- the vegetable powder 12 is then added to the humidified ribs rolled in this manner, and deposits in the interior of the fissures of the ribs 6 created by the rolling process 18. Finally, the compound 20 obtained in this manner is subjected to the drying stage 22 to ensure stable intrusion of the vegetable powder 12 into the ribs 6.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren (2) zum Verarbeiten von Tabakrippen (6), gekennzeichnet durch das Umfassen von Folgendem:- eine Befeuchtungsstufe (4) für die Rippen (6),- mindestens eine Stufe (10, 10') des Mischens der befeuchteten Rippen mit einem Pflan-zenpulver (12),- mindestens eine Stufe (18, 18') des Rollens der befeuchteten Rippen (6),- eine Stufe (22), in der die Rippen (6), die befeuchtet, gerollt und mit dem Pflanzenpulver (12) gemischt wurden, getrocknet werden, mit daraus folgendem Zusammenziehen ihres Volumens und Eindringen des Pflanzenpulvers (12) in deren Inneres.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stufe (10) des Mischens der Rippen (6) mit dem Pflanzenpulver (12) zuerst implementiert wird, gefolgt von der Stufe (18) des Rollens der somit gemischten Rippen, wobei sie auf diese Weise zusammengedrückt werden, mit gleichzeitigem Eindringen des Pflanzenpulvers (12) darin.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stufe (18) des Rollens der Rippen (6) zuerst implementiert wird, gefolgt von der Stufe (10) des Mischens der gerollten Rippen (6) mit dem Pflanzenpulver (12), mit daraus folgendem Eindringen dieses Letzteren in das Innere der in den gerollten Rippen vorhandenen Risse.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischstufe (10) der befeuchteten Rippen (6) mit Pflanzenpulver (12), das Tabakpulver umfasst, ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischstufe (10) der befeuchteten Rippen (6) mit Pflanzenpulver (12), das Pulver von Nelken und/oder Vanille und/oder Kaffee und/oder Zimt umfasst, ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischstufe (10) der befeuchteten Rippen (6) mit Pflanzenpulver (12) ausgeführt wird, das einen Gewichtsprozentsatz, auf der Grundlage des Gewichts der Rippen (6), im Bereich von 10-50 %, eine Feuchtigkeit im Bereich von 0-14 % und eine Partikelgrößenverteilung im Bereich von 25-300 µm hat.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befeuchtungsstufe (4) implementiert wird, bis die Rippen auf einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt im Bereich von 30-85 % gebracht wurden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Rollstufe (18) der Abstand zwischen den Rollwalzen derart auf einem Wert gehalten wird, dass Rippen mit einer Dicke im Bereich von 0,1-0,3 mm erhalten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischstufe (10) der befeuchteten Rippen (6) mit Pflanzenpulver (12) ausgeführt wird, das ausgehend von Blättern oder Teilen von Blättern erhalten wird, die mindestens einer Trockenstufe (16) und einer Mahlstufe (14) unterzogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischstufe (10) der befeuchteten Rippen (6) mit Pflanzenpulver (12) ausgeführt wird, das aus Pflanzenmaterial erhalten wird, das einer Maillard-Reaktion und nachfolgenden Bräunung unterzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4-10, gekennzeichnet durch das Umfassen von Folgendem in der folgenden Abfolge:- eine erste Stufe (10') des Mischens der Rippen (6) mit dem Pflanzenpulver (12),- eine erste Stufe (18') des Rollens der mit dem Pflanzenpulver gemischten Rippen (6),- eine zweite Stufe (10) des Mischens derselben Rippen (6) mit weiterem Pflanzenpulver (12),- eine zweite Stufe (18) des Rollens der mit dem weiteren Pflanzenpulver (12) gemischten Rippen (6).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten Roll-stufe (18) die mit dem weiteren Pflanzenpulver (12) gemischten Rippen (6) zwischen Rollwalzen hindurchgeführt werden, zwischen denen ein Abstand besteht, der kleiner ist als der Abstand, der zwischen den Rollwalzen besteht, die in der ersten Rollstufe (18') verwendet werden.
