  • This construction also makes it possible to guarantee a constant positioning of the internal shoe in the exogenous shell, even if the sole 37 wears out following walking; indeed the bottom of the grooves under the sole 37 is unlikely to wear out, so that the vertical position of the inner boot remains unchanged even if the ribs of the sole 37 wear out.
  • the exogenous shell advantageously comprises a largely perforated structure allowing the inner boot to be seen.
  • the sole of the exogenous shell is composed of two parts welded, glued or mechanically assembled to one another; by varying the longitudinal fixing position, it is possible to produce soles of different sizes from a single mould.

Claims (13)

  1. Sportschuh, umfassend:
    einen Innenschuh (3);
    eine Außenschale (1), deren Abmessungen es ermöglichen, den Innenschuh (3) darin einzuführen oder zu entnehmen, wobei die Außenschale es ermöglicht, den Innenschuh zu verstärken und ihn auf einem Sportartikel zu fixieren;
    wobei die Außenschale eine Sohle (10) und einen Schaft (11, 12) umfasst;
    wobei der Schaft einen hinteren Schaftteil (12) umfasst, der in Bezug auf die Sohle um ein Gelenk herum schwenken kann;
    eine Achillesverstärkung (18), die in Bezug auf die Sohle der Außenschale (1) angelenkt ist,
    wobei die Achillesverstärkung (18) um eine Achse (180) herum schwenkt, die mit der Basis der Außenschale (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Achillesverstärkung (18) in der geschlossenen Stellung an der Innenseite des hinteren Schaftteils (12) mittels eines Zapfens (182) fixiert, der in eine Öffnung in diesem hinteren Schaftteil (12) eingeführt ist, wobei der Zapfen (182) das Ende der Achillesverstärkung (18) bildet.
  2. Sportschuh nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schaft einen vorderen Schaftteil (11) umfasst, der in Bezug auf die Sohle (10) um ein Gelenk (110) herum schwenken kann.
  3. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der Innenschuh in die Außenschale eingeführt bzw. aus der Außenschale entnommen werden kann, indem der hintere Teil des Schafts geschwenkt wird.
  4. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, umfassend Schnallen, um den vorderen Schaftteil und den hinteren Schaftteil geschlossen und gegeneinander gespannt zu halten.
  5. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Innenschuh einen auf der Außenseite in der Nähe des Knöchels vorspringenden Drehzapfen (300) umfasst, wobei die Außenschale eine Aufnahme (14) zum Aufnehmen des Drehzapfens umfasst.
  6. Sportschuh nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Aufnahme (14) geöffnet beziehungsweise geschlossen werden kann, indem der vordere Teil des Schafts (11) und/oder der hintere Teil des Schafts (12) geschwenkt wird.
  7. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, wobei ein Abschnitt des Umfangs der Aufnahme (14) durch einen Ausschnitt (140) am vorderen Teil des Schafts gebildet wird und wobei ein weiterer Abschnitt des Umfangs dieser Aufnahme (14) durch einen Ausschnitt (141) am hinteren Teil des Schafts (12) gebildet wird.
  8. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Außenschale eine stark durchbrochene Struktur umfasst, die es ermöglicht, den Innenschuh zu sehen.
  9. Außenschale, umfassend:
    eine Sohle (10) und mindestens einen schwenkbaren Schaftabschnitt (11, 12), wobei der Schaft einen hinteren Schaftteil (12) umfasst, der in Bezug auf die Sohle um ein Gelenk herum schwenken kann;
    eine Achillesverstärkung (18), die in Bezug auf die Sohle angelenkt ist, wobei die Achillesverstärkung (18) um eine Achse (180) herum schwenkt, die mit der Basis der Außenschale (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sich die Achillesverstärkung (18) in der geschlossenen Stellung an der Innenseite des hinteren Schaftteils (12) mittels eines Zapfens (182) fixiert, der in eine Öffnung in diesem hinteren Schaftteil (12) eingeführt ist, wobei der Zapfen (182) zu der Achillesverstärkung (18) gehört.
  10. Außenschale nach Anspruch 9, umfassend einen Ausschnitt (140, 141) auf Höhe der Außenseite des Knöchels, der dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Drehzapfen (300) darin aufnehmen zu können.
  11. Außenschale nach Anspruch 10, umfassend einen vorderen Schaftabschnitt (11) und einen hinteren Schaftabschnitt (12), mit einem Ausschnitt (140) am vorderen Schaft (11) und einem weiteren Ausschnitt (141) am hinteren Schaft (12), wobei die beiden Ausschnitte (14) eine geschlossene Aufnahme bilden, um einen Drehzapfen (300) darin aufzunehmen.
  12. Außenschale nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, umfassend Schnallen, um den vorderen Schaftteil (11) und den hinteren Schaftteil (12) geschlossen und gegeneinander gespannt zu halten.
  13. Außenschale nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei die Innenseite der Sohle gerippt ist.
