尽管在上面的描述中以及在附图中对拉线的具体固定位置和布线方式作出限定,但是,本发明并不局限于此,本领域技术人员可以构想到其他的拉线固定位置和布线方式。通过上述布线方式,可以均衡将滑雪靴的外壳的各部分锁紧。
为了防止拉线纠缠,在鞋面上可以设置有导管155,以引导拉线151。
如图7所示,为了使拉线151多次在鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分内侧穿过,在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112内形成有供拉线151穿过的导引通道118,该导引通道118内可以嵌入套管119,以加强该导引通道118。并且如上所述的弹簧113可同样设置在该导引通道118内,并且弹簧113的两端分别固定于在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112的相对应的导引通道内,以便在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112彼此闭合时压缩地容纳在该导引通道118中。该弹簧113优选地为螺旋弹簧,以便拉线可以在其内孔中穿过。
如图1和2所示,鞋面锁紧机构160包括拉线161和锁紧器162。拉线161的一端固定在鞋面右侧部分130的靠近脚踝的前侧位置处,这例如借助于固定器165实现。该固定器165例如包括支架和锁紧螺 栓,拉线的所述端部与所述锁紧螺栓固定,并且该锁紧螺栓螺纹连接到该支架的螺纹孔上并可以通过沿螺纹孔拧动而调节拉线的长度。拉线161进一步跨过鞋面右侧部分130和鞋面左侧部分120之间的交界边缘延伸到鞋面左侧部分120,并沿着倾斜方向向上延伸再次跨过该交界边缘,拉线161然后大致水平延伸而第三次跨过交界边缘到达锁紧器162,呈大致Z字形延伸,在每次转向处,可以设置有包括滑轮的转向件163,由此便于拉线转向。拉线161在围绕锁紧器162缠绕之后,拉线161离开锁紧器162,并大致水平地沿着鞋面左侧部分120的后侧延伸,在后侧跨过鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130之间的交界边缘,到达鞋面右侧部分120的后侧上的转向件163,该转向件164例如包括滑轮,以使得拉线161回转,并然后向鞋面左侧部分延伸,类似地,在经设置于鞋面左侧部分120的另一转向件164回转之后,再次跨过该后侧的交界边缘而返回到鞋面右侧部分,并且该拉线161的另一端通过类似的固定器166固定在该鞋面右侧部分130的大致后侧中间位置,也类似地呈Z字形延伸。同样,虽然在上面详细描述了拉线161的布线方式和固定位置,但是本发明并不局限于此,本领域技术人员可以构想到其他固定位置和布线方式以利用拉线将鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分固定保持在闭合位置。
另外,为了引导拉线161,在鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130的适当位置处设置有导管167,以防止拉线161在拉紧和放松的过程中彼此纠缠,并使得拉线161被平顺地拉动。
另外,在拉线161从两侧接近锁紧器162的部分内,设置有螺旋弹簧168,该螺旋弹簧168可以确保拉线161相对于锁紧器的绳槽(下面将描述)的位置,并且适应锁紧器的前后移动(下面将描述)。
另外,为了防止拉线161彼此缠绕,尤其是防止拉线161在位于鞋面左侧部分120上的部分缠绕或松弛,在拉线的多个位置上,例如在鞋面左侧部分120上邻近鞋面左侧部分与鞋面右侧部分相配合的边缘处,设置有阻尼器169,拉线穿过该阻尼器169。该阻尼器169例如通过内部的弹簧钢丝(未示出)向拉线161赋予阻尼力,使得从阻尼器169到锁紧器的部分的拉线161保持拉紧。优选地是,还设置 有导管,以引导从阻尼器169到锁紧器162延伸的拉线161。
下面,参照图6描述阻尼器169的具体结构。如图6所示,阻尼器169包括固定在鞋面上的适当位置处的主体1691、形成在主体1691中以供拉线161从其中穿过的拉线通道1692、以及伸入到所述拉线通道1692中以向其中的拉线161施加阻尼力的阻尼件1693。在如图6所示的具体实施方式中,阻尼件1693例如为弹簧钢丝,该弹簧钢丝通过形成在主体1691上的狭缝1694伸入到拉线通道1692内,并压在拉线161上,从而为拉线161赋予阻尼力。该弹簧钢丝1693例如通过螺钉1695固定在主体1691上。
所述拉线例如可以由高强度尼龙或碳纤维制成。
如图3所示,在鞋面左侧部分120的靠近鞋底的位置处,还铰接有鞋面后侧部分140,在鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130彼此闭合时,该鞋面后侧部分140位于由鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130构成的鞋帮的内侧,以便于内靴的穿入和脱出。如图3所示,鞋面后侧部分140可枢转地与鞋面左侧部分120的下部连接,并且在其枢转轴内可以设置扭簧(未示出),以防止鞋面后侧部分140在鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分彼此分开时向外和向下翻转。另外,在枢转轴处还可以设置偏压装置,如弹簧,以将鞋面后侧部分140稍微向鞋面右侧部分130偏压,使得在鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130彼此分开时,鞋面后侧部分140可以位于二者的大概中间位置,挡住鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分之间的开口。另外,鞋面后侧部分140可以设置有定位突起141(见图11),在闭合时,该定位突起141可以同时与设置在鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130中的定位凹陷配合。
