Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuckstück, das ein Basiselement und mindestens ein derart beweglich im Basiselement gehaltertes Schmuckelement aufweist, dass das Schmuckelement relativ zum Basiselement beweglich gehaltert ist, sowie bei dem das Schmuckelement mindestens bereichsweise in einer Vertiefung des Basiselementes angeordnet und durch mindestens ein Rückhaltelement gegen ein Herausfallen aus der Vertiefung gesichert ist, sowie bei dem sich das Rückhalteelement ausgehend vom Basiselement derart über lediglich einen Teil einer Oberseite des Schmuckelementes erstreckt, dass eine Mitte der Oberseite nicht vom Rückhalteelement abgedeckt ist. Derartige Schmuckstücke mit insbesondere beweglich gehalterten Diamanten sind bereits in unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen bekannt. Beispielsweise werden derartige Schmuckstücke in der
WO 2014/082622 A1 beschrieben. Dort wird der bewegliche Diamant durch ein sich über den Diamanten erstreckendes bügelartiges Rückhalteelement gegenüber ein Herausfallen gesichert. Ein weiterer Stand der Technik wird durch dieEP 13 36 351 B1 gebildet. - Ebenfalls ist es bereits bekannt, einen beweglichen Diamanten unterhalb einer transparenten Scheibe eines Schmuckstückes anzuordnen.
- Die bereits bekannten Schmuckstücke mit beweglichen Schmuckelementen besitzen den Nachteil, dass häufig gerade derjenige Bereich im Bereich einer Oberseite des Schmuckelementes durch das Rückhaltelement verdeckt wird, der besonders hohe lichtreflektierende Eigenschaften besitzt. Bei einem Diamanten ist im Bereich der Oberseite häufig ein sogenannter Facettenschliff angeordnet, der zu vielfältigen Lichtreflektionen führt. Bei einer durch Bewegungen des Trägers verursachten Bewegung des Schmuckelementes relativ zum Basiselement ändern sich permanent die räumlichen Orientierungen der Reflektionsflächen, so dass ein äußerst lebhaftes Reflektionsverhalten generiert werden kann.
- Aus der
JP 2009 171993 A - Aus der
EP 1 190 637 A2 sowie derWO 02/065868 A1 - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Schmuckstück der einleitend genannten Art derart zu konstruieren, dass visuell wahrnehmbare Reflektionseffekte nochmals verbessert wahrnehmbar sind.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch Anspruch 1 gelöst.
- Durch die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion ist der zentrale Bereich der Oberseite des Schmuckelementes visuell frei erkennbar. Insbesondere kann ohne Behinderungen durch das Rückhalteelement Licht auf diesen Bereich fallen und in Abhängigkeit von einer jeweiligen räumlichen Positionierung der Reflektionsflächen kann das Licht frei in alle durch die Reflektionsflächen vorgegebenen Richtungen zurückgeworfen werden. Der brillierende Effekt bei einem Tragen des Schmuckstückes wird hierdurch nochmals wesentlich gegenüber dem Stand der Technik verbessert und es kann ein erhöhter Aufmerksamkeitswert erreicht werden.
- Das Schmuckelement wird als Edelstein ausgebildet.
- Insbesondere ist daran gedacht, dass das Schmuckstück als Diamant ausgebildet ist. Vielfältigere Reflektionseffekte werden dadurch erreicht, dass eine Oberseite des Schmuckelementes geschliffene Facetten aufweist.
- Eine vorteilhafte Bewegungsführung wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Vertiefung ein kegelartiges Zentrum aufweist.
- Weiterhin weist das Rückhaltelement einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung derart auf, dass eine Hubbewegung des Schmuckelementes ermöglicht ist.
- Zusätzliche Reflektionseffekte werden dadurch erreicht, dass das Rückhaltelement einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung derart aufweist, dass eine Kippbewegung des Schmuckelementes ermöglicht ist.
- Weiterhin weist das Rückhaltelement einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung derart auf, dass eine Drehbewegung des Schmuckelementes ermöglicht ist.
- Bei einer Ausbildung des Schmuckstückes als Ring erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, dass sich eine Längsachse des Schmuckelementes im Wesentlichen in einer vertikalen Richtung erstreckt.
- Bei einer Ausbildung des Schmuckstückes als Ohrstecker, Kettenanhänger oder Collier erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, dass sich eine Längsachse des Schmuckelementes im Wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Richtung erstreckt.
