Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gepäckstück nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bisher bekannte Gepäckstücke, insbesondere Koffer, weisen ein erstes und ein zweites Gepäckstückteil auf, wobei das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil jeweils eine Außen- und eine Innenseite aufweisen. Ferner ist zumindest ein Scharnier vorgesehen, über das das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil miteinander verbunden sind und zu einander verschwenkbar sind. Das Scharnier weist häufig ein erstes und ein zweites Scharnierteil auf, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das erste Scharnierteil mit einem ersten Gepäckstückteil und das zweite Scharnierteil mit dem zweiten Gepäckstück verbunden ist. Ein solcher Koffer ist aus
US 2 464 524 bekannt. - Bei den bisher bekannten Gepäckstücken besteht häufig das Problem, dass beim Transport von aufeinander gestapelten Gepäckstücken, die Gepäckstücke verkratzen.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, Koffer zu schaffen, die aufeinander stapelbar sind ohne zu verkratzen.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dienen die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
- Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass das erste Scharnierteil auf der Innenseite des ersten Gepäckstückteils mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil und das zweite Scharnierteil auf der Innenseite des zweiten Gepäckstückteils mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil verbunden ist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass das Scharnier auf diese Weise versenkt gegenüber den Außenseiten der Gepäckstückteile angeordnet ist. Auch beim Aufeinanderstapeln von Gepäckstücken verkratzt das Scharnier des einen Gepäckstückes das andere Gepäckstück nicht.
- Ferner hat die vorliegende Erfindung den zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass ein solches versenktes Scharnier ästhetisch ansprechender ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass das Scharnier selbst beim Transport, zum Beispiel beim Gepäcktransport an einem Flughafen, besser geschützt ist und nicht so leicht beschädigt werden kann.
- Das erste Scharnierteil weist zumindest ein erstes Verbindungselement und das zweite Scharnierteil weist zumindest ein zweites Verbindungselement auf, die miteinander verbindbar sind, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden. Das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil sind derart an dem ersten und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil angeordnet, dass von dem ersten und dem zweiten Scharnierteil nur jeweils das zumindest ein Verbindungselement des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils von außen sichtbar ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Scharnier nicht so schnell beschädigt werden kann.
- Zumindest ein Teil des ersten Verbindungselements und zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Verbindungselements sind gegenüber der Außenseite des ersten und des zweiten Gepäckstückteils versenkt angeordnet.
- Das erste und das zweite Verbindungselement können jeweils langgestreckte Hohlelemente sein, die ineinander greifen, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden.
- Vorzugsweise kann das Scharnier ein Einachscharnier sein.
- Die langgestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils können eine Achse des Scharniers bilden. Um diese Achse können insbesondere das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil verschwenkbar sein.
- Durch die gestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils kann zumindest ein Stiftelement verlaufen.
- Ein erstes Rahmenelement und ein zweites Rahmenelement sind vorgesehen, wobei das erste Rahmenelement an der Außenkante des ersten Gepäckstückteils und das zweite Rahmenelement an der Außenkante des zweiten Gepäckstückteils angeordnet ist, wobei die Kontur des ersten und des zweiten Rahmenelements derart aneinander angepasst sind, dass das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement bei geschlossenem Zustand des Gepäckstücks ineinander greifen.
- Zumindest ein Teil des ersten Scharnierteils kann zwischen dem ersten Rahmenelement und dem ersten Gepäckstückteil und/oder zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Scharnierteils kann zwischen dem zweiten Rahmenelement und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil angeordnet sein.
- Jeweils zumindest ein Teil des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils kann plattenförmig ausgebildet sein.
- Das erste und/oder das zweite Rahmenelement können im geschlossenen Zustand des Gepäckstücks einen Anschlag bilden.
- Das erst und/oder das zweite Rahmenelement können lediglich im Bereich des Scharniers einen Anschlag bilden.
