Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a play device for children and young people comprising at least one room element, a method for producing the play device and the use thereof.
  • playgrounds with different play equipment for children and young people are not only very popular, but also an extremely important element for the development and development of children and young people.
  • playgrounds with play equipment are usually located outside.
  • the playground equipment is therefore exposed to various weather conditions such as rain, wind, frost, snow and strong sunlight.
  • various weather conditions such as rain, wind, frost, snow and strong sunlight.
  • playground equipment must also be able to withstand high loads. Because if, for example, several young people do gymnastics together on one piece of play equipment, strong forces - especially tensile and compressive forces - can act. This is also the case in strong winds, especially if, for example, an area is covered with a wall or a cloth. Also have to Playground equipment can withstand snow loads in winter, especially in colder areas.
  • suitable play equipment In order to meet these high physical requirements, suitable play equipment must be able to withstand a payload of 100 kg / m 2 or more on a walk-on surface, such as a carrier and / or floor. In the case of a square area with an edge length of 2 mx 2 m, for example, this corresponds to a payload of 400 kg for a single-storey play device and, in the case of a three-storey embodiment, such a play device must be able to withstand a payload of 1200 kg. If a safety factor of 4 is included, a three-storey embodiment with an area of 4 m 2 must be able to withstand a payload of 4.8 tons.
  • the play equipment should be aesthetically pleasing, versatile and have a high play value, i.e. it should promote children's skills.
  • the basic shape should be simple, expandable and versatile, and should meet high design criteria.
  • the DE-C-101 54 408 describes a play device with a modular, three-dimensional frame structure, which has struts and connecting members which are joined into one another at nodes of the frame structure and secured to one another by means of connecting elements.
  • the game device comprises elements arranged next to and on top of one another, fixed side walls representing a central element for the statics of the game device, ie the game device is not stable only with struts and connecting links. Due to its construction, the play equipment is only suitable for children, not young people, despite the stabilizing side walls. It can also not withstand the loads mentioned. So For example, nets cannot be attached within the frame structure. It is also suitable for the interior of buildings, but not for year-round outdoor use.
  • the US-B-9,192,867 discloses a versatile frame arrangement for fixed and mobile obstacle courses.
  • the frame assembly includes lower and upper frame assemblies with primary rails, cross rails, and support steps coupled together.
  • the various rails and cross rails are connected to one another by means of different connecting elements, all connecting elements being plug connections into which the carriers are inserted and fastened laterally.
  • a front attachment of the carrier is not disclosed.
  • JP-U-3102074 , JP-U-3116831 and the CN-Y-2803444 disclose a climbing device comprising a plurality of connecting pipes which are laterally fastened by means of plug-in connections into which the connecting pipes are inserted. Fastening the connecting pipes at the end is not disclosed.
  • the CN-U-202001449 describes a climbing device with a large number of connecting tubes and joints that can be connected to one another.
  • the connection pipes are connected by means of Plug-in connections into which the pipes are inserted and fastened at the side. Fastening the connecting pipes at the end is not disclosed.
  • the JP-A-2003117022 provides a climbing device that can be accommodated in a small space and easily assembled.
  • the climbing device is provided with a main frame body which is formed by connecting rods which extend in the vertical or in the horizontal direction in the form of an approximately cubic or cuboid frame body as a whole.
  • the individual connecting rods are either fastened to one another laterally, by means of screw fasteners with a sleeve on the sides in the end area of the carrier and the connecting element, or connected to one another by means of rotary fasteners between two different connecting elements.
  • the end faces of the beams are not involved in these connections.
  • a front attachment of the carrier is not disclosed.
  • the JPH105445A describes a cube-shaped game device which is essentially defined by the cube edges and whose side surfaces are open.
  • a rope extends from edge to edge within faces of the cube as well as within the cube body. This creates a "tangle of ropes" within which children and young people can play around.
  • the cube edges are connected to one another in the area of the cube corners with a corner sleeve, and thus by means of plug connections. To do this, the cube edges are inserted into the corner sleeve and fastened to one another with a screw positioned at right angles to the length of the cube edges.
  • the disadvantage of such plug connections is that they cannot cope with the loads mentioned, in particular increased shear forces.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a game device which can meet the high physical and game-technical requirements and which can also be used well outdoors. It should be able to withstand large tensile, compressive, kinking and bending loads so that several young people can play on it at the same time. In addition, the game device should also be high
  • the game device should also be easily combinable and expandable as an individual part, as a result of which a large number of different versions of the game device can be provided in a simple manner.
  • the game device should also have connections that are as positive and non-positive as possible and also not have any steps or gaps, in particular to minimize the risk of injury to the players.
  • the game device (1) surprisingly has many advantages.
  • the play device (1) with at least one room element (2) has an extremely simple, easily manufactured, easily expandable and easily combinable shape and structure. Despite the simple structure, a single room element (2) has a very high load-bearing capacity, its shape not changing even with very high lateral forces. Room elements (2) of the same and / or different sizes can be combined with one another. In this way, different Room elements (2) are arranged next to and / or one above the other. Due to the high stability, the room elements (2) can also be arranged offset, whereby, for example, one or more room elements (2) of the second floor area can be set back and / or overhanging in relation to the first floor area.
