Eine Zigarettenpackung aus stärkerem bzw. formstabilerem, also dickerem Papier ist mit einer geschlossenen, faltlappenfreien Stirnwand (16) ausgebildet. Um das Erscheinungsbild einer Zigarettenpackung des Typs (Weich-)Becherpackung zu erzeugen, ist die Stirnwand (16) mit Bedruckungen und/oder Prägungen versehen, die das Bild einer (freiliegenden) Stirnfläche eines Stanniol- bzw. Zigarettenblocks vermitteln. Die Packung hat eine Öffnungshilfe im Bereich der Stirnwand (16), die mindestens von der Stirnwand abziehbar ist.

Description

ZIGARETTENPACKUNG
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Packung, insbesondere eine Zigarettenpackung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Zu den weltweit verbreiteten Typen einer Zigarettenpackung gehört die Weichpackung bzw. Weichbecherpackung. Der standardmäßige Aufbau sieht so aus, dass ein Zigarettenblock, also eine in einen Innen- bzw. Stanniolzuschnitt eingehüllte Zigarettengruppe in einer als Becher ausgebildeten Außenpackung angeordnet ist. Diese besteht aus einem Papierzuschnitt, der so gefaltet ist, dass eine offene Stirnseite entsteht, aus der der Zigarettenblock teilweise herausragt. Üblicherweise ist diese Packung mit einer Verschluss- bzw. Steuerbanderole versehen, die sich quer über eine aus Faltlappen gebildete Stirnwand des Zigarettenblocks erstreckt und mit Schenkeln im Bereich einer Becher- Vorderwand und Becher-Rückwand fixiert ist. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den vorgenannten oder einen ähnlichen Packungstyp weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Formstabilität und hinsichtlich der Handhabbarkeit.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Packung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 ausgebildet.
Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin, eine (Zigaretten-)Packung zu schaffen, deren äußeres Erscheinungsbild dem einer Weicherpackung entspricht, die andererseits aber aus festerem Verpackungsmaterial, insbesondere aus dünnem Karton oder dickem Papier (135 g/m2 bis 150 g/m2). Weiterhin besteht ein Merkmal der Erfindung darin, dass die (Außen-)Packung den Zigarettenblock vorzugsweise allseitig umgibt, insbesondere eine geschlossene Stirnwand ohne Faltlappen bildet. Eine Besonderheit der Packungsgestaltung besteht darin, dass mindestens die Außenseite einer (durchgehenden, geschlossenen) Stirnwand durch Bedruckung und/oder durch Materialverformung (Prägung) das äußere Erscheinungsbild einer Stirnfläche einer Packung des Typs Weichbecher aufweist. Die Bedruckung bzw. Struktur der Stirnfläche weist demnach insbesondere das Bild einer "Kuvertfaltung" auf mit einander teilweise überdeckenden, trapezförmigen Faltlappen. Weiterhin kann das Bild bzw. die Struktur einer (Steuer-)Banderole in einer bei Weichbecherpackungen üblichen Ausführung und Positionierung dargestellt sein.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung betreffen die Gestaltung einer Öffnungshilfe für diese Packung, derart, dass für den Verbraucher auch hinsichtlich der Öffnungshilfe eine Erleichterung geschaffen wird.
Eine weitere Besonderheit betrifft die Ausbildung einer vorzugsweise standardmäßigen Weichbecherpackung hinsichtlich der Anordnung von Verschlussmitteln einerseits und einer Steuerbanderole andererseits. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein quer über die aus Faltlappen bestehende Stirnwand gelegtes Verschlussetikett aus klarsichtigem bzw. durchsichtigem (Folien- )Material. Eine (Steuer-)Banderole ist als separater Klebestreifen an der Packung angebracht, vorzugsweise im Bereich einer schmalen Seitenwand und ggf. mit einem sich in den Bereich der Stirnwand erstreckenden Schenkel.

Fig. 11 eine Weichbecherpackung mit besonderen Verschlussmitteln in perspektivischer Darstellung.
