Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a siphon, which overcomes the disadvantages of the above-mentioned prior art. In particular, it is an object that an uncontrolled water leakage in the case of cleaning can be largely avoided.
A siphon arrangement comprises a housing with an inlet connection, an outlet connection and a siphon receptacle arranged between inlet connection and outlet connection, and a siphon element arranged in the siphon receiver with a siphon section and an inlet facing the inlet connection and one for Outlet outlet leading. Water is routable from inlet port to inlet to siphon section and from outlet to outlet port. At the inlet nozzle can be a drain line of a sanitary fitting, such as a washstand or a sink connect, and at the outlet can be connected to a sewer. The siphon is movable in the housing from a use position to a maintenance position, in particular pivotally mounted and is removable from the maintenance position of the housing, in particular pulled out. The siphon is designed such that during the movement of the siphon, the water lying in the siphon at least partially flows to the outlet and that any residual water in the siphon can not escape from the siphon when removing the siphon.
The described design of the siphon element has the advantage that the water in the siphon section can be controlled to flow out of the siphon section at least partially or completely via the outlet connection. This prevents the water from escaping uncontrollably during maintenance work, which typically leads to water damage or major cleaning work.
Preferably, a wall substantially completely surrounds the siphon section except for entry and exit. In other words, the siphon section is formed as a closed channel on the other side.
This design has the advantage that the siphon can act as a kind of vessel. This means that the residual water in the siphon can not escape from the siphon section when the siphon element is removed.
Particularly preferably, the siphon is pivotable by an angle of at most 90 °. Depending on the design of the siphon element, the angle may also be less than 90 °, which has the advantage that not all elements lying in the siphon section, such as a piece of jewelry, are emptied out of the siphon section during the movement of the siphon element.
Preferably, the entry in the use position is substantially higher or higher the same height as the exit. The siphon section extends as seen from the inlet in the direction of gravity down and then back up to the exit.
In addition, the arrangement of inlet and outlet at the same height has the advantage that stagnant water in the siphon is always only in the area which is surrounded by the wall, which is advantageous for the stress of the seals.
Das sich im Siphonabschnitt liegende Wasser kann dann ganz oder mindestens teilweise durch den Austritt aus dem Siphonabschnitt austreten und fliesst über den Auslassstutzen ab.Preferably, the outlet is moved against the outlet nozzle during the movement into the maintenance position, the outlet then being lower than the inlet. The water lying in the siphon section can then emerge completely or at least partially through the outlet from the siphon section and flows out via the outlet connection.
Preferably, the siphon section is provided by a partition wall projecting into the siphon section, wherein the partition wall preferably extends between inlet and outlet and provides a passage in the lower area. The lower area is located opposite the entrance or exit. The passage is preferably at the lowest point of the siphon section.
Der Auslassstutzen schliesst sich also der Lagerwandung an.Preferably, the Siphonaufnahme on a cylindrical bearing wall for the storage of the siphon element. The bearing wall is pierced by the inlet connection with the inlet connection. The inlet nozzle thus breaks through the bearing wall and opens into the siphon receptacle. Next, the bearing wall to the outlet is seen through broken with the outlet. The outlet connection closes so the bearing wall.
The bearing wall preferably defines an access opening, via which the siphon element can be inserted into the siphon receptacle.
Preferably, at least one seal extends completely around the inlet, which seal cooperates with said bearing wall and extends completely around the mouth of the inlet nozzle.
The cylindrical bearing wall preferably has at least one completely circumferential wall section and the siphon element has an outer wall with at least one completely circumferential wall section, wherein at least one completely circumferential sealing element is arranged between the two wall sections. Thus, the gap between the wall portion and the bearing wall is sealed with the sealing element.
Particularly preferably, a circumferential wall section in the vicinity of the access opening is arranged from the outside into the bearing section. That is, in terms of access, that from this no water can escape.
Particularly preferably, two spaced apart circumferential sealing elements are arranged, wherein between the sealing elements of the inlet and the outlet are. The sealing elements surround the corresponding wall section such that the inlet or the outlet lies between the two sealing elements.
Preferably, parts of the gasket surrounding the inlet are provided by parts of the sealing element. Thus, a simple sealing structure can be created using the same seal.
Preferably, the outlet nozzle is arranged relative to the inlet nozzle such that water flows when the siphon element is not inserted from the inlet nozzle into the outlet. This is advantageous if water enters the siphon arrangement via the inlet when the siphon element is not used. This water will then flow through the siphon assembly and leave it through the outlet, so that water damage can be largely prevented.
Preferably, the outlet port is arranged such that the outlet of the Siphonabschnittes opens at each position of the siphon in the outlet. This means that the outlet port has an extension which is such that the outlet always opens into the outlet port regardless of the position of the siphon element. The outlet nozzle thus has a larger cross-section than the outlet, wherein the outlet is relatively in the region of this cross-section or in the region of the Outlet nozzle can move.
Preferably, the siphon is mounted via a bayonet lock or self-locking in the housing.
The bayonet closure is preferably designed such that the siphon element can be used exclusively in the correct position in the housing.
Preferably, the siphon has an accessible from outside the housing actuator. The actuating element is preferably designed such that it can be easily grasped by hand without the aid of a tool.

The siphon
The
The bearing
The bearing
Due to the cylindrical design of the bearing

Next, the
In addition, further sealing
By the sealing

The siphon