- Die vorstehend erwähnten Ausführungen als Ohrring oder Ohrstecker stellen Variationen einer Ausbildung derart dar, dass das Schmuckstück als ein Ohrschmuck ausgebildet ist.
- Eine optimale visuelle Erkennbarkeit des Schmuckelementes in Kombination mit einer weiteren Vergrößerung der Reflektionsmöglichkeiten wird dadurch bereitgestellt, dass das Schmuckelement mindestens bereichsweise seitlich visuell erkennbar im Basiselement angeordnet ist.

Figur 1 zeigt ein Schmuckstück (1), das ein Basiselement (2) sowie ein bewegliches im Basiselement (2) geführtes Schmuckelement (3) aufweist. Gemäß der Ausführungsform inFigur 1 wird das Schmuckelement (3) durch vier Rückhalteelemente (4) gegenüber einem Herausfallen aus dem Basiselement (2) gesichert. Drei der vier Rückhalteelemente (4) sind inFigur 1 sichtbar. Die Rückhalteelemente (4) gemäß Figur 1 besitzen eine hakenartige Konstruktion. Ausgehend vom Basiselement (2) erstrecken sich zunächst Distanzstege (5), die dann in Anschlagstege (6) übergeleitet sind. Die Anschlagstege (6) überkragen das Schmuckelement (3) in Randbereichen des Schmuckelementes (3). Ein Zentrum (7) des Schmuckelementes (3) ist hierdurch visuell frei erkennbar. - Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Schmuckelement (3) als ein Diamant ausgebildet, der im Bereich einer Oberseite (8) eine Vielzahl von Facetten (9) aufweist.
- Gemäß der abgewandelten Ausführungsform in
Figur 2 werden zwei Rückhalteelemente (4) verwendet. -
Figur 3 zeigt eine perspektivische Draufsicht auf das Schmuckstück (1) gemäßFigur 1 . Es ist hier die im Wesentlichen symmetrische Anordnung der Rückhalteelemente (4) zu erkennen. Diese symmetrische Anordnung wird durch die Draufsicht inFigur 4 nochmals verdeutlicht und veranschaulicht. -
Figur 5 veranschaulicht, dass das Schmuckelement (4) beispielsweise durch die schwarzen Pfeile veranschaulichte Kippbewegungen durchführen kann. Zur Ermöglichung entsprechender Kippbewegungen weist das Schmuckelement (3) Abstände zu den Rückhalteelementen (4) auf. Hierdurch sind sowohl relativ zu einer Längsachse (19) mit mindestens einer Querkomponente ausgerichtete Bewegungen als auch Bewegungen in Richtung der Längsachse (10) möglich. - Die realisierten Abstände werden in der vergrößerten Darstellung gemäß
Figur 6 nochmals veranschaulicht. Insbesondere ist zu erkennen, dass das Rückhalteelement (4) für das Schmuckelement (3) einen ersten Begrenzungspunkt (11) und einen zweiten Begrenzungspunkt (12) bereitstellt. Die Begriffe der "Punkte" sind hierbei nicht mathematisch, sondern technisch zu verstehen, was bedeutet, dass tatsächlich relativ klein dimensionierte Begrenzungsflächen bereitgestellt sind. -
Figur 7 zeigt eine Ausbildung des Schmuckstückes (1) als Ring. Das Basiselement (2) besitzt hier eine schalenartige Grundkontur zur bereichsweisen Aufnahme des Schmuckelementes (3). Aus der vergrößerten Darstellung inFigur 8 ist insbesondere der bei dieser Ausführungsform vom Rückhalteelement (4) bereitgestellte erste Begrenzungspunkt (11) und der vom Basiselement (2) bereitgestellte zweite Begrenzungspunkt (12) zu erkennen. Darüber hinaus sind durch die schwarzen Pfeile die Bewegungsmöglichkeiten sowohl in einer seitlichen Kipprichtung als auch in einer rotatorischen Richtung veranschaulicht. -
Figur 9 veranschaulicht nochmals eine Seitenansicht der Kombination des Basiselementes (2) mit dem Schmuckelement (3) sowie Rückhalteelemente (4). - Die in
Figur 10 dargestellte vergrößerte Darstellung der Einzelheit (X) ausFigur 9 veranschaulicht in einer Querschnittdarstellung die konstruktive Realisierung einer kegelartigen Vertiefung im Basiselement (2). Die kegelartige Vertiefung besitzt einen Öffnungswinkel (14). Der Öffnungswinkel beträgt typischerweise mindestens 99 Grad und typischerweise maximal 160 Grad. Als äußerst vorteilhaft haben sich Öffnungswinkel (14) in einem Bereich von 104 Grad bis 115 Grad erwiesen. GemäßFigur 10 beträgt der konkret realisierte Öffnungswinkel 106,32 Grad. - Ein Grundbereich (15) des Schmuckelementes (3) erstreckt sich gleichfalls mit einer kegelartigen Grundkontur. Hier beträgt ein typischer Öffnungswinkel (16) beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel 98 Grad.