Die Ausführungsbeispiele in den Zeichnungen beziehen sich auf Zigarettenpackungen in der Ausführung bzw. in einer äußeren Gestaltung entsprechend der allgemeinen Weichbecherpackung. Die Packungen sind vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, dass Zigaretten 10 bzw. eine Zigarettengruppe 11 von einem Innenzuschnitt 12 aus Papier, Folie oder Stanniol vorzugsweise vollständig umhüllt sind. Ein so entstehender Zigarettenblock 13 ist in einer (Außen-)Packung 14 angeordnet, die aus einem vorzugsweise einstückigen Zuschnitt 15 gebildet ist und eine geschlossene Stirnwand 16 ohne Faltlappen aufweist.
Vorzugsweise besteht die Packung 14 aus einem Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 3. In Längsrichtung aufeinanderfolgend werden Bereiche einer Vorderwand 17, der Stirnwand 16, einer Rückwand 18 und einer Bodenwand 19 gebildet. An einem freien Rand der Bodenwand 20 ist eine Verbindungslasche 20 angebracht, die bei der fertigen Packung 14 mit der Innenseite der Vorderwand 17 verbunden ist, insbesondere mittels Leimpunkten 21. Zur Bildung von Seitenwänden 22 dienen Seitenlappen, nämlich mit der Vorderwand 17 verbundene äußere Seitenlappen 23 und mit der Rückwand 18 verbundene innere Seitenlappen 24. Die Seitenlappen 23 und 24 sind zur Bildung der Seitenwände 22 durch Klebung miteinander verbunden, vorliegend durch paarweise in Reihen angeordnete Leimpunkte 25, hier an der Innenseite der äußeren Seitenlappen 23.
Die Packung 10 ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel mit gerundeten aufrechten Packungskanten versehen, nämlich mit Rundkanten 26. Diese sind in ihren Abmessungen der Form bzw. der Rundung der Zigaretten 10 angepasst. Die Rundkanten 26 werden jeweils durch eine Mehrzahl paralleler Rillen 27 im Material des Zuschnitts 15 gebildet. Stirnwand 16 und Bodenwand 19 sind an diese Kontur der Packung angepasst und weisen Rundecken 28 auf. In Verlängerung der Seitenlappen sind Ecklappen 29, 30 zur Verbindung mit der Innenseite der Stirnwand 16 einerseits und der Bodenwand 19 andererseits angebracht. Bei dem Zuschnitt 15 gemäß Fig. 3 sind beide Ecklappen 29, 30 an den inneren Seitenlappen 24 in Verlängerung derselben angebracht. Mindestens die Ecklappen 30 der Bodenwand 19 sind mit dieser durch Leim verbunden.
Die Packung 14 bzw. der Zuschnitt 15 besteht aus Papier oder vergleichbarem, reißfähigem Packstoff. Insbesondere wird Papier mit größerer Festigkeit bzw. mit höherem Gewicht (135 g/m2 bis 150 g/m2) eingesetzt. Die Packung ist durch zielgerichtete Gestaltung so ausgebildet, dass im äußeren Erscheinungsbild der Eindruck einer herkömmlichen (Weich-)Becherpackung entsteht. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Stirnwand 16 an der Außenseite durch Bedruckung und/oder Materialverformung so gestaltet, dass das Bild einer Stirnwand eines Zigarettenblocks mit entsprechender Ausbildung des Zuschnitts geschaffen ist, insbesondere in der Nachbildung der Struktur von geprägtem Stanniol. Die Stirnfläche ist demgemäß mit durch Bedruckung bzw. durch graphische Hilfsmittel gebildeten (dunklen) Streifen versehen, nämlich Streifen 31 mit trapezförmigem bzw. konvergierendem Verlauf und Anschlussstreifen 32 zur Darstellung der Kanten von innenliegenden bzw. teilweise überdeckten Faltlappen. Die Streifen 31 , 32 sind zur Nachbildung der natürlichen Struktur mit unterschiedlicher Breite bzw. sich verändernder Breite ausgebildet.
