Definitions

  • the invention relates to a carriage for moving a sliding sash of a window, a door or the like relative to a fixed frame.
  • the invention further relates to a hardware arrangement with such a carriage and a window, a door or the like with such a hardware arrangement or such a carriage.
  • the carriage has at least a first roller, which is usually guided on a rail in order to move the sliding panel parallel to the fixed frame level.
  • the first roller is rotatably mounted on a roller part of the carriage.
  • the carriage also has a wing receiving part for fastening a sliding wing.
  • the wing receiving part is relative to the roller part movable transversely to the running direction of the roller.
  • the roller part has a guide slot for receiving a control pin of a drive rod, which can be guided on the wing receiving part.
  • From the DE 1 166 659 B is also a top connection of a sliding leaf with a fixed frame of a sliding door has become known.
  • the connection has a first pair of carriages, which is guided in the sliding direction, ie parallel to the plane of the fixed frame, on a first running rail.
  • the carriages of the pair of carriages each have an additional running rail.
  • the sliding sash is guided over further rollers in these further running rails.
  • the DE 30 33 751 A1 discloses a fitting for a sliding sash of a sliding window.
  • the fitting has a first carriage connected to the sliding leaf, in order to be able to move the sliding leaf transversely to the sliding direction.
  • the first carriage rolls on a second carriage, which is designed to move the sliding sash in the sliding direction.
  • a carriage for a sliding leaf has become known, which has rollers for moving the sliding leaf in the sliding direction.
  • the carriage has additional rollers for moving a part of the carriage transversely to the sliding direction.
  • WO 2007/139354 A1 a rolling bearing in the form of a "seat-type bearing" has become known.
  • a control pin arranged on a wing receiving part In the embodiments 2 ( Figures 18 to 20), 4 ( Figure 22) and 6 ( Figure 24) are provided on the wing receiving parts guide links.
  • WO 2008/113148 A1 to provide a carriage with a roller bearing for a transverse displacement of the sliding sash to support a sliding sash on a fixed frame.
  • a fork is provided between the sliding leaf and the fixed frame, by means of which - actuated via a connecting rod - the sliding leaf can be pressed against the fixed frame.
  • the carriages Due to insulation measures and the resulting very heavy sliding sashes with multiple glazing, the carriages have to withstand very high loads and still enable smooth movement of the sliding sash transverse to the running direction of the carriage.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to further develop a carriage mentioned at the outset, a fitting arrangement and a window, a door or the like in such a way that a smooth movement of a sliding sash transverse to the direction of travel of the carriage is made possible with a very compact design of the carriage at the same time.
  • the roller bearing according to the invention is in particular a flat support for a second bearing plate on a first bearing plate, with rolling elements such as rollers or balls, preferably mounted in a cage, being present between the two bearing plates for low-friction translational movement of the wing receiving part.
  • the roller bearing enables the wing receiving part to move smoothly relative to the roller part even when the wing receiving part is loaded by a heavy wing. Furthermore, since the roller part has a guide link for engaging a control pin of a connecting rod, further guide mechanisms and deflections can be dispensed with. As a result, the carriage is very compact overall.
  • the running direction of the first roller is understood as meaning the direction of movement of the center of the first roller and all directions parallel thereto.
  • the wing receiving part can preferably be moved relative to the roller part perpendicularly to the running direction of the first roller.
  • the sliding sash can be set down vertically from the fixed frame. The sliding leaf can thus be parked without the sliding leaf touching the fixed frame during the parking movement.
  • the rolling bearing can be in the form of a ball bearing.
  • a higher load capacity of the carriage can be achieved if the roller bearing is designed in the form of a roller bearing with several needle rollers.
  • the needle rollers can be arranged in a needle roller cage of the roller bearing.
  • Roller bearings can be purchased by the meter and a single roller bearing can be separated from the meter goods for installation in the carriage.
  • the roller bearing in the carriage may shift.
  • the wing receiving part therefore has a first stop for the movement of the needle roller cage transverse to the running direction of the first roller and the roller part has a second stop transverse to the running direction of the first Roller on, wherein the second stop limits a movement of the needle roller cage, which is opposed to a movement of the needle roller cage against the first stop.
  • the stops always push the needle roller cage back into its starting position.
  • the needle roller cage is centered between the stops relative to the roller part when the wing receiving part pivots in.
  • a particularly low-friction movement of the wing receiving part relative to the roller part is achieved when the needle rollers are arranged between a first bearing plate of the roller part and a second bearing plate of the wing receiving part, the bearing plates having a greater hardness than the roller part and the wing receiving part.
  • the bearing plates are preferably made of stainless steel.
  • the wing receiving part and the roller part are particularly preferably made of die-cast zinc. As a result, the production effort and thus the manufacturing costs of the carriage can be significantly reduced.
  • rollers of the carriage can be arranged on the roller part.
  • the rollers are preferably rotatably arranged in a roller cage of the carriage, the roller cage being pivotably connected to the roller part via a joint and the axis of the joint being arranged parallel to the axes of the rollers.
  • the joint ensures that direct or indirect contact between the rollers and the fixed frame is ensured even if the sliding sash tilts about the axis of the joint.
  • the carriage can have a lateral guide roller on the roller part for guiding the roller part transversely to the running direction of the first roller exhibit. This enables a particularly precise guidance of the carriage transversely to the running direction of the first roller.
  • the roller bearing is preferably arranged centrally on the carriage in relation to a direction transverse to the running direction of the first roller in order to achieve effective load transfer of the sliding sash.
  • the guide link can have a single continuous link section.
  • at least two roller bearings are preferably provided on the carriage.
  • the guide slot is preferably arranged between the roller bearings with respect to the running direction of the first roller.
  • the guide link preferably has a first link section and a second link section, with the roller bearing being arranged between the link sections with respect to the running direction of the first roller.
  • a particularly precise and secure guidance of the roller part on the wing receiving part is achieved if the carriage has a first guide, in particular in the form of a dovetail guide, for guiding the roller part relative to the wing receiving part.
  • the carriage can have a plurality of guides, in particular a number of dovetail guides, for guiding the roller part relative to the wing mounting part, the dovetail guides being arranged or formed offset from one another in the running direction of the first roller.
  • the carriage has at least one first wiper seal in order to prevent dirt from penetrating into the roller bearing when the roller part moves relative to the wing receiving part.
  • the carriage can have at least one second wiper seal in order to reliably prevent dirt from penetrating into the roller bearing.
  • the carriage has a central fixation with a fixing part that fixes the roller part relative to the wing receiving part, the fixing part being irreversibly destroyed when the roller part is first moved relative to the wing receiving part.
  • the central fixation makes it possible to hold the sash receiving part in the pivoted-in state on the roller part until an installer has installed the carriage on a window, a door or the like.
  • the first pivoting out of the wing receiving part destroys the fixing part, so that after the first pivoting out the wing receiving part can be moved relative to the roller part.
  • the fixing part is preferably in the form of a plastic part, in particular a plastic bolt, which is arranged in a recess of the carriage.
  • the object according to the invention is finally achieved by a fitting arrangement with a previously described carriage and a connecting rod, the connecting rod having a first control pin which engages in the guide link.
  • the first control pin is preferably designed to engage in the first link section and the drive rod preferably has a second control pin, which engages in the second Gate section is formed, wherein the control pins are spaced such that the first control pin retracts during a movement of the connecting rod relative to the roller part in the first gate section before the second control pin extends out of the second gate section.