下面,参照图5描述根据本发明的实施方式的内靴200。
内靴200包括不同的柔软衬垫材料,确保保温、防水和舒适。但是,内靴的鞋底可以由较硬的橡胶或合成材料制成,使得内靴能够被单独穿戴而在雪地或路面上行走。由于在外壳100上形成有大的穿孔以减轻重量,因此,内靴200通过该穿孔漏出,使得内靴需要一定的防水性能。由此,内靴可以由防水材料制成。例如,内靴可以由皮革、 Goretex、尼龙等制成,并具有柔软的衬垫材料。
可替代的是,该内靴200也可以为充气内靴,并且在该内靴200中设置有微型充气泵,以便在内靴200穿入到外壳内之后,为该内靴200充气,使得内靴200与外壳100配合更紧密。该充气泵也可以是单独的充气泵,或者设置在外壳上的充气泵,本发明并不局限于此。
下面,参照图7和图8分别示出鞋面锁紧机构160和鞋底锁紧机构150中的锁紧器162和152。
首先参照图7,图7示出鞋面锁紧机构160的锁紧器162,在该图中,仅示出了鞋面的一部分。
锁紧器162通过支架10可前后滑动地固定在鞋面左侧部分120或鞋面右侧部分130上,这取决于具体的设计。并且锁紧器162包括固定在支架10上的轴11,以及依次套在轴11上的至少一个垫片12、内锁紧片13、分离弹簧14、双面棘轮15、离合弹簧16、外锁紧片17、异形垫片18、第一手柄19、凸轮20、凸轮随动件21、第二手柄22、垫片23、缓冲弹簧24、止挡片25和锁紧螺钉26。垫片12和内锁紧片13相对于支架固定,并且内锁紧片13上设置有可选择地与双面棘轮15的内侧棘齿151接合的棘爪(未示出),分离弹簧14设置在双面棘轮15和内锁紧片13之间,并且将双面棘轮15向外,即,朝向将双面棘轮15的内侧棘齿151与内锁紧片13的棘爪脱开的方向偏压双面棘轮15。双面棘轮15在相对的两侧上包括棘齿,即,上述内侧棘齿151和外侧棘齿(下面描述),所述内侧棘齿151和外侧棘齿具有相同的倾斜方向,即,使得在与相对应的棘爪啮合时,棘轮仅可以在一个相同方向上转动,并且可转动且可轴向滑动地套在轴11上,并且包括线槽,拉线161可以缠绕在该线槽内。
离合弹簧16、外锁紧片17与第一手柄19依次从双面棘轮15向外可转动且可滑动设置在轴11上,外锁紧片17例如通过铆钉或焊接固定到一起,并且异形垫片18夹置于其间。外锁紧片17具有可以选择地与双面棘轮15的外侧棘齿152相啮合的棘爪,例如三个棘爪,该棘爪为从外锁紧片17直接冲压出来。异形垫片18在圆周上具有三个缺口,该缺口与外锁紧片17的三个棘爪相对应,以便为棘爪的弹 性变形提供空间。
在第一手柄19的外侧,还固定有凸轮20,该凸轮20例如通过焊接固定于其上。第二手柄22紧邻第一手柄19设置,并且在第二手柄22上例如通过焊接固定有凸轮随动件21,该凸轮随动件21抵靠在凸轮20的凸轮面上。
在第二手柄20的外侧设置有垫片23、缓冲弹簧24和止挡片25,并且通过拧在轴11的外侧端部上的锁紧螺钉26防止上述机构从轴11上脱开。第一手柄19和第二手柄22为杠杆形式,以允许施加较大的力。另外,在第一手柄19上还设置有挡片191,在闭合外壳的左侧部分和右侧部分时,第二手柄22相对于第一手柄19转动到被该挡片191(图8中清楚示出)止挡的位置,并进而与第一手柄19一起旋转。
图8示出了鞋底锁紧器152,由于鞋底锁紧器152和鞋面锁紧器162具有基本相同的结构,除了鞋底锁紧器152的支架不可滑动,而是固定在鞋底上。因此,针对鞋面锁紧器162的描述可以等同地应用于鞋底锁紧器,并且省略相同的描述。
下面,参照图4描述根据本发明的实施方式的滑雪靴的使用方式。
例如,在从更衣室到滑雪道的路途中,滑雪者可以首先穿戴上内靴200,并且鞋带外壳100。在到达滑雪道时,滑雪者将鞋面锁紧器和鞋底锁紧器释放。下面参照鞋面锁紧器162进行描述。滑雪者第二手柄22相对于第一手柄19转动,使得第二手柄22相对第一手柄19形成大致90度的角度,响应于该转动,凸轮随动件21在抵靠凸轮20的同时沿其凸轮面移动,并且移动到凸轮面的低位置,此时,在锁紧器中的分离弹簧14的作用下,双面棘轮15、外锁紧片17、第一手柄19等被向外推动,使得双面棘轮15的内侧棘齿与内锁紧片13的棘爪脱开,同时,离合弹簧16使得双面棘轮15的外侧棘齿与外锁紧片17分离,使得双面棘轮可以围绕轴11自由旋转。鞋底锁紧器152可以利用相同的方式释放。在鞋底锁紧器152和鞋面锁紧器162都被释放的同时,依靠鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112之间的 弹簧113的作用力将鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112向彼此分开的方向推动,同时带动鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130彼此分开,滑雪者可以用手进一步拉开鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130,由此,外壳100处于图3所示的状态。