Des Weiteren ist die Außenseite der Stirnwand 16 durch Bedruckung und/oder Materialverformung mit einem Netz von Linien und Flächen versehen, die optisch den Eindruck einer geprägten Stanniolfolie oder eines anderen Innenzuschnitts, z. B. aus Papier, erzeugen. Insbesondere sind dreieckige bzw. viereckige Strukturen durch entsprechende Bedruckung hergestellt (Fig. 5), die einer üblichen Stanniolprägung oder einer bei Papier üblichen Bedruckung entsprechen. Weiterhin sind die Bedruckungen im Bereich benachbarter Flächen 33, 34, 35 der Stirnwand 16 unterschiedlich gestaltet, sodass der Eindruck von benachbarten Faltlappen geschaffen wird, insbesondere nach dem üblichen Prinzip der Kuvertfaltung.
Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich diese Bedruckung bzw. Verformung über den Bereich der Stirnwand 16 hinaus mit einem oberen Randstreifen 36, der im Anschluss an die Stirnwand 16 ringsherum den oberen Abschluss der Vorderwand 17, Rückwand 18 und der Seitenwände 22 bildet. Dieser Randstreifen 36 entspricht der Gestaltung bei herkömmlicher Weichbecherpackung, nämlich zur Darstellung des aus dem Becher herausragenden Zigaretten- bzw. Stanniolblocks. Die vorstehend beschriebenen gestalteten Flächen im Bereich der Stirnwand 16 und angrenzender Bereiche der Packung sind vorzugsweise silberfarben ausgebildet entsprechend dem Erscheinungsbildung von Stanniol. Eine Besonderheit ist die Anordnung und Ausbildung einer Banderole 37, die sich quer über die Stirnwand 16 erstreckt mit einem Schenkel 38 im Bereich der Vorderwand 17 einerseits und im Bereich der Rückwand 18 andererseits. Die Banderole 37, insbesondere eine Steuerbanderole, ist als Bedruckungsfläche des Zuschnitts 15 bzw. der Packung 14 ausgebildet. Eine entsprechend angeordnete Fläche ist demnach mit einer Bedruckung 39 versehen, die insbesondere der Gestaltung einer Steuerbanderole entspricht, die aber alternativ auch eine Werbefläche sein kann oder Kennzeichen bzw. Informationen enthält. Die Bedruckung der Flächen 33, 34, 35 entsprechend der Prägung von Stanniol ist im Bereich der Banderole 37 bzw. der Bedruckung 39 für die Banderole 37 unterbrochen.
Die Banderole 37 ist Teil einer Öffnungshilfe für die Packung 14. Zu diesem Zweck ist vorgesehen, dass im Bereich der Banderole eine Öffnungslasche 40 aus dem Material der Packung 14 heraustrennbar ist. Die Öffnungslasche 40 ist insbesondere durch eine Schwächungslinie, hier durch eine Perforationslinie 41 , begrenzt. Die Öffnungslasche 40 erstreckt sich über den Bereich der Stirnwand 16 und mit einem Schenkel im Bereich der Vorderwand 17. Ein Teilstück der Öffnungslasche 40 reicht bis in die Rückwand 18 (Fig. 3). Die Perforationslinie 41 ist so angeordnet, dass die Öffnungslasche 40 eine etwas geringere Breite hat als die Banderole 37 bzw. deren Bedruckung 39. Die Öffnungslasche 40 kann mit einem Betätigungsorgan zwischen Schließstellung (Fig. 1 ) und Öffnungsstellung (Fig. 2) bewegt werden, und zwar im Sinne einer mehrfachen Benutzung. Vorliegend ist ein Verschlussetikett 42 an der Außenseite im Bereich der Banderole 37 bzw. der Öffnungslasche 40 angebracht. Die Verschlusslasche 42 ist an der Innenseite mit einem Dauerkleber versehen und einerseits flächig mit der Öffnungslasche 40 und andererseits entlang eines Randstreifens 43 in Schließstellung mit einem Bereich der Packung 14 entlang der Öffnungslasche 40 durch lösbare Klebung verbunden. Das Verschlussetikett 42 besteht vorzugsweise aus einer durchsichtigen bzw. klarsichtigen Folie, sodass die Banderole 37 bzw. die Bedruckung 39 auch bei Überdeckung durch das Verschlussetikett 42 sichtbar ist. An einem freien Querrand des Verschlussetiketts 42 befindet sich eine klebstofffreie Grifflasche 44 mit vorzugsweise kontrastreicher Einfärbung.
