Claims (10)
- Porte coulissante (2) du type qui est utilisé dans des passerelles (4) dans des bâtiments industriels tels que des stations de congélation ou similaires, dans laquelle la porte ou le battant de porte (6) est configuré pour l'ouverture lorsqu'il est enroulé autour d'un système de bobine (8) actionné par un mécanisme d'entraînement (10), et dans laquelle la porte ou le battant de porte (6) comprend des couches d'une bande artificielle flexible, lesdites couches de ladite porte ou dudit battant de porte (6) au niveau d'un premier côté (12) de la porte ou du battant de porte sont adaptées avec des poches dirigées transversalement (14) et adaptées avec des poches transversales (14) sur un côté opposé (16), les poches transversales (14) sur le premier côté (12) sont déplacées par rapport aux poches transversales (14) sur le côté opposé (16) dans la direction d'enroulement/de déroulement et des éléments en forme de bloc longitudinaux (20) sont insérés dans lesdites poches transversales (14) dudit premier et dudit côté opposé de ladite porte ou dudit battant de porte (6) et les éléments en forme de bloc longitudinaux (20) insérés dans ledit premier côté sont dotés d'arêtes latérales inclinées vers l'intérieur (22), lorsque ledit premier côté (12) de la porte ou du battant de porte (6) fait face vers l'intérieur lorsqu'il est enroulé autour dudit système de bobine (8),
caractérisée
en ce que les poches transversales (14) présentent une surface sensiblement alignée au niveau du côté opposé (16) de la porte ou du battant de porte (6). - Porte coulissante (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur des éléments en forme de bloc (20) est d'environ 40 mm de sorte que l'épaisseur effective des éléments d'isolation en forme de bloc longitudinaux (20) au niveau des deux côtés de la porte ou du battant de porte (6) présente une épaisseur totale d'environ 80 mm.
- Porte coulissante (2) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les poches dirigées transversalement (14) sont dotées d'extrémités ouvertes (18) pour l'insertion des éléments en forme de bloc longitudinaux (20) de matériau d'isolation tel que du matériau d'isolation expansé.
- Porte coulissante (2) selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les poches transversales (14) dans le premier côté (12) avec les éléments en forme de bloc longitudinaux insérés (20) présentent un ou plusieurs volumes enfermés sans les éléments en forme de bloc (20) pour le pliage lorsqu'il est enroulé et l'isolation lorsqu'il est déroulé.
- Porte coulissante (2) selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite porte coulissante (2) comprend des protections latérales verticales (26) et en ce que ladite porte ou ledit battant de porte (6) au niveau d'arêtes latérales opposées (24) est adapté pour être guidé dans lesdites protections latérales verticales (26) qui sont dotées d'éléments chauffants électriques allongés (28).
- Porte coulissante (2) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdites protections latérales verticales (26) communiquent avec des canaux verticaux (30) menant, comme une cheminée, l'air chaud généré vers le haut jusqu'audit système de bobine (8).
- Porte coulissante (2) selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit système de bobine supérieur (8) est doté d'un battant de fermeture démontable flexible inférieur (32) constitué d'une ou plusieurs couches de bande remplies d'un matériau d'isolation adapté.
- Porte coulissante (2) selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdites protections latérales verticales (26) sont dotées d'un rideau laser (34) s'étendant dans la plage d'environ 250 cm depuis le sol de la passerelle (4).
- Porte coulissante (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites poches transversales (14) au niveau desdites extrémités ouvertes (18) sont dotées de bandes de fermeture (34) adaptées pour fixer lesdits éléments en forme de bloc longitudinaux insérés (20) de matériau d'isolation.
- Porte coulissante (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant un logement supérieur (38) pour ledit système de bobine (8) et son mécanisme d'entraînement afférent, caractérisée en ce que ledit logement (38) au niveau d'un premier côté transversal est raccordé aux supports verticaux (40) au niveau de côtés opposés de la porte coulissante (2) et au moyen d'éléments de support inclinés (42) s'étendant entre lesdits supports verticaux (40) et un côté transversal opposé du logement (38).