如图4所示,在图3的状态下,滑雪者可以将穿戴有内靴的脚穿入到外壳100中。在将所述内靴穿入到所述外壳内时,所述鞋面后侧部分借助于弹簧的偏压而位于所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分之间,由此内靴的鞋跟可以沿着鞋面后侧部分构成的斜面滑入外壳中。
在将内靴200穿入到外壳100中到位的同时,滑雪者锁紧鞋面锁紧机构160和鞋底锁紧机构150。仍以鞋面锁紧机构160为例,滑雪者相对于第一手柄19转动第二手柄22,使得第二手柄22与第一手柄19重合并且被第一手柄19上的止挡片191阻挡,使得第二手柄22的继续转动将带动第一手柄19。在第二手柄转动的过程中,凸轮随动件21与第二手柄一起转动,并抵靠在凸轮20的凸轮面上,从凸轮面的低位置向高位置移动,进而向内侧推压第一手柄19、外锁紧片17、双面棘轮15等,使得双面棘轮15的内侧棘齿与内锁紧片13的棘爪啮合,由此使得双面棘轮15只能够在一个方向上,即,将拉线161卷入的方向上转动,在同时,外锁紧片17上的棘爪与双面棘轮15的外侧棘齿啮合,从而在将拉线卷入的方向上允许手柄和双面棘轮一起旋转,而在相反方向上,手柄的旋转不能带动双面棘轮与之一起旋转。由于止挡片191的存在,第二手柄22和第一手柄19一同在卷入拉线的方向上转动,双面棘轮15卷入拉线161并借助于拉线161将鞋面左侧部分120和鞋面右侧部分130闭合到一起并牢固保持在这种位置。在将拉线161拉紧之后,可以通过反向旋转手柄而将手柄放置在适当的位置。
鞋底锁紧机构150的锁紧器152被以相同方式致动,使得克服鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧布置之间的弹簧的偏压力而将鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分闭合在一起并牢固保持在闭合位置。同样,通过反向转动手柄,而将手柄置于适当位置。
由此,外壳100处于图1和2所示的状态。在这种状态下,滑雪者可以将滑雪靴扣合到滑雪板上并可以开始滑雪。
在滑雪中途需要临时离开滑雪道的情况下,如上面描述的,滑雪者只需将两个锁紧器的第二杠杆相对于第一杠杆转动到大致成90度的位置,就可以将外壳100打开,由此将内靴200从外壳100中脱出,并穿戴着内靴200行走。
从上面的描述可以看出,通过简单的动作,可以将内靴从外壳中脱出,从而可以方便滑雪者行走。另外,在闭合时,外壳通过拉线锁紧在闭合位置,拉线可以在多个位置围绕鞋面和鞋底延伸,这样可以在多个位置向鞋面和鞋底施加闭合的力,使得闭合后的外壳整体性能更好,更好地支撑滑雪者的身体的重量。再者,在鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分之间设置有弹簧,该弹簧具有多种功能,该弹簧一方面在锁紧器释放时将鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分推开,便于外壳的打开;另一方面,与铰链相比,例如在美国专利申请US2016/192729A1中公开的铰链形式相比,弹簧可以是鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分自动分离不仅距离和角度更大,而且可利用弹簧变形改变角度,起到铰链作用,并进而使得鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分的分离距离更大,保证了内靴可以方便地穿入外壳中以及从外壳中脱出。另外,在本发明中,通过采用手柄式锁紧器,与旋钮式相比,可以将足够的力施加于所述锁紧器,以保证锁紧器能够将拉线拉紧并将外壳的左侧部分和右侧部分闭合到一起,同时,通过在锁紧器内设置离合弹簧,保证了外壳的左侧部分和右侧部分分开时锁紧器手柄不会连动,防止较长的手柄的转动伤及其他或与外壳的其他部分干涉。另外,通过将鞋面锁紧器可滑动地安装在鞋面左侧部分或鞋面右侧部分上,可以随着锁紧器拉紧拉线而自动调整锁紧器的位置,使得鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分可以均衡地被闭合。
下面参照图9和图10描述根据本发明的第二实施方式。第二实施方式与上面描述的实施方式的区别在于仅包括一个锁紧器,也就是说,用于捆紧鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分的拉线161和用于捆紧鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分的拉线151都由一个锁紧器300来锁紧。 第二实施方式的其他部分与第一实施方式的相同,相同的附图标记用于相同的部件并且省略相同的描述。