- Das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement können im Bereich des Scharniers auf der Innenseite des ersten und des zweiten Gepäckstückteils in Richtung des Inneren des Gepäckstücks gebogen sein, sodass das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil zwischen dem jeweiligen Rahmenelement und den jeweiligen Gepäckstückteil angeordnet sein können.
- Das erste Scharnierteil kann mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil und/oder mit dem ersten Rahmenelement und das zweite Scharnierteil mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil und/oder mit dem zweiten Rahmenelement verklebt und/oder verschraubt sein.
- Das erste Scharnierteil kann zwischen dem ersten Gepäckstückteil und/oder dem ersten Rahmenelement und das zweite Scharnierteil zwischen dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil und/oder dem zweiten Rahmenelement eingeklemmt sein.
- Im Folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.

Figur 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Gepäckstück 1. Das Gepäckstück 1 ist insbesondere ein Koffer, vorzugsweise ein auf vier Rollen rollenbarer Koffer. Das Gepäckstück 1 weist ein erstes und ein zweites Gepäckstückteil 2,4 auf, wobei das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil 2,4 jeweils eine Außenseite 8,10 und eine Innenseite 12,14 aufweisen. - Das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil 2,4 sind über zumindest ein Scharnier 16 miteinander verbunden und können mittels des Scharniers 16 zueinander verschwenkt werden. Im geschlossenen Zustand, wie er in
Figur 1 dargestellt ist, kann das Gepäckstück 1 über Schlösser 5 geschlossen werden. - In
Figur 2 ist das Gepäckstück ausFigur 1 mit Sicht auf eine Seitenfläche des Gepäckstücks dargestellt. An dieser Seitenfläche des Gepäckstücks sind das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil 2,4 über zumindest ein Scharnier 16 miteinander verbunden. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Gepäckstück 1 drei Scharniere auf. Das Scharnier 16 weist ein erstes Scharnierteil 18 und eine zweites Scharnierteil 20 auf, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das erste Scharnierteil 18 mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil 2 und das zweite Scharnierteil 20 mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil 4 verbunden ist. - Das erste Scharnierteil 18 ist auf der Innenseite 12 des ersten Gepäckstückteils 2 mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil 2 und das zweite Scharnierteil 20 ist auf der Innenseite 14 des zweiten Gepäckstückteils 4 mit dem zweiten Gepäckstück 4 verbunden. Auf diese Weise ist das Scharnier 16 lediglich in dem Bereich, in dem das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil 18, 20 miteinander verbunden sind, von außen sichtbar.
- In
Figur 3 ist das Gepäckstück 1 im geöffneten Zustand dargestellt. Mit Hilfe der Scharniere 16 wurde das erste Gepäckstückteil 2 relativ zu dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil 4 verschwenkt. InFig. 3 ist ein Gepäckstück mit drei Scharnieren dargestellt. - In
Figur 4 ist ein Ausschnitt auf die Außenseiten 8,10 in den Bereich eines Scharniers 16 dargestellt. Das erste Scharnierteil 18 weist zumindest ein erstes Verbindungselement 22 und das zweite Scharnierteil 20 weist zumindest ein zweites Verbindungselement 24 auf, die miteinander verbunden werden können, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil 18,20 gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden. Das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil 18,20 sind derart an dem ersten und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil 2, 4 angeordnet, dass von dem ersten und dem zweiten Scharnierteil 18,20 nur jeweils das zumindest eine Verbindungselement 22,24 des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils 18,20 von außen sichtbar sind. Dies istFigur 4 deutlich zu entnehmen. - Das erste und das zweite Verbindungselement 22,24 können, wie in dem in
Figur 4 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt ist, jeweils langgestreckte Hohlelemente sein, die ineinander greifen, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil 18,20 gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden. In dem inFigur 4 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel bilden die langgestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils 16, 18 die Achse 26 des Scharniers. Das Scharnier 16 kann, wie dargestellt, ein Einachscharnier sein. Durch die gestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils kann, wie dargestellt, zumindest ein Stiftelement 28 verlaufen. - Das Gepäckstück 1 weist ein erstes Rahmenelement 30 und ein zweites Rahmenelement 32 auf, wobei das erste Rahmenelement 30 an der Außenkante 34 des ersten Gepäckstückteils 2 und das zweite Rahmenelement 32 an der Außenkante 36 des zweiten Gepäckstückteils 4 angeordnet ist. Die Kontur des ersten und des zweiten Rahmenelementes 30,32 sind derart aneinander angepasst, dass die Außenkanten des ersten und das zweiten Rahmenelements bei geschlossenem Zustand des Gepäckstücks ineinander greifen. Ferner ist vorzugsweise an dem ersten Rahmenelement 30 und/oder an dem zweiten Rahmenelement 32 ein Gummielement 40 angeordnet, das im geschlossenen Zustand zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Rahmenelement 30,32 eingeklemmt wird, sodass das Gepäckstück wasserdicht erschlossen werden kann.