Figur 11 zeigt nochmals das Schmuckstück (1) mit Basiselement (2) sowie Schmuckelement (3). -
Figur 12 zeigt die vergrößerte Einzelheit (XII) ausFigur 11 zur Veranschaulichung eines Abstandes (17) zwischen dem Rückhalteelement (4) und dem Schmuckelement (3). Der Abstand (17) beträgt bevorzugt mindestens 0,05 mm. Ebenfalls beträgt der Abstand (17) bevorzugt höchstens 0,7 mm. Als vorteilhaft hat sich ein Abstand (17) in einem Bereich von 0,1 mm bis 0,2 mm erwiesen. -
Figur 13 veranschaulicht in einer vergrößerten Darstellung nochmals die Führung des Schmuckelementes (3) im Basiselement (2). - In einer weiteren Darstellung zeigt
Figur 14 die Halterung des Schmuckelementes (3) unter Verwendung von Rückhalteelementen (4) im Basiselement (2). - Die Darstellungen in
Figur 14 und Figur 16 entsprechen im Wesentlichen den Darstellungen inFigur 11 und Figur 13 . -
Figur 15 veranschaulicht eine konkrete Realisierung des Abstandes (17) mit einem Wert von 0,05 mm. -
Figur 17 zeigt eine Ausbildung des Schmuckstückes (1) als Ohrstecker. Gemäß dieser Ausführungsform ist es insbesondere möglich, dass das Schmuckelement (3) mit seiner Längsachse (10) mit einer horizontalen Ausrichtungskomponente orientiert wird. Darüber hinaus wird eine sehr offene Anordnung und Halterung des Schmuckelementes (3) realisiert. Insbesondere ist es möglich, dass viele Bereiche des Schmuckelementes (3) auch seitlich frei erkennbar sind. - Bei der in
Figur 17 dargestellten Anordnung werden der erste Berührungspunkt (11) vom Rückhalteelement (4) und der zweite Berührungspunkt (12) vom Basiselement (2) bereitgestellt. Insbesondere ist daran gedacht, im Bereich einer dem Schmuckelement (3) zugewandten inneren Begrenzung des Rückhaltelementes (4) einen Vorsprung (18) anzuordnen, der beispielsweise eine Richtung auf das Schmuckelement (3) spitz zulaufende Kontur aufweist. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine kegelförmige Gestaltung des Vorsprunges (18) realisiert werden. - Gemäß der Ausführungsform in
Figur 17 ist im Bereich des Basiselementes 2 ein Einsatz (22) angeordnet, durch den die Vertiefung (13) zur Aufnahme und Führung des Schmuckelementes (3) bereitgestellt wird. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform wäre grundsätzlich aber eine direkte Einbringung der Vertiefung (13) in das Material des Basiselementes (2) möglich. Auch bei allen anderen Ausführungsformen ist die Verwendung eines Einsatzes (22) möglich. - Bei einem in
Figur 17 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Schmuckelement (3) abgesehen von demjenigen Bereich, der vom Basiselement (2) beziehungsweise vom Einsatz (22) aufgenommen ist, weitgehend frei visuell sichtbar und wird lediglich bereichsweise durch das Rückhalteelement (4) abgedeckt. Das Schmuckelement (3) kann innerhalb des von den Begrenzungspunkten (11, 12) bereitgestellten Bewegungsbereiches sowohl Kippbewegungen als auch Hubbewegungen in Richtung der Längsachse (19) als auch Rotationsbewegungen um die Längsachse (10) herum durchführen. - Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist es möglich, das Schmuckelement (3) beispielsweise in einem Teil seiner dem Basiselement (2) zugewandten Ausdehnung von einem Einsatz zu haltern, der dann bereichsweise von der Vertiefung (13) aufgenommen ist. Ein derartiger Einsatz könnte beispielsweise eine hohlkegelartige Gestaltung aufweisen.