In Öffnungsstellung des Verschlussetiketts 42 mit Öffnungslasche 40 wird eine Öffnung 45 der Packung 14 freigelegt, und zwar in der Stirnwand 16 und einem angrenzenden Bereich der Vorderwand 17. Hier liegt der Zigarettenblock 13 bzw. der Innenzuschnitt 2 frei. Diese innere Umhüllung 12 kann in üblicher Weise (manuell) teilweise geöffnet werden, um den Zugang zu den Zigaretten 10 zu gewinnen. Es ist aber auch möglich, den Innenzuschnitt 12 bzw. den Zigarettenblock 13 im Bereich der Öffnung 45 mit einer abtrennbaren Lasche oder dergleichen zu versehen, sodass durch eine einfache Maßnahme, insbesondere auch durch den Öffnungsvorgang mittels Verschlussetikett 42, unmittelbar der Zugang zu den Zigaretten 10 gewonnen werden kann.
Die Bedruckung findet eine Ergänzung als Bedruckungsstreifen 46, 47, die sich an der Vorderwand 17 benachbart zur Stirnwand 16 erstrecken und auch die (äußeren) Seitenlappen 23 erfassen. Der Bedruckungsstreifen 47 an der Rückwand 18 endet an den Außenkonturen bzw. Außenrändern der Rundkanten 26 bzw. der Rillen 27, da der Seitenlappen 24 und auch die Ecklappen 29 bei der fertigen Packung verdeckt sind. Die Streifen 46, 47 bilden bei der fertigen Packung 14 den Randstreifen 36. Die Gestaltung der Flächen 33, 34, 35 und oder der Streifen 46, 47 kann als flächige (silberfarbene) Bedruckung ausgebildet sein mit einer Struktur beispielsweise entsprechend Fig. 5. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann das Material des Zuschnitts 15 mit einer Prägung 48 versehen sein, also mit einer dauerhaften Materialverformung, die in der Struktur der Prägung von Stanniol oder anderem Umhüllungsmaterial entspricht. Zur Darstellung eines Stannioleffekts ist die Prägung 48 silberfarben unterlegt. Aus Fig. 7 ist ersichtlich, dass die Prägung nur außerhalb des Bereichs des Verschlussetiketts 42 angeordnet ist, aber vorliegend auch im Bereich der seitlichen Flächen der Packung 14 analog zu den Streifen 46, 47.
In Fig. 8 bis Fig. 10 sind Einzelheiten einer (becher-)Packung gezeigt, bei der die Außenpackung 14 wie bei den vorhergehenden Beispielen aus festerem bzw. dickerem Papier oder vergleichbarem Packmaterial besteht, jedoch mindestens funktional Merkmale einer Becherpackung geschaffen werden. Die Besonderheit besteht darin, dass die Stirnwand 16 der Packung 14 überwiegend aus dem stärkeren, dickeren Material des Zuschnitts 15 (Fig. 10) besteht. Ein so geschaffener Deckbereich 49 der Stirnwand 16 ist auch mit einer Gestaltung - Bedruckung 39, Prägung 48 - versehen, die das übliche (Falt-)Bild einer Stirnwand für einen Stanniolblock bzw. Zigarettenblock zeigt. Insoweit wird auf die voranstehenden Beispiele Bezug genommen. Ein randseitiger Öffnungsbereich 50 der Stirnfläche ist frei, wobei die Stirnwand 16 des Zuschnitts 15 unterbrochen ist, nämlich mit einer Querkante 51 endet. Im Öffnungsbereich liegt eine Innen-Stirnwand 57 des Innenzuschnitts 12 bzw. des Zigarettenblocks 13 frei, und zwar hier mit der üblichen Kuvertfaltung unter Bildung trapezförmiger Faltlappen 58, 59. In diesem Bereich kann der Verbraucher den Innenzuschnitt 12 bzw. den Zigarettenblock 13 öffnen.
