Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel mit einer Verstauvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Ein bekanntes Sitzmöbel mit einer Verstauvorrichtung ist derart ausgebildet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung seitlich zu einem Sitzteil und einem Rückenteil des Sitzmöbels angeordnet ist und ein Staufach umfasst. Das Staufach der Verstauvorrichtung ist dazu ausgebildet, Zeitschriften aufzunehmen. Eine Befüllungsöffnung des Staufachs ist oben angeordnet und in einer Schließstellung von der gepolsterten Seitenlehne des Sitzmöbels verschlossen. Die US 2006/061154 A1 zeigt ein Sitzmöbel, welches dem der Erfindung ähnlich ist.
    • Aufgaben und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, die Nutzung eines Sitzmöbels einer Verstauvorrichtung zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Ausführungsformen der Erfindung angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung geht von einem Sitzmöbel mit einer Verstauvorrichtung aus, wobei das Sitzmöbel ein Sitzgestell mit einem Sitzelement und einer Rückenlehne umfasst, wobei die Rückenlehne eine Nutzfläche und das Sitzelement eine Sitzfläche aufweist und wobei das Sitzmöbel ein Polsterelement für das Sitzgestell umfasst, das lösbar am Sitzgestell anbringbar ist.
  • Das Sitzmöbel ist insbesondere ein Outdoor-Sitzmöbel. Die Nutzung des Sitzmöbels findet beispielsweise auf einer Terrasse oder in einem Garten statt.
  • Das Sitzgestell des Sitzmöbels ist derart ausgestaltet, dass ein Nutzer auf einer Sitzfläche des Sitzelements sitzen und sich mit seinem Rücken an einer Nutzfläche der Rückenlehne anlehnen kann.
  • Vorteilhafterweise bilden ein Sitzelement und eine Rückenlehne des Sitzgestells eine Sitzeinheit für einen Nutzer. Die Rückenlehne kann dabei in einem rückseitigen Bereich das Sitzmöbel begrenzen. Insbesondere schließt die Rückenlehne das Sitzmöbel mit einem Wandelement ab, welches derart ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich von einem unteren Bereich, zum Beispiel vom Boden bzw. einer Stellfläche, auf welchem das Sitzmöbel angeordnet ist, durchgehend bis zu einem oberen Bereich erstreckt. Der obere Bereich des Wandelements der Rückenlehne befindet sich beispielsweise in Höhe der Lendengegend, gegebenenfalls in Höhe des Schulterbereichs oder in Kopfhöhe eines Nutzers, welcher auf dem Sitzmöbel Platz genommen hat.
  • Das Sitzmöbel ist beispielsweise als Sessel in Form einer einzigen Sitzeinheit für einen Nutzer ausgebildet. Das Sitzmöbel kann aber auch als Bank und/oder Sofa ausgestaltet sein und mehrere Sitzeinheiten, beispielsweise zwei oder drei Sitzeinheiten, für zum Beispiel ein, zwei oder drei oder mehr Nutzer, aufweisen.
  • Der wesentliche Aspekt der Erfindung ist nun darin zu sehen, dass die Verstauvorrichtung an der Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Polsterelement des Sitzmöbels in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden kann.
  • Hierdurch ist es möglich, ein Polsterelement des Sitzmöbels bei Nichtbenutzung direkt am Sitzmöbel in der Verstauvorrichtung, insbesondere wettergeschützt, zu verstauen. Es ist somit kein weiteres Verstaumittel vorzusehen, wie beispielsweise eine Kiste oder Truhe, um das Polsterelement des Sitzmöbels bei Nichtbenutzung zu lagern.
  • Ein Material des Sitzgestells und/oder des Polsterelements und/oder der Verstauvorrichtung ist vorteilhafterweise derart ausgestaltet, dass es herkömmlichen Umwelteinflüssen wie Wind, Regen, Kälte, Hitze und/oder Sonneneinstrahlung, beispielsweise in Sommermonaten, vergleichsweise verschleißfrei ausgesetzt werden kann. Insbesondere ist das Material des Polsterelements derart ausgestaltet, dass es schnell trocknet und/oder wasserabweisend ist.
  • Das Sitzgestell und/oder die Verstauvorrichtung sind beispielsweise aus Holz, Metall und/oder Kunststoff oder einer Kombination der Materialien ausgebildet. Insbesondere kann das Sitzgestell eine Beschichtung aufweisen, welche es gegenüber Umwelteinflüssen schützt.
  • Das Sitzmöbel kann ein erstes Polsterelement für ein Sitzelement des Sitzmöbels und ein zweites Polsterelement für eine Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels umfassen. Beispielsweise sind das erste und das zweite Polsterelement miteinander verbunden, gegebenenfalls fest, beispielsweise über eine Naht.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist von Vorteil, dass das Sitzmöbel derart ausgebildet ist, dass alle Polsterelemente der Sitzfläche eines Sitzelements in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden können.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Variante der Erfindung können alle Polsterelemente aller Sitzflächen aller Sitzelemente des Sitzmöbels in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden.
  • Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Sitzmöbel derart ausgebildet ist, dass zumindest ein Polsterelement des Sitzelements und ein Polsterelement der Rückenlehne in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden können.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Sitzmöbel ein Polsterelement für eine Nutzfläche der Rückenlehne auf und die Verstauvorrichtung ist derart ausgestaltet, dass ein Polsterelement des Sitzelements und ein Polsterelement der Rückenlehne in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden können.
  • Vorteilhaft erweist sich auch, dass das Sitzmöbel derart ausgebildet ist, dass alle Polsterelemente des Sitzmöbels in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden können.
  • Dadurch lassen sich alle Polsterelemente des Sitzmöbels direkt am Sitzmöbel bei Nichtbenutzung unterbringen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Raum der Verstauvorrichtung vollständig mit dem und/oder den Polsterelementen des Sitzmöbels ausfüllbar. Beispielsweise können die Polsterelemente vollständig in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden. Insbesondere ist die Verstauvorrichtung derart ausgestaltet, dass ausschließlich ein oder mehrere Polsterelemente des Sitzmöbels in der Verstauvorrichtung verstaut werden kann.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Modifikation ist die Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels derart ausgestaltet, ein Polsterelement wasserdicht zu verstauen.
  • Beispielsweise weist die Verstauvorrichtung ein Lüftungsorgan auf, welches die Verstauvorrichtung gegebenenfalls hermetisch gegenüber Feuchtigkeit von außen abdichtet, um ein Schimmeln der Polster zu vermeiden. Insbesondere sind die Lüftungsorgane der Verstauvorrichtung derart ausgestaltet, dass ein nasses Polsterelement, welches in die Verstauvorrichtung eingesetzt ist, trocknen kann.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist die Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels als Behälter mit einem Deckel ausgebildet.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist die Verstauvorrichtung als kastenförmiger Behälter ausgebildet, welcher ein Bodenelement und ein Seitenelement umfasst und auf der dem Bodenelement gegenüber angeordneten Seite offen ausgebildet ist und dadurch eine Behälteröffnung aufweist. Durch die Behälteröffnung ist es einem Nutzer möglich ein und/oder mehrere Polsterelemente des Sitzmöbels von oben in den kastenförmigen Behälter der Verstauvorrichtung einzusetzen.
  • Der Deckel kann derart ausgestaltet sein, dass er die Behälteröffnung des Behälters vollständig verschließt und lose auf dem Behälter der Verstauvorrichtung aufliegend angeordnet ist.
  • Vorteilhafterweise besitzt der Deckel ein Bedienungselement, mit welchem es einem Nutzer des Sitzmöbels möglich ist, den Deckel zu greifen und von der Behälteröffnung des Behälters zu entfernen oder diesen zu öffnen. Damit kann ein Nutzer in einfacher Weise ein Polsterelement in den Behälter einzusetzen oder aus dem Behälter zu entnehmen.
  • Die Verstauvorrichtung und/oder das Sitzmöbel können außerdem derart ausgebildet sein, dass ein Polsterelement, auch aus Richtung der Rückseite des Sitzmöbels, von oben in die Verstauvorrichtung eingesetzt oder aus der Verstauvorrichtung entnommen werden kann.
  • Vorteilhaft erweist sich auch, dass der Behälter ein Ordnungselement besitzt.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist ein Innenraum der Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels durch das Ordnungselement derart unterteilt, dass ein Nutzer ein Polsterelement des Sitzmöbels geordnet in die Verstauvorrichtung einbringen kann. Das Ordnungselement kann derart an der Verstauvorrichtung ausgeformt sein, dass der Innenraum der Verstauvorrichtung zum Verstauen des Polsterelements bestmöglich ausgenutzt wird. Beispielsweise ist das Ordnungselement derart ausgestaltet, dass ein und/oder mehrere Polsterelemente des Sitzmöbels passend in die Verstauvorrichtung eingesetzt werden können. Hierdurch ist es für einen Nutzer vergleichsweise einfach möglich, ein und/oder mehrere Polsterelemente schnell und sauber in der Verstauvorrichtung zu verstauen.
  • Außerdem kann durch eine geeignete Ausgestaltung des Ordnungselements das Polsterelement so verstaut werden, dass es nicht beschädigt und nicht deformiert wird, beispielsweise zerknüllt und/oder zerknautscht.
  • Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Deckel der Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels vorteilhaft mit dem Behälter der Verstauvorrichtung über ein Gelenkorgan verbunden ist.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist der Behälter über ein Scharnier mit dem Deckel verbunden. Damit kann ein Nutzer die Verstauvorrichtung öffnen, indem der Deckel vom Behälter einfach weggeklappt wird.