  • the play device (1) with one or more room elements (2) can meet the high physical requirements. If, for example, the connecting elements (4) are fixed with 4 or more frontal fastenings, the high tensile, compressive, buckling and bending loads arising from all sides, for example during gymnastics, in strong winds and / or through snow pressure, can be optimally absorbed - and this even without the installation of cross struts and / or diagonals, neither within a side surface nor within the spatial element (2) itself. In addition, by simply adapting the dimensions of the individual components, such as the carrier (3) and connecting elements (4), play equipment (1) for children, toddlers and young people for indoor and outdoor use can be produced in a simple manner.
  • the game device (1) manufactured according to the method according to the invention can surprisingly be manufactured, expanded and, if necessary, expanded in a simple manner. And the use according to the invention of the game device (1) according to the invention and the game device (1) produced according to the invention surprisingly do not have any significant restrictions, but instead have many advantages such as high flexibility in production and design.
  • connection elements (4) of the game device (1) according to the invention are fastened to the end faces of the supports (3), connections between supports (3) that are free of transition and not visible from the outside can advantageously be made ) and connecting elements (4) arise.
  • a stepless and stepless spatial element (2) with positive as well as non-positive - and therefore typically very resilient - connections can be produced.
  • Only two supports can also be connected to one another with one connecting element (4), which creates a load-bearing, stepless and stepless connection. This means that individual room elements (2) can also be put together in a modular manner and stacked in an offset manner without creating a gap between adjacent supports (3), which can lead to injuries for the players or which would have to be closed by means of spacers.
  • the front-side fastening of the connecting elements (4) to the carriers (3) also allows a much longer and deeper fastening - for example by means of screws - than if the fastening is made laterally in or through the carrier.
  • the inventive, Play device (1) manufactured according to the invention and used according to the invention absorb significantly greater forces with the space element (2).
  • the play device (1) and the room element (2) are significantly more stable than the play devices described in the prior art.
  • the game device must also be attached externally and / or have diagonal stiffening elements, since the brackets are only construction aids and not connecting elements in the sense of the present invention.
  • positive, stepless and stepless connections between the brackets and the beams or boards cannot be created in a simple manner.
  • the game machine (1) The game machine (1)
  • the game device (1) according to the invention and the game device (1) produced according to the invention comprising at least one room element (2) can, for example, simply be placed, ie laid, on the ground, ie the floor. However, it is often advantageously fastened to the ground, for example by setting in concrete at least one strut, that is to say one Beam or a rod, which in turn is fastened, preferably screwed, glued and / or welded to at least one space element (2). If the ground is uneven and / or sloping, struts of different lengths can compensate for unevenness in the ground. If desired, the room element or elements (2) can also be deliberately arranged at an angle, as a result of which certain play elements (5) become more attractive. If only one strut is used, it is advantageously anchored in the ground and, for example, connected to the room element (2) on one or more transverse beams.
  • the play device (1) according to the invention has a very high level of stability solely due to the attachment of the connecting elements (4) to the carriers (3) on the front side, which also meet increased tensile and compressive loads. Nevertheless, one or more room elements (2) of the play device (1) can also comprise one or more floors, boards and / or side walls. If the carrier (3) and connecting elements (4) are suitably dimensioned, floors, floorboards and side walls are not necessary to stabilize the room element (s) (2). They can therefore be dimensioned in a correspondingly less complex manner.
  • the space element (2) of the game device (1) according to the invention has no plug connections with which supports (3) are connected to one another.
  • the spatial element (2) of the game device (1) according to the invention and of the game device (1) produced according to the invention is essentially formed by the carrier (3) and the connecting elements (4).
  • the carriers (3) essentially form the edges of the at least one spatial element (2) and the connecting elements (4) form the corners of the room element (2) and thus connect the individual carriers (3) to one another.
  • the side surfaces of the room element (2) are formed by the supports (3) and connecting elements (4), it being possible for all side surfaces of the room element (2) to be free. In other words: the side surfaces do not have to have a wall - if the carrier (3) and connecting elements (4) are suitably dimensioned - in order to achieve sufficient stability of the spatial element (2).
  • the edge length of a room element (2) essentially corresponds to the edge length of a carrier (3), the edge length being measured according to the invention as the side length of the inner surface which is formed by the carrier (3) of the room element (2).
  • the spatial element (2) of the game device (1) preferably has a symmetrical geometric shape.
  • Preferred geometric shapes are, for example, Platonic solids, truncated Platonic solids and / or their mixed forms, with these solids optionally also being able to be stretched, compressed and / or angled in one or more directions.
  • the game device (1) preferably comprises at least one spatial element (2) which has the shape of a cube, cuboid, prism, tetrahedron, hexahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron and / or icosahedron, the corners of which can also be cut off. In the case of platonic solids, this creates truncated platonic solids.
  • the game device (1) can comprise one or more room elements (2).
  • the game device (1) comprises at least two room elements (2) with the same and / or different shape, size and in any arrangement, the room elements (2) preferably being attached to one another.
  • the game device (1) comprises at least two room elements (2) with the same and / or different shape, size and in any arrangement, the room elements (2) preferably being attached to one another.
  • room elements (2) can have the same and / or a different size and / or shape.
  • the room elements (2) can be arranged next to and / or one above the other and, if necessary, offset.