如图9和10所述,与上面描述的锁紧器152或162不同,锁紧器300包括用于拉线151的绳槽和用于拉线161的绳槽。拉线151的一端通过固定器153固定在鞋面左侧部分的靠近鞋尖的位置处,并且从该位置起向斜下方延伸到鞋底右侧部分内形成的导引通道118,并且通过该导引通道118多次跨过鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸,并且最终再斜向上延伸到达锁紧器300的用于拉线151的绳槽。拉线161类似地从固定器166开始,围绕鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分的前侧和右侧缠绕之后到达锁紧器300的用于拉线161的绳槽。另外,由于在闭合外壳100时,需要卷入的拉线151和拉线161的长度有可能不同,因此,用于拉线151的绳槽的直径和用于拉线161的绳槽的直径可以设计为彼此不同,以便同时将拉线151和161拉紧。另外,为了协调鞋面拉线和鞋底拉线的缠绕进度,锁紧器的双面棘轮上可以设置有三个槽,在这三个槽中,用于鞋面拉线的槽的直径大于其他两个用于鞋底拉线的槽的直径,并且鞋面拉线从两侧引入到用于鞋面拉线的槽中,以便在缠绕时,拉线从两侧被同时缠绕在槽中并且拉线彼此覆盖而快速增大槽的直径,这又进一步加快拉线被拉紧。用于鞋底的拉线的两端分别缠绕在小直径的每个槽中,并且二者之间没有覆盖,由此,以比用于鞋面拉线慢的速度被收紧,由此使得鞋底拉线和鞋面拉线彼此大致同时被拉紧,而将外壳置于闭合状态。关于锁紧器300的其他结构与上面描述的锁紧器152或162相同,在此不再重复描述。
在本发明的第二实施方式中,两个拉线151和161可以利用同一个锁紧器300来锁紧和释放,由此,可以进一步简化打开外壳100和闭合外壳100的过程,使得滑雪靴的实用性进一步提高。
另外,通过如上所述的方式布置拉线151和161,可以保证鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分平行收紧,并且在弹簧和导引销钉的引导下紧密闭合。另外,通过上述布线方式,可以均衡地将滑雪靴的外壳的各部位锁紧。为实现下面所述的电动锁紧提供条件。
在上面的两个实施方式中,描述了利用手柄手动拉紧拉线151和161的结构。但是,本发明并不局限于此,实际上,也可以在双面棘轮上设置致动器,如微型电机,该微型电机可以根据外部信号,例如滑雪者输入的指令,或者来自传感器的信号自动绕紧拉线。
例如,该致动器,例如,微型电机集成在双面棘轮的内侧,并且通过电源来供电,在滑雪者将内靴穿入外壳之后,滑雪者可以例如按压外壳100上的按钮,来起动该微型电机,从而驱动双面棘轮转动,进而拉紧拉线151和161,使得外壳处于闭合状态。
作为另一示例,滑雪者也可以例如通过无线方式向包括微型电机的锁紧器发送指令,从而拉紧拉线151和161。
该微型电机可以通过电源供电。该电源例如可以是电池、可再充电电池、将光的能量转变成电能的光伏电池等,本发明并不局限于此。
更进一步地,可以在外壳内侧或适当位置处设置有传感器,当传感器检测到内靴已经穿入外壳内并到位后,自动致动微型电机,从而拉紧拉线151和161,使得外壳处于闭合状态。
上面仅仅描述了采用电动锁紧器的一些示例,但本发明并不局限于此,本领域技术人员基于在此的教导可以构想到其他实施方式。
尽管上面对本发明的优选实施方式进行的详细描述,但是鉴于上面的描述,本领域技术人员可以构想到各种改进和变型。因此,本发明不应局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明的保护范围仅由所附的权利要求及其等价物限定。

Claims (66)

  1. 一种用于滑雪靴的外壳,所述外壳包括左侧部分和右侧部分,所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分能够在彼此平移分开一定距离的状态和彼此闭合的状态之间切换,在所述平移分开状态下,所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分能够相对于彼此枢转,所述外壳还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构包括拉线和锁紧器,所述锁紧器能够卷入所述拉线并拉紧所述拉线以将所述外壳保持在所述闭合状态,或者所述锁紧器能够释放所述拉线,以允许所述外壳被置于所述分开状态。

  18. 如权利要求17所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括可滑动地固定在所述左侧鞋面部分或所述右侧鞋面部分中的一个上的支架,固定在所述支架上的轴,所述双面棘轮可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并相对于所述支架固定的内锁紧片,设置在所述内锁紧片和所述双面棘轮之间的分离弹簧,其中,所述内锁紧片具有棘爪,该内锁紧片的棘爪选择性地与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿啮合,而所述分离弹簧朝向将所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿与所述内锁紧片的棘爪相互分离的方向偏压所述双面棘轮。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并且设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧的离合弹簧、可转动且和滑动地套在所述轴上且在所述离合弹簧的外侧上的外锁紧片、套在所述轴上并与所述外锁紧片固定的第一手柄、可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上并选择性向内侧推动所述第一手柄的第二手柄,其中外锁紧片包括棘爪,该棘爪可选择地与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿相啮合,且所述离合弹簧设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿和所述外锁紧片之间并且在将所述外锁紧片的棘爪与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿分离的方向上偏压所述外锁紧片。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的外壳,其中,所述第一手柄在其外侧上设置有凸轮,且在所述第二手柄的与第一手柄相对的一侧上设置有凸轮随动件,所述凸轮随动件抵靠在所述凸轮上。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括设置 在所述第二手柄的外侧的缓冲弹簧和防止所述第二手柄从所述轴脱开的止挡片。
