Abstract

Ein Winkelbeschlag (101), insbesondere für die Montage von Hängemöbeln, umfasst einen ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt (102), an dem eine metallische Montageplatte (115) mit einer Öffnung (103) zur Durchführung eines Befestigungsmittels und benachbart zu der Öffnung (103) Rastmittel (104) vorgesehen sind, die mit Rastmitteln (106) eines Rastbleches (105) in Eingriff bringbar sind, und einen zweiten plattenförmigen Abschnitt (107) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (108) für Befestigungsmittel. Der erste und der zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt (102, 107) sind im Wesentlichen aus Kunststoff hergestellt und die metallische Montageplatte (115) ist randseitig in Kunststoffmaterial eingebettet.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Winkelbeschlag, insbesondere für die Montage von Hängemöbeln, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Die DE 79 30 056 offenbart eine Aufhängevorrichtung für Möbel, bei der an einem wandfesten Haken ein Aufhängehaken montierbar ist, der einen horizontalen Schlitz aufweist, der durch eine Schraube durchgriffen ist. Die Schraube greift in eine Schraubhülse ein, die an der Außenseite ein Gewinde umfasst und exzentrisch an einer Scheibe montiert ist. Die Scheibe kann wiederum an einem Aufhänger drehfest festgelegt werden, so dass durch die Aufhängevorrichtung eine Verstellung in drei Richtungen, nämlich seitlich, vertikal und in die Tiefe, möglich ist. Die Aufhängevorrichtung ist jedoch relativ kompliziert aus vielen Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt und die Montage ist folglich aufwändig.
  • Aus der DE 1 901 685 ist ein mehrteiliger Beschlag zum Aufhängen eines Wandschrankes bekannt, bei dem zwei Beschlagteile über Schrauben aneinander gehalten werden können. In den Beschlagteilen sind Öffnungen teilweise als Langlöcher ausgebildet, so dass eine gewisse Verstellmöglichkeit gegeben ist. Die Herstellung der Beschlagteile aus einem Metallblech besitzt den Nachteil, dass die Beschlagteile relativ schwer und teuer in der Herstellung sind. Nachteilig bei diesem Beschlag ist zudem, dass die einzelnen Beschlagteile lose einer Verpackungseinheit zugeführt werden müssen und darauf geachtet werden muss, dass die richtigen Beschlagteile einander zugeordnet werden.
  • In der SE 77114791 ist eine Befestigungsanordnung für einen Wandschrank gezeigt, bei dem an einem winkelförmigen Befestigungsteil ein Halter über eine Schraube festlegbar ist.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Winkelbeschlag zu schaffen, der einfach herstellbar ist und der eine Verstellmöglichkeit in horizontaler und vertikaler Richtung aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Winkelbeschlag mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind bei dem Winkelbeschlag der erste und zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt im Wesentlichen aus Kunststoff hergestellt, wobei an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt eine metallische Montageplatte mit einer Öffnung zur Durchführung eines Befestigungsmittels angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann der durch Befestigungsmittel mechanisch höher belastete Bereich durch eine vergleichsweise kleine Montageplatte ausgebildet sein, während die Bereiche mit einer geringeren mechanischen Belastung aus kostengünstigem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind, das mit größerer Wanddicke ausgebildet sein kann, um scharfkantige Stege zu vermeiden. Durch die Verwendung einer Mischung aus Kunststoffmaterial und einer metallischen Montageplatte wird das Eigengewicht eines solchen Winkelbeschlages auch erheblich reduziert.
  • Ferner ist die metallische Montageplatte randseitig in Kunststoffmaterial eingebettet. Dabei kann die metallische Montageplatte an einer Rückseite des Winkelbeschlages bündig mit dem Kunststoffmaterial angeordnet sein, so dass die Montageplatte über ein Befestigungsmittel mit hoher Kraft gegen eine Wand gedrückt werden kann und somit mechanische Belastungen gut abgetragen werden können, ohne das Kunststoffmaterial zu belasten.
  • In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Rastblech in der Höhe verstellbar an den Rastmitteln an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt gehalten. Dadurch kann der Winkelbeschlag auf einfache Weise in der Höhe verstellt werden. Das Rastblech kann dabei eine Öffnung zur Durchführung eines Befestigungsmittels aufweisen, so dass über dieses Befestigungsmittel sowohl das Rastblech als auch der Winkelbeschlag gehalten sind. Die Öffnung an dem Rastblech kann dabei T-förmig ausgebildet sein, wobei ein horizontal ausgerichtetes Langloch vorgesehen ist, was eine Verstellung des Winkelbeschlages auch in horizontale Richtung relativ zu dem Befestigungsmittel ermöglicht.
  • Vorzugsweise bildet die metallische Montageplatte ein Widerlager für das Rastblech. Dadurch kann das Rastblech durch das Befestigungsmittel auch mit höherer Kraft gegen die Montageplatte gedrückt werden, ohne dass eine Überbeanspruchung des Materials befürchtet werden muss.
  • Für eine feine Verstellmöglichkeit sind die Rastmittel vorzugsweise als Zähne, Rippen oder Rillen gebildet. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das Rastblech an gegenüberliegenden Seiten stirnseitig angeordnete Zähne aufweist, die mit Zähnen an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt in Eingriff bringbar sind. Dadurch kann mit einem feinen Rastermaß eine Höhenverstellung vorgenommen werden, wobei auftretende Gewichtslasten auf eine Vielzahl von Zähnen verteilt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Ein in Fig. 1 abgebildeter Winkelbeschlag 101 umfasst einen ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102, an dem eine metallische Montageplatte 115, vorzugsweise aus Stahlblech, angeordnet ist. In der Montageplatte 115 ist eine rechteckförmige Öffnung 103 ausgespart.
  • Benachbart zu der metallischen Montageplatte 115 sind an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 Rastmittel 104 vorgesehen, die zur Festlegung eines Rastbleches 105 dienen. Das Rastblech 105 ist im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet und umfasst an gegenüberliegenden vertikal ausgerichteten Stirnseiten Rastmittel 106 in Form von Zähnen. Ferner ist an dem Rastblech 105 eine T-förmige Öffnung 116 ausgespart.
  • Der Winkelbeschlag 101 besteht bis auf die metallische Montageplatte 115 aus Kunststoff und umfasst einen ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 und einen winklig dazu angeordneten zweiten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 107. Der zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt 107 besitzt mehrere Öffnungen 108 zur Durchführung von Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise für die Festlegung an einem Möbelkorpus.
  • Ferner weist der Winkelbeschlag 101 eine winkelförmige Abdeckung 109 auf, die eine erste Rastnase 110 besitzt, die in eine Rastaussparung 111 an dem zweiten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 107 einfügbar ist. Zudem ist eine Rastlasche 112 an der Abdeckung 109 ausgebildet, die in eine entsprechende Rastaufnahme 113 an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 einfügbar ist.
  • Wie aus Figur 2 ersichtlich ist, besitzt der zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt 107 an einer Rückseite Hohlräume und Verstärkungsstege 114, so dass bezogen auf das Volumen des zweiten plattenförmigen Abschnittes 107 der Materialeinsatz gering ist. Sowohl der zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt 107 als auch der erste plattenförmige Abschnitt 102 sind aus Kunststoff hergestellt, vorzugsweise im Spritzgussverfahren, wobei die metallische Montageplatte 115 umspritzt ist. Dabei schließt eine Außenseite der Montageplatte 115 bündig mit einer Außenseite des ersten plattenförmigen Abschnittes 102 ab.
  • Für die Montage des Winkelbeschlages 101 wird zunächst eine Schraube 120 an einer Wand festgelegt, wobei der Schraubenkopf beabstandet von der Wand angeordnet ist. Anschließend wird der Winkelbeschlag 101 auf die Schraube 120 gesteckt, wobei die Schraube 120 die Öffnung 103 an der Montageplatte 115 durchgreift. Der Benutzer kann nun das Rastblech 105 zur Ausrichtung des Winkelbeschlages 101 greifen und den Winkelbeschlag 101 anheben und das Rastblech 105 an der Montageplatte 115 montieren. Hierfür wird zunächst das Rastblech 105 auf den Schaft der Schraube 120 geschoben (Figur 4), bis der Schaft der Schraube 120 im Bereich des horizontalen Langloches der Öffnung 116 angeordnet ist (Figur 5). Nun kann zunächst die gewünschte horizontale Position des Winkelbeschlages 101 relativ zu der Schraube 120 eingestellt werden. Anschließend wird eine vertikale Ausrichtung vorgenommen, wobei die seitlich angeordneten Rastmittel 106 des Rastbleches 105 in Eingriff mit dem Rastmittel 104 an dem plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 gebracht werden. Je nach Ausrichtung des Rastbleches 105 kann eine Fixierung des Rastbleches 105 in einer unterschiedlichen Höhe relativ zu dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 erfolgen. Anschließend wird die Schraube 120 geringfügig angezogen, um die eingestellte Position zu fixieren. Dabei sind allerdings keine hohen Kräfte erforderlich, da die eingestellte Position nur gesichert werden muss. Das Rastblech 105 wird dabei durch die Schraube 120 gegen die metallische Montageplatte 115 als Widerlager gedrückt.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind Zähne 104 und 106 als Rastmittel vorgesehen. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, andere Rastmittel, z.B. in Form von Rippen, Vorsprüngen vorzusehen, um das Rastblech 105 an dem plattenförmigen Abschnitt 102 zu verrasten. Zudem können die Rastmittel auch an der metallischen Montageplatte 115 ausgebildet sein.

