Claims (5)
- Ein auf einer Kettenschaltung basierendes elektronisches Übertragungssystem für ein elektrisches Fahrrad, das System umfassend:ein Rad (208);ein angetriebenes Ritzelpaket, das mit dem Rad (208) über mindestens eine erste Einwegkupplung gekoppelt ist, wobei das angetriebene Ritzelpaket zwei oder mehrere konzentrische Zahnkränze verschiedener effektiver Durchmesser umfasst;eine Antriebskette (214), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie in das angetriebene Ritzelpaket eingreift;eine elektronisch steuerbare Kettenschaltung, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Antriebskette (214) zwischen den zwei oder mehreren Zahnkränzen bewegt;eine Pedalkurbel (108), die so konfiguriert ist, dass eine Drehung des angetriebenen Ritzelpakets bewirkt wird, indem eine Benutzerpedalkraft auf das angetriebene Ritzelpaket über mindestens eine zweite Einwegkupplung und die Antriebskette (214) ausgeübt wird,einen Motor (212), der so konfiguriert ist, dass eine Drehung des angetriebenen Ritzelpakets bewirkt wird, indem eine elektromechanische Kraft auf das angetriebene Ritzelpaket über mindestens die Antriebskette (214) ausgeübt wird;einen elektronischen Regler, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er in Reaktion auf eine Bestimmung, dass ein Schaltvorgang zu einem Zeitpunkt stattfinden soll, zu dem weder die Pedalkurbel (108) noch der Motor (212) eine Drehung des angetriebenen Zahnkranzes bewirkt:den Motor (212) so betätigt, dass er das den angetriebenen Zahnkranz mit einer Drehzahl dreht, die kleiner oder gleich der aktuellen Drehzahl des Rades (208) ist; unddie Kettenschaltung so betätigt, dass der Schaltvorgang ausgelöst wird, während der angetriebene Zahnkranz von dem Motor (212) gedreht wird,wobei der elektronische Regler weiter so konfiguriert ist, dass er durch Bestimmen, dass ein Stoppvorgang eintritt, bestimmt, dass der Schaltvorgang stattfinden soll,wobei das Bestimmen, dass der Stoppvorgang eintritt, ein direktes und/oder indirektes Überwachen eines oder mehrerer der folgenden umfasst: eine Drehzahl des Rades (208), eine Drehzahl der Pedalkurbel (108), eine Verzögerungsrate der Drehzahl des Rades (208), eine Bremskraft, eine Rate der Translationsverzögerung, eine Pedalkadenz,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektronische Regler weiter so konfiguriert ist:dass er eine verbleibenden Anzahl an Umdrehungen des Rades (208) schätzt bevor der Stoppvorgang beendet ist; unddass er den Motor (212) betätigt, um den Zahnkranz mit einer Drehzahl zu rotieren, die kleiner oder gleich der aktuellen Drehzahl des Rades (208) ist, aber ausreichend schnell ist, um den Schaltvorgang innerhalb der geschätzten verbleibenden Anzahl an Umdrehungen des Rades (208) zu beenden.
- Das auf einer Kettenschaltung basierende elektronische Übertragungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Motor (212) weiter so konfiguriert ist, dass die elektromechanische Kraft auf das angetriebene Ritzelpaket über mindestens eine dritte Einwegkupplung und die Antriebskette (214) übertragen wird.
- Das auf einer Kettenschaltung basierende elektronische Übertragungssystem nach Anspruch 2, weiter umfassend:eine Blindwelle (204), die so konfiguriert ist, dass die Benutzerpedalkraft und die elektromechanische Kraft auf den Zahnkranz über mindestens die Antriebskette (214) übertragen werden,wobei die Pedalkurbel (108) und der Motor (212) jeweils über eine von der Antriebskette (214) verschiedenen separaten Kette oder Band (210) mit der Blindwelle (204) verbunden sind,wobei die zweite Einwegkupplung funktionell zwischen der Pedalkurbel (108) und der Blindwelle (204) angeordnet ist, undwobei die dritte Einwegkupplung funktionell zwischen dem Motor (212) und der Blindwelle (204) angeordnet ist.
- Das auf einer Kettenschaltung basierende elektronische Übertragungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Motor (212), die Pedalkurbel (108) und das angetriebene Ritzelpaket in einer Mittelmotoranordnung angeordnet sind.
- Das auf einer Kettenschaltung basierende elektronische Übertragungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, wobei der elektronische Regler weiter so konfiguriert ist:dass er die Drehzahl des Rades (208) überwacht, wenn der Schaltvorgang stattfindet; unddass er den Betrieb des Motors (212) in Reaktion auf eine Bestimmung, dass die Drehzahl des Rades (208) sich geändert hat, einstellt, um die Drehzahl des angetriebenen Ritzelpakets zu erhöhen oder zu verringern, um die Drehzahl des angetriebenen Ritzelpakets bei einer Geschwindigkeit kleiner oder gleich der Drehzahl des Rades (208) zu halten.