  23. 如权利要求9所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底锁紧机构包括拉线和锁紧器,所述拉线在多个位置处穿过所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分并跨过所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间的交界边缘延伸。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的外壳,其中,所述拉线的一端被固定在所述鞋面左侧部分或鞋面右侧部分的鞋尖部分附近,并向下延伸到所述鞋底右侧部分或鞋底左侧部分,并通过形成在所述鞋底右侧部分和所述鞋底左侧部分内的贯通通孔多次穿过所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分,再绕锁紧器缠绕,以保证所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分被平行拉紧,并且从所述锁紧器进一步延伸到鞋跟部分处,并在另一端固定在鞋跟部分附近。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的外壳,其中,在所述贯通通孔内设置有套管。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括双面棘轮,所述拉线缠绕在双面棘轮上,并且所述双面棘轮可以被锁止以只能够沿着一个方向转动,由此卷入拉线,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分被闭合,并且所述双面棘轮的锁止可以被释放,使得双面棘轮可以自由旋转,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分可以处于打开状态。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括可滑动地固定在所述左侧鞋面部分或所述右侧鞋面部分中的一个上的支架,固定在所述支架上的轴,所述双面棘轮可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并相对于所述支架固定的内锁紧片,设置在所述内锁紧片和所述双面棘轮之间的分离弹簧,其中,所述内锁紧片具有棘爪,该内锁紧片的棘爪选择性地与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿啮合,而所述分离弹簧朝向将所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿与所述内锁紧片的棘爪相互分 离的方向偏压所述双面棘轮。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并且设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧的离合弹簧、可转动且和滑动地套在所述轴上且在所述离合弹簧的外侧上的外锁紧片、套在所述轴上并与所述外锁紧片固定的第一手柄、可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上并选择性向内侧推动所述第一手柄的第二手柄,其中外锁紧片包括棘爪,该棘爪可选择地与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿相啮合,且所述离合弹簧设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿和所述外锁紧片之间并且在将所述外锁紧片的棘爪与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿分离的方向上偏压所述外锁紧片。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的外壳,其中,所述第一手柄在其外侧上设置有凸轮,且在所述第二手柄的与第一手柄相对的一侧上设置有凸轮随动件,所述凸轮随动件抵靠在所述凸轮上。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括设置在所述第二手柄的外侧的缓冲弹簧和防止所述第二手柄从所述轴脱开的止挡片。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的外壳,其中,所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄为杠杆形式。
