Claims (11)

  1. Machine d'impression (1) avec

    en ce que les au moins deux chaises d'appui sont déplaçables le long de plans parallèles ou d'un plan commun l'une relativement à l'autre et relativement au cylindre de contre-pression, et
    en ce que des broches sont prévues qui sont en liaison avec les chaises d'appui (14, 15) et qui provoquent le déplacement de celles-ci.
  2. Machine d'impression (1) avec
    - un rouleau anilox (7) qui prélève de l'encre d'impression d'un réservoir d'encre (8),
    - un rouleau d'application d'encre (6) qui retire l'encre d'impression du rouleau anilox (7),
    - un cylindre d'impression (5) qui, avec ses zones imprimantes, retire de l'encre d'impression du rouleau d'application d'encre (6), où l'encre d'impression peut être transférée à un tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3),
    - un cylindre de contre-pression (2) sur lequel un tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3) peut être guidé, sur lequel l'encre d'impression peut être appliquée selon les zones imprimantes du cylindre d'impression (5),
    où le cylindre d'impression (5) est conçu pour l'impression selon un procédé d'impression planographique, et où le pourtour extérieur du cylindre d'impression (5) est modifiable,
    caractérisé
    en ce que dans une première chaise d'appui (14) est logé le cylindre d'impression (5), et respectivement dans une autre chaise d'appui (15) le rouleau anilox (7) et le rouleau d'application d'encre (6) sont logés,
    en ce que les chaises d'appui sont déplaçables le long de plans parallèles ou d'un plan commun l'une relativement à l'autre et relativement au cylindre de contre-pression, et
    en ce que des broches sont prévues qui sont en liaison avec les chaises d'appui (14, 15) et qui provoquent le déplacement de celles-ci.
  3. Machine d'impression (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de contre-pression (2) comprend une surface élastique sur laquelle peut être guidé le tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3).
  4. Machine d'impression (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre de transmission (4) est prévu qui retire l'encre d'impression du cylindre d'impression (5) selon le motif à imprimer et le transmet au tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3), où le cylindre de transmission (4) est également d'un format variable.

Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des cylindres précités (2, 4, 5, 6, 7) ou un des rouleaux précités (2, 4, 5, 6, 7) comprend un mandrin de rouleau qui présente un diamètre fixe et sur lequel peuvent être poussés des manchons de diamètres extérieurs variables.
  8. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux cylindres d'impression (5) sont prévus au moyen desquels l'encre d'impression peut être transférée en direction du tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3), pendant que celui-ci est guidé sur un seul cylindre de contre-pression (2).
  9. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tissu d'impression (3) entoure le cylindre de contre-pression (2) au moins avec un angle de 90°, de préférence d'au moins 180°.
  10. Procédé d'impression d'un tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3), dans lequel
    - de l'encre d'impression est prélevée au moyen d'un rouleau anilox (7) d'un réservoir d'encre (8),
    - de l'encre d'impression est retirée avec un rouleau d'application d'encre (6) du rouleau anilox (7),
    - de l'encre d'impression est retirée d'un cylindre d'impression (5) avec ses zones imprimantes du rouleau d'application d'encre (6) et est transférée au tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3),
    - le tissu d'impression (3), sur lequel est appliquée l'encre d'impression selon les zones imprimantes du cylindre d'impression (5), est guidé sur un cylindre de contre-pression (2),
    - où le cylindre d'impression (5) imprime selon un procédé d'impression planographique, et où pour la modification de la longueur d'impression, le pourtour extérieur du cylindre d'impression (5) est modifié,
    caractérisée
    en ce qu'au moins deux chaises d'appui (14, 15) sont prévues, où dans une première chaise d'appui (14), le cylindre d'impression (5) est logé, et dans une autre chaise d'appui (15), le rouleau anilox (7) et/ou le rouleau d'application d'encre (6) sont logés,
    en ce que les au moins deux chaises d'appui sont déplacées le long de plans parallèles ou d'un plan commun l'une relativement à l'autre et relativement au cylindre de contre-pression, et
    en ce que des broches sont prévues qui sont en liaison avec les chaises d'appui (14, 15) et au moyen desquelles les chaises d'appui peuvent être déplacées.
  11. Procédé d'impression d'un tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3), dans lequel
    - de l'encre d'impression est prélevée au moyen d'un rouleau anilox (7) d'un réservoir d'encre (8),
    - de l'encre d'impression est retirée avec un rouleau d'application d'encre (6) du rouleau anilox (7),
    - l'encre d'impression est retirée d'un cylindre d'impression (5) avec ses zones imprimantes du rouleau d'application d'encre (6) et est transférée au tissu d'impression en forme de bande (3),
    - le tissu d'impression (3), sur lequel est appliquée l'encre d'impression selon les zones imprimantes du cylindre d'impression (5), est guidé sur un cylindre de contre-pression (2),
    - où le cylindre d'impression (5) imprime selon un procédé d'impression planographique, et où pour la modification de la longueur d'impression, le pourtour extérieur du cylindre d'impression (5) est modifié,

    en ce que des broches sont prévues qui sont en liaison avec les chaises d'appui (14, 15) et au moyen desquelles les chaises d'appui sont déplacées.
