Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif destiné à recouvrir la zone extérieure de la limite inférieure d'une ouverture de bâtiment (2) pouvant être fermée au moyen d'un élément de fermeture associé (3) avec une plaque de recouvrement (4) adjacente à une branche inférieure du cadre de l'élément de fermeture (3) et dépassant du côté extérieur du bâtiment,
    dans lequel un espace collecteur (7) de l'eau parvenant sous la plaque de recouvrement, qui est formé sous la plaque de recouvrement (4), est associé à un élément formant cuve (6) qui est recouvert à distance par la plaque de recouvrement (4), tourné vers la limite inférieure de l'ouverture de bâtiment (2) et dans le fond duquel, qui est en pente descendante vers la limite (8) orientée vers l'extérieur de l'espace collecteur (7), est encastrée au moins une plaque (13) traversant la limite (8) orientée vers l'extérieur de l'espace collecteur (7), sur laquelle au moins un organe de retenue (15), pouvant être mis en prise avec une griffe de bord (5) formant l'extrémité extérieure de la plaque de recouvrement (4) et présentant un porte-à-faux variable dirigé vers l'extérieur, peut être serré, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (13) forme un canal de drainage (12) conduisant vers l'extérieur.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (4) peut être sollicitée par au moins un élément tampon (9) reçu sur l'élément formant cuve (6) contre l'action de l'organe de retenue (15).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cuve (6) est un composant massif avec un évidement formant l'espace collecteur (7), lequel évidement s'étend sur la longueur du composant et est limité latéralement par des plaques latérales (11) adjacentes au composant.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure, tournée vers la plaque de recouvrement (4), de l'élément formant cuve (6) et/ou ses raccords à des éléments de construction voisins est ou sont revêtu(s) d'un film formé de préférence d'une matière d'étanchéité étalable.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (3) avec l'élément formant cuve (6) et la plaque de recouvrement (4) sont reçus dans un cadre de montage (19) prémontable qui peut être inséré dans une ouverture de bâtiment (2) associée.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs, de préférence deux canaux de drainage (12) sont associés à l'espace collecteur (7), répartis sur sa longueur et dépassant du côté extérieur du bâtiment.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque (13) formant un canal de drainage (12) est réalisée sous la forme d'un rail profilé en U en section transversale, dont les nervures latérales (14) sont de préférence réalisées à double paroi et limitent chacune une rainure (16) qui sert de guide à un organe de retenue (15) associé, et en ce qu'au moins une pièce de serrage (17) peut être vissée sur la plaque (13) de façon à la recouvrir afin de serrer les organes de retenue (15) associés.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes de retenue (15) sont réalisés sous la forme de sections de tube ou de tige, dont le diamètre est supérieur à la largeur d'entrée libre des rainures (16) associées aux nervures latérales (14), et en ce que chaque pièce de serrage (17) est une section du même rail profilé que la plaque (13) formant un canal de drainage (15).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (13) et la pièce de serrage (17) associée peuvent être approchées l'une de l'autre dans la zone de leur extrémité avant, côté évacuation de l'eau, au moyen d'au moins une vis (18a) pouvant actionnée par le bas et sont assurées contre le levage dans la zone de leur extrémité opposée au moyen d'au moins une vis pouvant être introduite par le haut.
