Claims (10)

  1. Rolltor (2) von der Art, die in Torwegen (4) in Industriegebäuden, wie Kühlhäusern und ähnlichem, verwendet wird, wobei das Tor oder der Türflügel (6) dazu konfiguriert ist, sich zu öffnen, wenn es um ein Aufwickelsystem (8) zusammengerollt wird, das durch einen Antriebsmechanismus (10) betrieben wird und wobei das Tor oder der Türflügel (6) Schichten eines flexiblen, künstlichen Netzes umfasst, wobei die Schichten des Tors oder des Türflügels (6) auf einer ersten Seite (12) des Tors oder des Türflügels mit diagonal ausgerichteten Vertiefungen (14) gefertigt und auf einer gegenüberliegenden Seite (16) mit diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) gefertigt sind, wobei die diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) auf der ersten Seite (12) relativ zu den diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (16) in der Auf-/Abrollrichtung versetzt sind und längslaufende, blockförmige Elemente (20) in die diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) der ersten und der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Tors oder des Türflügels (6) eingesetzt sind und den längslaufenden, blockförmigen Elementen (20), die in der ersten Seite eingesetzt sind, nach innen abgeschrägte Seitenkanten (22) bereitgestellt sind, wenn die erste Seite (12) des Tors oder des Türflügels (6) nach innen gewandt ist, wenn es um das Aufwickelsystem (8) zusammengerollt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (16) des Tors oder des Türflügels (6) eine im Wesentlichen bündige Oberfläche aufweisen.
  2. Rolltor (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärke der blockförmigen Elemente (20) ungefähr 40 mm beträgt, sodass die effektive Stärke der längslaufenden, blockförmigen Isolierelemente (20) auf beiden Seiten des Tors oder des Türflügels (6) eine Gesamtstärke von ungefähr 80 mm beträgt.
  3. Rolltor (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den diagonal ausgerichteten Vertiefungen (14) offene Enden (18) zum Einsetzen der längslaufenden, blockförmigen Elemente (20) aus Isoliermaterial, wie geschäumtes Isoliermaterial, bereitgestellt sind.
  4. Rolltor (2) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) in der ersten Seite (12) mit den eingesetzten längslaufenden, blockförmigen Elementen (20) außerhalb der blockförmigen Elemente (20) ein oder mehrere Volumen einschließen, um sich zu biegen, wenn es zusammengerollt ist und um zu isolieren, wenn es herabgerollt ist.
  5. Rolltor (2) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rolltor (2) vertikale Seitenführungen (26) umfasst und dadurch, dass das Tor oder der Türflügel (6) an gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten (24) dazu ausgelegt ist, in den vertikalen Seitenführungen (26) geführt zu werden, denen längliche elektrische Heizelemente (28) bereitgestellt sind.
  6. Rolltor (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Seitenführungen (26) mit vertikalen Kanälen (30) verbunden sind, die - wie ein Kamin - die erzeugte Heizluft nach oben an das Aufwickelsystem (8) leiten.
  7. Rolltor (2) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem oberen Aufwickelsystem (8) ein unterer flexibler, demontierbarer Schließflügel (32) bereitgestellt ist, der aus einer oder mehreren Netzschichten besteht, die mit geeignetem Isoliermaterial befüllt sind.
  8. Rolltor (2) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den vertikalen Seitenführungen (26) ein Laservorhang (34) bereitgestellt ist, der sich in dem Bereich von ungefähr 250 cm von der Unterseite des Torwegs (4) erstreckt.
  9. Rolltor (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den diagonalen Vertiefungen (14) an den offenen Enden (18) Schließgurte (34) bereitgestellt sind, die dazu ausgelegt sind, die längslaufenden, blockförmigen Elemente (20) aus Isoliermaterial zu sichern.
  10. Rolltor (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ein oberes Gehäuse (38) für das Aufwickelsystem (8) und dessen dazugehörigen Antriebsmechanismus umfassend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) an einer diagonalen ersten Seite mit senkrechten Stützen (40) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Rolltors (2) durch abgeschrägte Stützelemente (42) verbunden ist, die sich zwischen den senkrechten Stützen (40) und einer gegenüberliegenden, diagonalen Seite des Gehäuses (38) erstrecken.