- In den
Figuren 5 und6 sind Ausschnitte auf die Innenseiten 12,14 des Gepäckstücks im Bereich des Scharniers 16 dargestellt, wobei die Gepäckstückteile 2,4 im geöffneten Zustand dargestellt sind. Deutlich erkennbar sind aus dieser Sicht auch das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement 30, 32. Zumindest ein Teil des ersten Scharnierteils 18 ist zwischen dem ersten Rahmenelement 30 und dem ersten Gepäckstückteil 2 und zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Scharnierteils 20 ist zwischen dem zweiten Rahmenelement 32 und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil 4 angeordnet. In denFiguren 5 und6 ist dargestellt, dass das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement 30, 32 im Bereich des Scharniers 16 auf der Innenseite des ersten und des zweiten Gepäckstückteils 2,4 in Richtung des Inneren des Gepäckstücks 1 gebogen sind, sodass das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil 18,20 zwischen dem jeweiligen Rahmenelement 30,32 und dem jeweiligen Gepäckstückteil 2,4 angeordnet werden können. - Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das erste Scharnierteil 18 mit dem ersten Rahmenelement 30 und das zweite Scharnierteil 20 mit dem zweiten Rahmenelement 32 verschraubt. Das erste Scharnierteil 18 kann auch mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil 2 und das zweite Scharnierteil 20 kann auch mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil 4 verschraubt oder verklebt sein.
- In
Figur 7 ist eine Schnittansicht durch das Scharnier 16 dargestellt, wobei die Teile, das heißt das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement 30,32, das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil 2,4, das Scharnier 16 sowie die Gummidichtung 40 nur rein schematisch dargestellt sind und in Kontur und Größe nicht exakt mit dem Ausführungsbeispiel aus denFiguren 1 bis 6 übereinstimmt. AusFigur 7 kann entnommen werden, dass zumindest ein Teil des ersten Verbindungselements 22 und zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Verbindungselements 24 gegenüber der Außenseite 8,10 des ersten und zweiten Gepäckstückteils 2,4 versenkt angeordnet sind. Ferner kannFigur 7 entnommen werden, dass ein Stiftelement 28 in den als langgestreckte Hohlelemente ausgebildeten ersten und zweiten Verbindungselements 22,24 verlaufen. Zumindest ein Teil des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils 18,20 sind plattenförmig ausgebildet, wobei insbesondere der Teil, der zwischen dem jeweiligen Gepäckstückteil 2,4 und dem jeweiligen Rahmenelement 30,32 angeordnet ist, plattenförmig ausgebildet ist.Figur 7 kann ferner entnommen werden, dass das erste und/oder das zweite Rahmenelement 30,32 im geschlossenen Zustand des Gepäckstück 1 einen Anschlag bilden. Die Außenkanten 44, 46 der Rahmenelemente 30, 32 greifen zumindest teilweise ineinander.

