Claims (8)

  1. Machine d'impression flexographique (101) destinée à l'impression d'une bande de matériau (115),
    avec un cylindre central (102) et plusieurs mécanismes d'encrage (103-110) disposés tout autour du cylindre central (102), dans lesquels respectivement de l'encre d'imprimerie peut être transférée à partir d'un rouleau d'impression (111) jusque sur la bande de matériau (115),
    dans laquelle les ancrages (114) côté machine d'au moins un rouleau d'impression (111) sont constitués de telle sorte que le rouleau d'impression (111) peut être enlevé et l'espace occupé par le rouleau d'impression (111) peut être libéré, caractérisée en ce qu'une unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) peut être installée dans l'espace libéré, et
    en ce que l'unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) présente une largeur d'impression plus faible que le rouleau d'impression (111) enlevé et peut être déplacée sur un guidage linéaire (305) transversalement à la bande de matériau (115).

    dans lequel la machine d'impression flexographique (101) comporte un cylindre central (102) et plusieurs mécanismes d'encrage (103-110) disposés tout autour du cylindre central (102), dans lesquels respectivement de l'encre d'imprimerie est transférée à partir d'un rouleau d'impression (111) jusque sur la bande de matériau (115),
    dans lequel un rouleau d'impression (111) est détaché d'ancrages (114) côté machine et est enlevé de la machine d'impression flexographique (101) de telle sorte que l'espace occupé par le rouleau d'impression (111) est libéré,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) est installée dans l'espace libéré,
    et
    en ce que l'unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) présente une largeur d'impression plus faible que le rouleau d'impression (111) enlevé et est déplacée sur un guidage linéaire (305) transversalement à la bande de matériau (115).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) installée est raccordée à une unité d'alimentation en jet d'encre qui comprend un réservoir d'encre à jet d'encre.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 - 6, dans lequel l'unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201) installée est raccordée à une unité de commande de jet d'encre.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 - 7, dans lequel un robot industriel (402) est utilisé pour l'enlèvement du rouleau d'impression (111) et pour l'installation de l'unité d'impression à jet d'encre (201).
