Claims (15)
- Système de barre d'étanchéité destiné à être utilisé dans un cylindre aspirant pour la déshydratation d'un matériau en bande, le système de barre d'étanchéité (1, 2) servant à garantir l'étanchéité latérale d'au moins une caisse aspirante (4) à l'intérieur du cylindre aspirant et comprenant au moins une barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1), la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) étant conçue pour étancher la caisse aspirante (4) par rapport au bandage (3) du cylindre aspirant et la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) présentant une surface qui, lorsque le système de barre d'étanchéité (1, 2) est utilisé dans le cylindre aspirant, est tournée vers l'intérieur du bandage (3) du cylindre, au moins deux capteurs de température (6.1) étant intégrés ou insérés dans au moins une barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1),caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un capteur de température (6.1) se trouve à une plus grande distance de la surface de la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) qui fait face à l'intérieur du bandage du cylindre (3) lorsqu'elle est utilisée comme prévu que l'autre capteur ou les autres capteurs.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité de capteur (6) est intégrée ou insérée dans au moins une barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1), lequel l'unité de capteur (6) comprenant une carte de circuit imprimé (6.4) avec au moins deux, de préférence au moins quatre, capteurs de température (6.1), chaque capteur de température (6.1) étant à une distance différente des autres capteurs de température (6.1) de l'unité de capteur (6) de la surface de la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) qui fait face au bandage du cylindre (3) lorsque le système est utilisée comme prévu.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité de capteur (6) comprend une alimentation en courant électrique, de préférence une batterie (6.3), et une micropuce (6.2) avec module radio.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de barre d'étanchéité (1, 2) comprend des supports de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), chaque barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) étant insérée dans un support de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), au moins un tube d'injection (1.5, 2.5) étant intégré dans au moins un support de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), des ouvertures, de préférence avec des buses (1.4, 2.4) disposées dedans, s'étendant dans le support de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), à partir du tube d'injection (1.5, 2.5) vers un côté extérieur du support de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2).
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de barre d'étanchéité comprend des supports de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), chaque barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) étant insérée dans un support de barre d'étanchéité (1.2, 2.2), au moins un élément de réglage pour ajuster la distance de la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) au bandage du cylindre (3), lors que il est utilisé comme prévu, la position dudit élément de réglage pouvant être ajustée et maintenue via un moteur.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage comprend un élément qui est déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale de la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) et qui présente au moins une surface inclinée, la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) ou un élément réglable en hauteur relié à la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) étant guidé le long de ladite surface inclinée.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) a une première et une deuxième section, l'élément de réglage agissant sur la deuxième section de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) de sorte que, lorsqu'il est utilisé comme prévu, la distance de la deuxième section de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) par rapport à la bandage du cylindre (3) peut être réglée différemment de la première section de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1).
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, lors qu'il est utilitsé comme prévu, la pression de réglage sur le bandage du cylindre (3) de la première section de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) est réglable au moyen d'un tuyau de réglage (2.3).
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la première section de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) présente aussi un élément de réglage pour ajuster la distance de la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) au bandage du cylindre (3), lors que il est utilisé comme prévu, la position dudit élément de réglage pouvant être ajustée et maintenue via un moteur.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément élastique à ressort est monté entre la barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) et l'élément de réglage.
- Système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de son (7) est intégré dans le support de barre d'étanchéité (2.2) ou est fixé à celui-ci.
- Utilisation d'un cylindre aspirant avec un système de barre d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 pour la déshydratation d'un matériau en bande, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une barre d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) est associée à un dispositif d'introduction d'eau de lubrification, la quantité d'eau de lubrification introduite étant régulée ou commandée en fonction de la température de la barre d'étanchéité respective (1.1, 2.1), qui est mesurée par au moins un capteur de température (6.1).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la pression négative à l'intérieur la caisse aspirante (4) est détectée comme étant la pression réelle et la pression de réglage des barres d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) ou la distance des barres d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) par rapport au bandage du cylindre (3) étant régulée ou commandée en fonction de la pression réelle.
- Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 12 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'usure des barres d'étanchéité (1.1, 2.1) est détectée ou contrôlée pendant l'activité par la détection d'interruptions de signal du capteur de température (6.1) au fur et à mesure de l'usure.
- Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le niveau de bruit est détecté en aval ou au niveau du deuxième système de barre d'étanchéité (2) qui es le système arrière vu dans le sens de mouvement du bandage du cylindre (3), et l'angle d'ouverture de l'écartement entre la zone arrière de la barre d'étanchéité (2.1) et le bandage du cylindre (3) est régulé ou commandé en fonction du niveau de bruit détecté.
