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Vorrichtungssteuergeräts, das mit einem Kommunikationsendgerät und einer Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen über ein Netzwerk verbunden ist, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:Speichern der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen, die von dem Kommunikationsendgerät unter der Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen zu steuern sind, in Verbindung mit Identifikationsinformationen des Kommunikationsendgeräts;Empfangen erster Steuerinformationen zum Steuern der Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen von dem Kommunikationsendgerät, wobei die ersten Steuerinformationen spezifische Informationen zum Identifizieren einer aus den steuerbaren Vorrichtungen ausgewählten Steuerzielvorrichtung enthalten;Identifizieren der Steuerzielvorrichtung auf der Grundlage der in den ersten Steuerinformationen enthaltenen spezifischen Informationen;Erzeugen zweiter Steuerinformationen, um die Steuerzielvorrichtung zu veranlassen, die durch die ersten Steuerinformationen angegebenen Steuerdetails auszuführen, wobei sich die zweiten Steuerinformationen von den ersten Steuerinformationen unterscheiden;Übertragen der zweiten Steuerinformationen an die Steuerzielvorrichtung; undAusgeben einer Vergütung, die ein Wert ist, der einen zu zahlenden oder zurückzugebenden Geldbetrag angibt, ermittelt durch Addieren einer ersten Vergütung entsprechend der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen und einer zweiten Vergütung entsprechend der Übertragung der zweiten Steuerinformationen, die die Übertragungseinheit übertragen hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei das Ausgaben der Vergütung umfasst:Ermitteln der Anzahl von Malen, welche die Übertragungseinheit die zweiten Steuerinformationen übertragen hat; undErmitteln der zweiten Vergütung entsprechend der ermittelten Anzahl von Malen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei das Ausgaben der Vergütung umfasst:
Ermitteln der ersten Vergütung durch Multiplizieren eines Einheitspreises mit der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei die erste Vergütung eine Vergütung entsprechend der Anzahl der steuerbaren Vorrichtungen einschließt, die eine steuerbare Vorrichtung einschließen, welche während eines Zeitraums der Berechnung der Vergütung nicht gesteuert worden ist.