Figur 18 zeigt eine vergrößerte Darstellung der Einzelheit (XVII) ausFigur 17 und veranschaulicht insbesondere eine konstruktive Realisierung des Vorsprunges (18). -
Figur 19 zeigt die Ausführungsform des Schmuckstückes (1) als Ohrstecker gemäßFigur 17 mit zusätzlicher Darstellung von Bewegungsbereichen sowie Führungsbereichen. - Der Vorsprung (18) ist bei dieser Ausführungsform mit einer gerundeten Kontur realisiert. Eine Drehachse (19) erstreckt sich zu einer horizontalen Richtung (29) mit einem Winkel (21). Der Winkel (21) beträgt beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 30 Grad.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Konstruktion erstreckt sich die Drehachse (19) in einer von der horizontalen Richtung abweichenden Orientierung.
- Bevorzugt ist es ebenfalls, dass der Berührungspunkt (11) oberhalb des Berührungspunktes (12) liegt.
- Bei einer Realisierung des Winkels (21) in einem Bereich von 25 Grad bis 35 Grad lässt sich eine annähernd periodische Hin- und Her-Bewegung des Schmuckelementes (3) erreichen.
- Bevorzugt ist es ebenfalls, wenn der Winkel (21) maximal 1 Grad beträgt. Weiterhin bevorzugt beträgt der Winkel (21) maximal 70 Grad.

Figur 20 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des Schmuckstückes (1), die nicht Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, als Ring. Die Rückhaltelemente (4) sind hier in Form eines Hufeisens beziehungsweise des Buchstabens "C" ausgebildet. -
Figur 21 zeigt eine Seitenansicht undFigur 22 eine weitere Seitenansicht des Ringes gemäßFigur 20 . Aus der Draufsicht inFigur 23 ist nochmals die konkrete Realisierung der Rückhalteelemente (4) zu erkennen. - Grundsätzlich, allerdings nicht als Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung, können die Rückhaltelemente (4) in sehr unterschiedlichen Gestaltungen realisiert werden. Beispielsweise ist auch daran gedacht, die Rückhalteelemente (4) beispielsweise in einer Form eines Herzens oder eines Sterns zu realisieren. Den Rückhalteelementen (4) kann hierdurch eine eigenständige Dekorfunktion zugeordnet werden.
Claims (5)
- Schmuckstück, das ein Basiselement (2) und mindestens ein derart beweglich im Basiselement (2) gehaltertes Schmuckelement (3) aufweist, dass das Schmuckelement (3) relativ zum Basiselement (2) beweglich gehaltert ist, sowie bei dem das Schmuckelement (3) mindestens bereichsweise in einer Vertiefung (13) des Basiselementes (2) angeordnet und durch mindestens ein Rückhalteelement (4) gegen ein Herausfallen aus der Vertiefung (13) gesichert ist, sowie bei dem sich das Rückhalteelement (4) ausgehend vom Basiselement (2) derart über lediglich einen Teil einer Oberseite (8) des Schmuckelementes (3) erstreckt, dass eine Mitte (7) der Oberseite (8) nicht vom Rückhalteelement (4) abgedeckt ist, wobei das Schmuckelement (3) als Edelstein ausgebildet ist und die Oberseite (8) des Schmuckelementes (3) geschliffene Facetten (9) aufweist und wobei die Vertiefung (13) ein kegelartiges Zentrum aufweist, das Rückhalteelement (4) einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung (13) derart aufweist, dass eine Hubbewegung des Schmuckelementes (3) ermöglicht ist, das Rückhalteelement (4) einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung (13) derart aufweist, dass eine Kippbewegung des Schmuckelementes (3) ermöglicht ist, das Rückhalteelement (4) einen Abstand zu einem Boden der Vertiefung (13) derart aufweist, dass eine Drehbewegung des Schmuckelementes (3) ermöglicht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckelement (3) mindestens bereichsweise seitlich visuell erkennbar im Basiselement (2) angeordnet ist und dass das mindestens eine Rückhalteelement (4) hakenartig ausgebildet ist und einen Distanzsteg (5) aufweist, der sich aus dem Basiselement (2) heraus erstreckt und der in einen Anschlagsteg (6) übergeht, der über das Schmuckelement (3) in Randbereichen des Schmuckelements (3) ragt.
- Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckelement (3) als Diamant ausgebildet ist.
- Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Längsachse (10) des Schmuckelementes (3) im Wesentlichen in einer vertikalen Richtung erstreckt.
- Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Längsachse (10) des Schmuckelementes (3) im Wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Richtung erstreckt.
- Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckstück als ein Ohrschmuck ausgebildet ist.