Claims (8)

  1. Winkelbeschlag (101), insbesondere für die Montage von Hängemöbeln, mit einem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt (102), an dem eine metallische Montageplatte (115) mit einer Öffnung (103) zur Durchführung eines Befestigungsmittels und benachbart zu der Öffnung (103) Rastmittel (104) vorgesehen sind, die mit Rastmitteln (106) eines Rastbleches (105) in Eingriff bringbar sind, und einem zweiten plattenförmigen Abschnitt (107) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (108) für Befestigungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite plattenförmige Abschnitt (102, 107) im Wesentlichen aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind und wobei die metallische Montageplatte (115) randseitig in Kunststoffmaterial eingebettet ist.
  2. Winkelbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastblech (105) in der Höhe verstellbar an dem Rastmittel (104) gehalten ist.
  3. Winkelbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastblech (105) eine Öffnung (116) zur Durchführung eines Befestigungsmittels aufweist.
  4. Winkelbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (116) T-förmig ausgebildet ist und ein horizontal ausgerichtetes Langloch aufweist.
  5. Winkelbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallische Montageplatte (115) ein Widerlager für das Rastblech (105) ausbildet.
  6. Winkelbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (104) durch Zähne, Rippen oder Rillen gebildet sind.
  7. Winkelbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastblech (105) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten stirnseitig angeordnete Zähne (106) aufweist, die mit Zähnen (104) an dem ersten plattenförmigen Abschnitt (102) in Eingriff bringbar sind.
  8. Winkelbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine winkelförmige Abdeckung (109) aus Kunststoff an dem Winkelbeschlag verrastbar ist.