Eine Banderole 37 in vorzugsweise üblicher Ausführung, insbesondere als Steuerbanderole, ist gemäß Beispiel der Fig. 8 unter Benutzung des Öffnungsbereichs 50 angebracht, nämlich mit einem Banderolenschenkel 52 im Bereich einer Seitenwand 22 und mit einem quergerichteten weiteren Banderolenschenkel 53 zur teilweisen Abdeckung des Zigarettenblocks 13 entlang der Stirnfläche. Zum Öffnen der Packung bzw. des Zigarettenblocks 13 muss die Banderole 37 zerstört werden. Die Packung gemäß Fig. 9 ist hinsichtlich des Zuschnitts 15 in gleicher oder analoger Weise ausgebildet wie das Beispiel der Fig. 8. Die Banderole 37, insbesondere als herkömmliche Steuerbanderole, ist hier in einer bei Weichbecherpackungen üblichen Weise quer über die Stirnwand 16 gelegt mit einem Schenkel in der Vorderwand 17 und einem weiteren Schenkel an der Rückwand 18. Die Banderole 37 erstreckt sich hier außerhalb des Öffnungsbereichs 50, also (vollständig) im Deckbereich 49, sodass die Stirnfläche des Zigarettenblocks 13 vollständig frei liegt.
Der Zuschnitt 15 für die Packung 14 gemäß Fig. 8, Fig. 9 ist nach dem Längsfaltprinzip ausgebildet (Fig. 10). Vorderwand 17, Bodenwand 19 und Rückwand 18 sind aufeinanderfolgend durch entsprechende Faltlinien (für rechtwinklige Packungskanten) definiert. Die Stirnwand 16 schließt an die Rückwand 18 an, und zwar in reduzierter Ausführung zur Bildung des Deckbereichs 49, und zwar mit der beschriebenen Außengestaltung analog zu einem Zigarettenblock aus Stanniol oder dergleichen. An den freien Rand der Stirnwand 16 schließt ein Verbindungslappen 54 an, der mit der Innenseite der Vorderwand 17 verbunden ist und sich teilweise über annähernd die volle Breite der Vorderwand 17 erstreckt, also über den Deckbereich 49 hinweg ragt.
Eine besondere Packungsgestaltung ergibt sich aus Fig. 1 1. Diese ist als herkömmliche Becherpackung ausgebildet, nämlich mit einer becherförmigen Außenpackung 14, die aus dem stärkeren Material bestehen kann, analog zu den vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen, die aber alternativ auch aus Papier hergestellt sein kann, wie bei einer standardmäßigen Weichbecherpackung. Der Zigarettenblock 3 ragt - wie üblich - geringfügig aus dem oben offenen Becher - Packung 14 - heraus. Die Besonderheit liegt in der Ausbildung und Anbringung von Verschlussmittel und Banderole. Wegen der Faltung der Stirnfläche bzw. der Innen-Stirnwand 57 des Zigarettenblocks 13 mit Faltlappen 58, 59 ist vorzugsweise mittig eine Banderole, nämlich eine Verschlussbanderole 55 vorgesehen, die sich quer über die Stirnfläche bzw. Innen-Stirnwand 57 erstreckt und - wie üblich - mit Schenkeln an Vorderwand 17 und Rückwand 18 der (Becher-)Packung 14 verankert ist. Die Banderole 55 besteht vorzugsweise mindestens in einem Teilbereich, nämlich im Bereich der an den Wandungen 17 und 18 anliegenden Schenkel, vorzugsweise aber insgesamt aus einer durchsichtigen bzw. klarsichtigen Folie, sodass im Bereich von Vorderwand 17 und/oder Rückwand 18 der (Becher-)Packung 14 uneingeschränkt erkennbare Aufdrucke angebracht werden können, insbesondere Informationen (Warning-Hinweise).
