Claims (9)
- Meuleuse, comprenant- un entraînement électrique (1) comprenant une roue d'entraînement (2), l'entraînement (1) étant agencé sur une unité de base (3) de la meuleuse,- une unité de broche de meulage (4) agencée de manière amovible sur l'unité de base (3) de la meuleuse, qui comprend un outil de meulage (5), et- un élément de transmission (6), qui transmet le mouvement de rotation de la roue d'entraînement (2) à l'outil de meulage (5),l'élément de transmission (6) comprenant :- une roue motrice (7) montée dans l'unité de broche de meulage (4), qui est directement ou indirectement en liaison de rotation avec l'outil de meulage (5),- deux roues de renvoi (8, 9) montées dans l'unité de broche de meulage (4), et- une courroie (10) acheminée autour de la roue motrice (7) et des roues de renvoi (8, 9),dans l'état monté de l'unité de broche de meulage (4) sur l'unité de base (3), la roue d'entraînement (2) étant en contact avec la courroie (10) entre les deux roues de renvoi (8, 9) et l'entraînant ainsi,caractérisée en ce quel'unité de broche de meulage (4) et l'unité de base (3) de la meuleuse présentent des surfaces de contact (12, 13) sur lesquelles elles s'appuient à l'état monté, au moins deux tenons de serrage (14) agencés à distance l'un de l'autre étant agencés sur l'une des surfaces de contact, deux évidements correspondants pour la réception des tenons de serrage (14) étant agencés sur l'autre des surfaces de contact, des moyens de verrouillage étant agencés, avec lesquels les tenons de serrage (14) peuvent être verrouillés dans les évidements, de telle sorte que l'unité de broche de meulage (4) est fixée de manière amovible dans une position définie par rapport à l'unité de base (3).
- Meuleuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la courroie (10) est configurée sous forme de courroie dentée, qui est pourvue d'un profilage aussi bien sur le côté intérieur que sur le côté extérieur.
- Meuleuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la roue d'entraînement (2), la roue motrice (7) et les deux roues de renvoi (8, 9) sont configurées en tant que roues à courroie dentée.
- Meuleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'une des deux roues de renvoi (8) est montée de manière rigide dans l'unité de broche de meulage (4) et en ce que l'une des deux roues de renvoi (9) est montée dans l'unité de broche de meulage (4) de manière à pouvoir être déplacée élastiquement dans la direction (V) perpendiculairement à son axe de rotation.
- Meuleuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une limitation de la course de déplacement (11) est présente pour le déplacement de la roue de renvoi (9) pouvant être déplacée élastiquement.
- Meuleuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la limitation de la course de déplacement (11) pour la roue de renvoi (9) pouvant être déplacée élastiquement est choisie de telle sorte que dans l'état monté de l'unité de broche de meulage (4) sur l'unité de base (3) de la meuleuse, une tension prédéterminée existe dans la courroie (10).
- Meuleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que dans l'état monté de l'unité de broche de meulage (4) sur l'unité de base (3) de la meuleuse, la roue d'entraînement (2) est en contact avec la courroie (10) sur un angle circonférentiel (α) d'au moins 30°.
- Meuleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que des moyens d'accouplement amovibles pour la transmission d'un fluide sous pression et/ou des moyens de contact amovibles pour la transmission d'électricité ou de signaux électriques sont agencés dans l'unité de broche de meulage (4) et l'unité de base (3).
- Meuleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de broche de meulage (4) est configurée sous forme de bras de meulage ou sous forme de broche auxiliaire.