  33. 如权利要求1所述的外壳,其中,所述外壳还包括铰接在所述左侧部分或所述右侧部分上的鞋面后侧部分,所述鞋面后侧部分处于所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分的后部的中间位置。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的外壳,其中,在所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分被分开时,所述鞋面后侧部分被朝向所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分中间的位置偏压。
  35. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧器和拉线。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的外壳,其中,所述拉线包括鞋面拉线和鞋底拉线,所述锁紧器设置在所述鞋面左侧部分或鞋面右侧部分的大致中间位置处。
  37. 如权利要求36所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底拉线的一端固 定,从该固定端开始,所述鞋底拉线在所述鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分内的多个位置跨过所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸多次,并终止于所述锁紧器,以保证所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分被平行拉紧。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋面拉线的一端固定,并且从该固定端开始,该鞋面拉线在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分的多个位置处、并且在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分的前侧和右侧跨过所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸多次,并缠绕在所述锁紧器上。
  39. 如权利要求38所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽和用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽,并且用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽的直径与用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽的直径不同。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的外壳,其中,用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽包括两个绳槽,而用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽包括一个绳槽,所述鞋底拉线的两端分别缠绕在每个用于鞋底拉线的绳槽上,而所述鞋面拉线的两端从两侧同时缠绕在用于鞋面拉线的绳槽上。
  41. 如权利要求40所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括双面棘轮,所述绳槽设置在该双面棘轮上,并且所述双面棘轮可以被锁止以只能够沿着一个方向转动,由此卷入拉线,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分被闭合,并且所述双面棘轮的锁止可以被释放,使得双面棘轮可以自由旋转,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分可以处于打开状态。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括可滑动地固定在所述左侧鞋面部分或所述右侧鞋面部分中的一个上的支架,固定在所述支架上的轴,所述双面棘轮可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上。
  43. 如权利要求42所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并相对于所述支架固定的内锁紧片,设置在所述内锁紧片和所述双面棘轮之间的分离弹簧,其中,所述内锁紧片具有棘爪,该内锁紧片的棘爪选择性地与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿啮合,而所述分离 弹簧朝向将所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿与所述内锁紧片的棘爪相互分离的方向偏压所述双面棘轮。