- Koffer, mit- einem ersten und einem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (2,4), wobei das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil (2,4) jeweils eine Außen- und eine Innenseite (8,10,12,14) aufweisen,- zumindest einem Scharnier (16), wobei das erste und das zweite Gepäckstückteil (2,4) über das zumindest eine Scharnier (16) miteinander verbunden sind und mittels des Scharniers (16) zueinander verschwenkbar sind, wobei das Scharnier (16) ein erstes und ein zweites Scharnierteil (18,20) aufweist, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das erste Scharnierteil (18) mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil (2) und das zweite Scharnierteil (20) mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (4) verbunden ist, wobei- das erste Scharnierteil (18) auf der Innenseite (12) des ersten Gepäckstückteils (2) mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil (2) und das zweite Scharnierteil (20) auf der Innenseite (14) des zweiten Gepäckstückteils (4) mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (4) verbunden ist- wobei das erste Scharnierteil (18) zumindest ein erstes Verbindungselement (22) und das zweite Scharnierteil (20) zumindest ein zweites Verbindungselement (24) aufweist, die miteinander verbindbar sind, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil (18,20) gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden, wobei- das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil (18,20) derart an dem ersten und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (2,4) angeordnet sind, dass von dem ersten und dem zweiten Scharnierteil (18,20) nur jeweils das zumindest eine Verbindungselement (22,24) des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils (18,20) von außen sichtbar ist, wobei zumindest ein Teil des ersten Verbindungselements (22) und zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Verbindungselements (24) gegenüber der Außenseite (8,10) des ersten und zweiten Gepäckstückteils (2,4) versenkt angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein erstes Rahmenelement (30) und ein zweites Rahmenelement (32) vorgesehen sind, wobei das erste Rahmenelement (30) an der Außenkante (34) des ersten Gepäckstückteils (2) und das zweite Rahmenelement (32) an der Außenkante (36) des zweiten Gepäckstückteils (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kontur des ersten und des zweiten Rahmenelements (30,32) derart aneinander angepasst sind, dass das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement (30,32) bei geschlossenem Zustand des Gepäckstücks (1) ineinandergreifen. - Koffer (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Verbindungselement (22,24) jeweils langgestreckte Hohlelemente sind, die ineinandergreifen, um das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil (18,20) gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden.
- Koffer (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die langgestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils (18,20) eine Achse (26) des Scharniers (16) bilden.
- Koffer (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die gestreckten Hohlelemente des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils (18,20) zumindest ein Stiftelement (28) verläuft.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil des ersten Scharnierteils (18) zwischen dem ersten Rahmenelement (30) und dem ersten Gepäckstückteil (2) und/oder zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Scharnierteils (20) zwischen dem zweiten Rahmenelement (32) und dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (4) angeordnet ist.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zumindest ein Teil des ersten und des zweiten Scharnierteils (18,20) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder das zweite Rahmenelement (30,32) im geschlossenen Zustand des Gepäckstücks (1) einen Anschlag bilden.
- Koffer (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder das zweite Rahmenelement (30,32) lediglich in dem Bereich des Scharniers (16) einen Anschlag bilden.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Rahmenelement (30,32) im Bereich des Scharniers (16) auf der Innenseite des ersten und des zweiten Gepäckstückteils (2,4) in Richtung des Inneren des Gepäckstücks (1) gebogen sind, so dass das erste und das zweite Scharnierteil (18,20) zwischen dem jeweiligen Rahmenelement (30,32) und dem jeweiligen Gepäckstückteil (2,4) anordnenbar sind.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Scharnierteil (18) mit dem ersten Gepäckstückteil (2) und/oder mit dem ersten Rahmenelement (30) und das zweite Scharnierteil (20) mit dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (4) und/oder mit dem zweiten Rahmenelement (32) verklebt und/oder verschraubt ist.
- Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Scharnierteil (18) zwischen dem ersten Gepäckstückteil (2) und/oder dem ersten Rahmenelement (30) und das zweite Scharnierteil (20) zwischen dem zweiten Gepäckstückteil (4) und/oder dem zweiten Rahmenelement (32) eingeklemmt ist.