Eine Steuerbanderole 56 ist als separates Organ unabhängig und räumlich getrennt von der Verschlussbanderole 55 positioniert, bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ausschließlich oder überwiegend im Bereich einer schmalen Seitenwand 22. Unterschiedliche Ausführungen der Positionierung sind möglich. So kann die Steuerbanderole 56 (rechteckiger) Zuschnitt ausschließlich im Bereich der Seitenwand 22 liegen. Alternativ kann die Steuerbanderole 56 - wie in Fig. 1 1 durch strichpunktierte Linien angedeutet - winkelförmig angebracht sein, also mit einem Schenkel im Bereich der Seitenwand 22 einerseits und mit einem Schenkel im Bereich der Stirnfläche bzw. Innen-Stirnwand 57 des Zigarettenblocks 13 andererseits.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Zigarettenpackung aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt (15) zur Bildung einer Außenumhüllung für eine vorzugsweise in einen Innenzuschnitt (12) eingehüllte Zigarettengruppe (1 1 ) - Zigarettenblock (13) -, wobei die (Außen-)Packung (14) aus steifem, faltbarem Packstoff besteht, insbesondere dünnem Karton und derart gefaltet ist, dass eine Stirnwand (16) der Packung (14) mindestens in einem Teilbereich als geschlossene Wandung ohne Faltlappen ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwand (16) bzw. mindestens ein Teilbereich der Stirnwand (16) aufgrund von Bedruckung und/oder Prägung (48) das äußere Erscheinungsbild einer aus Faltlappen gebildeten Stirnwand (16) aufweist, insbesondere in der Ausführung analog zu einer Weichbecherpackung mit sichtbarer Stirnfläche des gefalteten Innenzuschnitts (12) aus Stanniol, Papier oder dergleichen.
2. Packung nach Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet durch eine Öffnungshilfe im Bereich der Stirnwand (16), insbesondere aus einem quergerichteten Verschlussetikett (42), welches sich mindestens im Bereich der Stirnwand (16) und vorzugsweise mit Schenkeln (38) im Bereich einer Vorderwand (17) und einer Rückwand (18) der Packung (14) erstreckt, wobei das Verschlussetikett (42) mindestens von der Stirnwand (16) abziehbar ist unter Bildung einer Öffnung (45) mindestens im Bereich der Stirnwand (16) der Packung (14).
3. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedruckung und/oder Prägung (48) mindestens der Stirnwand (16) rasterartig ausgebildet ist analog zur Struktur einer Stanniolumhüllung und kontrastierende, insbesondere dunkle Streifen (31 ) und Anschlussstreifen (32) zur Darstellung von Kanten einander teilweise überdeckender Faltlappen aufweisen, wobei vorzugsweise die Bedruckung und/oder Prägung (48) außerhalb des Bereichs einer quergerichteten Banderole (37) angeordnet ist.

Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Banderole (37), insbesondere Steuerbanderole, durch Bedruckung entsprechend der Ausgestaltung einer (Steuer-)Banderole (37) auf einem Zuschnitt (15) für die (Außen-)Packung (14) gebildet ist und ein die Banderole (37) überdeckendes Verschlussetikett (42) zur Schaffung einer Öffnung (45) mindestens im Bereich der Stirnwand (16) aus transparentem bzw. klarsichtigem Material - Folie - besteht, derart, dass die (Steuer-)Banderole (37) auch bei Überdeckung durch das Verschlussetikett (42) in den relevanten Druckmerkmalen erkennbar ist.

Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussetikett (42) Teil einer Öffnungshilfe für die Packung (14) ist, wobei die Packung (14) eine durch Schwächungslinie, insbesondere Perforationslinie (41 ) begrenzte Öffnungslasche (40) bildet, mindestens im Bereich der Stirnwand (16), vorzugsweise mit einem anschließenden Schenkel im Bereich der Vorderwand (17), wobei die Öffnungslasche (40) bei geschlossener Packung (14) durch die Öffnungslasche (40) überdeckt und mit dieser durch Klebung verbunden ist, wobei das Verschlussetikett (42) mit Hilfe einer (klebstofffreien) Grifflasche (44) unter Mitnahme der Öffnungslasche (40) und unter Bildung einer Öffnung (45) in eine Öffnungsstellung bewegbar ist.
6. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein der Stirnwand (16) zugekehrter Bereich von Vorderwand (17), Rückwand (18) und Seitenwänden (22) mit einer Bedruckung entsprechend der Stirnwand (16) versehen ist, nämlich mit ringsherum laufenden Bedruckungsstreifen (46, 47).

Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zuschnitt (15) in der Ausführung nach dem Längsfaltprinzip mit aufeinanderfolgenden Bereichen für eine Vorderwand (17), die Stirnwand (16), eine Rückwand (18) und eine Bodenwand (19), vorzugsweise mit einer Verbindungslasche (20) zur Verbindung mit der Innenseite der Vorderwand (17), wobei zur Bildung von gerundeten Packungskanten - Rundkanten (26) - parallele Rillen (27) im Bereich der Packungskanten angeordnet sind und die Stirnwand (16) sowie die Bodenwand (19) mit Rundecken (28) versehen sind.
8. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwand (16) sich nur über einen Teilbereich einer Stirnfläche erstreckt unter Bildung eines freien bzw. Öffnungsbereichs (50), in dem ein Zigarettenblock ( 3) mit einer Innen-Stirnwand (57) teilweise frei liegt, wobei ein den Öffnungsbereich begrenzender Deckbereich (49) an der Außenseite mit einer Bedruckung und/oder Prägung (48) entsprechend der Gestaltung eines Zigarettenblocks (13) mit einem Innenzuschnitt (12) versehen ist.

Packung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Banderole, vorzugsweise Steuerbanderole (37) vorzugsweise ausschließlich im Bereich der Abdeckung (49) - Teil-Stirnwand (16) - angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise quer zur Stirnwand (16) mit Schenkeln im Bereich von Vorderwand (17) und Rückwand (18).
10. Packung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (37), vorzugsweise eine Steuerbanderole, außerhalb des Bereichs von Vorderwand (17) und Rückwand (18) angeordnet ist, insbesondere vollständig oder mindestens mit einem Schenkel (52) im Bereich einer Seitenwand (22) der Packung, ggf. mit einem weiteren Schenkel (53) im Bereich der Innen-Stirnwand (57).

Packung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein nach dem Längsfaltprinzip ausgebildeter Zuschnitt einen Bereich für die Stirnwand (16) im Anschluss an die Rückwand (18) aufweist bei entsprechend verminderter Querabmessung, wobei an der freien Seite der Stirnwand (16) bzw. des Deckbereichs (49) derselben ein Verbindungslappen (54) angeordnet ist, der sich - etwa - über die volle Breite der Rückwand (18) bzw. Vorderwand (17) erstreckt.
12. Zigarettenpackung in der Ausführung als Becherpackung, insbesondere Weichbecherpackung mit einer Außenpackung in Gestalt eines Bechers, aus dem ein Zigarettenblock (13) teilweise herausragt mit einer freien Innen- Stirnwand (57) und mit einer (Steuer-)Banderole im Bereich der Innen-Stirnwand (57), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) eine Halte- bzw. Verschlussbanderole (55) erstreckt sich vorzugsweise etwa mittig quer über die Innen-Stirnwand (57) mit anschließenden Schenkeln (38) im Bereich einer Vorderwand (17) und einer Rückwand (19),
b) die Verschlussbanderole (55) besteht mindestens im Bereich der Schenkel (38), vorzugsweise aber insgesamt aus einer durchsichtigen bzw. klarsichtigen Folie,
c) eine Steuerbanderole (56) ist mindestens teilweise im Bereich einer Seitenwand (22) der Packung angeordnet, ggf. mit einem Schenkel im Bereich der Innen-Stirnwand (57), vorzugsweise mit Abstand von der Verschlussbanderole (55).