  44. 如权利要求43所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并且设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧的离合弹簧、可转动且和滑动地套在所述轴上且在所述离合弹簧的外侧上的外锁紧片、套在所述轴上并与所述外锁紧片固定的第一手柄、可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上并选择性向内侧推动所述第一手柄的第二手柄,其中外锁紧片包括棘爪,该棘爪可选择地与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿相啮合,且所述离合弹簧设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿和所述外锁紧片之间并且在将所述外锁紧片的棘爪与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿分离的方向上偏压所述外锁紧片。
  45. 如权利要求44所述的外壳,其中,所述第一手柄在其外侧上设置有凸轮,且在所述第二手柄的与第一手柄相对的一侧上设置有凸轮随动件,所述凸轮随动件抵靠在所述凸轮上。
  46. 如权利要求45所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括设置在所述第二手柄的外侧的缓冲弹簧和防止所述第二手柄从所述轴脱开的止挡片。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的外壳,其中,所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄为杠杆形式。
  48. 如权利要求9所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器为电动锁紧器。
  49. 如权利要求48所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括微型电机。
  50. 如权利要求49所述的外壳,其中,在所述内靴穿入到所述外壳内时,所述微型电机被致动,以拉紧所述拉线。
  51. 如权利要求50所述的外壳,其中,所述致动响应于来自滑雪者的指令。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的外壳,其中,所述指令通过所述滑雪者操作设置于所述外壳上的按钮实现;或者所述指令通过所述滑雪者遥控发出。
  53. 如权利要求51所述的外壳,其中,所述致动响应于来自传 感器的信号自动发出,所述传感器检测所述内靴插入到所述外壳中并到位。
  54. 一种滑雪靴,包括如上述权利要求1至53中任一项所述的外壳以及可穿入外壳中和可从外壳中脱出的内靴。
  55. 如权利要求54所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述内靴包括由硬的橡胶或合成材料制成的鞋底和由柔软材料制成的鞋面。
  56. 如权利要求54所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述内靴是可充气内靴。
  57. 如权利要求56所述的滑雪靴,其中,还包括充气泵,以为所述内靴充气。
  58. 如权利要求57所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述充气泵设置在所述内靴上或设置在所述外壳上。
  59. 一种锁紧器,包括支架、相对于支架固定的内锁紧片、可滑动且可转动地设置在支架上的双面棘轮、以及外锁紧片,其中,所述内锁紧片和所述外锁紧片分别与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿和外侧棘齿啮合,以使得所述双面棘轮只能在一个方向上转动,并且所述内锁紧片和所述外锁紧片能够同时与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿和外侧棘齿分离,以使得所述双面棘轮可以自由转动。
  60. 如权利要求59所述的锁紧器,还包括设置在所述双面棘轮和所述内锁紧片之间的分离弹簧和设置在所述双面棘轮和所述外锁紧片之间的离合弹簧,所述分离弹簧在将所述内锁紧片和所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿相分离的方向上施加力,且所述离合弹簧在将所述外锁紧片和所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿相分离的方向上施加力。
  61. 如权利要求60所述的锁紧器,还包括轴,所述轴固定在所述支架上,且所述内锁紧片、分离弹簧、双面棘轮、离合弹簧和外锁紧片可滑动和可转动地设置在所述轴上。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的锁紧器,还包括克服所述分离弹簧和离合弹簧的弹力将所述内锁紧片、所述双面棘轮和所述外锁紧片压成彼此啮合以及释放所述内锁紧片、所述双面棘轮和所述外锁紧片之间的啮合的手柄。
  63. 如权利要求62所述的锁紧器,其中,所述手柄包括可滑动和可转动地设置在所述轴上的第一手柄和第二手柄,所述第一手柄包括凸轮,而所述第二手柄包括凸轮随动件,所述凸轮随动件抵靠在所述凸轮的凸轮面上。
  64. 如权利要求63所述的锁紧器,还包括设置在所述第二手柄与所述第一手柄相反的一侧上的缓冲弹簧。
  65. 如权利要求64所述的锁紧器,还包括设置在所述轴的自由端部上的阻挡机构,以防止设置在所述轴上的内锁紧片、分离弹簧、双面棘轮、外锁紧片、第一和第二手柄、缓冲弹簧从所述轴上脱离。
  66. 如权利要求65所述的锁紧器,所述阻挡机构包括挡片和拧在所述轴的自由端部上的锁紧螺钉。