  • Überdies von Vorteil ist, dass der Deckel und/oder der Behälter der Verstauvorrichtung ein Verschlusselement umfasst.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Modifikation der Erfindung kann der Behälter über ein Verschlusselement mit dem Deckel verschlossen werden. Beispielsweise ist das Verschlusselement als Schloss ausgestaltet, zum Beispiel als Schnappschloss, mit welchem der Behälter verschlossen bzw. abgeschlossen werden kann. Hierdurch ist der Inhalt der Verstauvorrichtung gegenüber einem unbeabsichtigten Öffnen des Behälters, beispielsweise durch starken Wind, geschützt. Außerdem können die Polsterelemente oder andere Dinge sicher gegenüber Dieben in der Verstauvorrichtung aufbewahrt werden.
  • Durch die Ausgestaltung des Verschlusselements als Schnappschloss ist eine vergleichsweise angenehme und einfache Bedienung, zum Beispiel ein Öffnen oder Schließen der Verstauvorrichtung durch einen Nutzer möglich.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorteilhaft, dass die Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels ein Rückenlehne-Element der Rückenlehne bildet.
  • Vorteilhaftweise ist die Verstauvorrichtung Bestandteil der Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels und bildet ein Rückenlehnen-Element der Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels. Die Nutzfläche der Rückenlehne bildet beispielsweise ein weiteres Rückenlehnen-Element der Rückenlehne.
  • Dadurch kann das Sitzmöbel hinsichtlich ästhetischer Gesichtspunkte perfektioniert werden. Ebenfalls kann hierdurch das Sitzmöbel mit der Verstauvorrichtung vergleichsweise kostengünstig hergestellt werden.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist die Verstauvorrichtung am rückseitigen Bereich der Rückenlehne angeordnet, beispielsweise angehängt und/oder geklipst und/oder geklemmt und/oder geschraubt und/oder geklebt.
  • Ist zum Beispiel die Verstauvorrichtung an die Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels abnehmbar angeordnet, so kann die Verstauvorrichtung vergleichsweise einfach und bequem zur Aufbewahrung beispielsweise im Winter vom Sitzgestell entfernt werden und vorteilhaft in einem trockenen Lagerraum aufbewahrt werden.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Variante schließt die Verstauvorrichtung in einem rückseitigen das Sitzmöbel ab.
  • Insbesondere schließt die Verstauvorrichtung das Sitzmöbel im rückseitigen Bereich mit einem Wandelement ab, welches derart ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich von einem unteren Bereich, vorteilhaft vom Boden, auf welchem das Sitzmöbel angeordnet ist, beispielsweise durchgehend bis zu einem oberen Bereich erstreckt. Die Verstauvorrichtung erstreckt sich insbesondere bis zu einem oberen Abschluss der Rückenlehne des Sitzgestells. Hierdurch bildet die Verstauvorrichtung vorteilhaft den rückseitigen Bereich des Sitzmöbels.
  • Überdies von Vorteil ist, dass die Verstauvorrichtung die Rückenlehne des Sitzgestells des Sitzmöbels bildet. Insbesondere sind die Rückenlehne und das Sitzelement als feste Einheit ausgebildet.
  • Vorteilhafterweise weist die Verstauvorrichtung des Sitzmöbels ein Wandelement auf, welches das Sitzgestell im rückseitigen Bereich abschließt und ein weiteres Wandelement, welches im fronseitigen Bereich eine Nutzfläche für einen Rücken eines Nutzers bzw. eine Auflage für ein Polster bildet. Hierdurch lässt sich ein Sitzmöbel mit einer Verstauvorrichtung vergleichsweise kostengünstig herstellen.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Modifikation der Erfindung ist die Verstauvorrichtung als Rückenlehne des Sitzgestells des Sitzmöbels ausgebildet und mit einem Sitzelement lösbar verbunden. Beispielsweise ist die Verstauvorrichtung mit dem Sitzelement klemmend und/oder klipsend und/oder rastend verbunden.
    • Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeispiele
  • Anhand der nachstehenden schematischen Zeichnungen werden Ausführungsbeispiele unter Angabe weiterer Einzelheiten und Vorteile näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:

    eine perspektivische Teilansicht auf ein weiteres erfindungsgemäßes Sitzmöbel.
  • Ein Sitzmöbel 1 umfasst ein Sitzgestell 23 (Figur 1) und ist als zweisitziges Loungemöbel ausgebildet. Das Sitzgestell 23 umfasst ein Sitzelement 3 und Verstauvorrichtungen 2a, 2b.
  • Die Verstauvorrichtungen 2a, 2b sind als Rückenlehne 14 ausgebildet und auf dem Sitzelement 3, in einer zur Rückseite des Sitzelements 3 nach innen versetzten Position, angeordnet. Die Verstauvorrichtung 2a, 2b ist als kastenförmiger Behälter 4 ausgestaltet. Am Behälter 4 ist an einer Oberseite eine Öffnung 15 vorgesehen. An einer langen Kante 16 eines Seitenelements des Behälters 4 im Bereich der Öffnung 15 ist über Scharniere (nicht dargestellt) ein Deckel 5 angeordnet und die Öffnung 15 kann durch den Deckel 5 verschlossen werden. Ein geschlossener Zustand des Behälters 4 ist in Figur 1 durch Detail I und ein offener Zustand durch Detail II gezeigt.
  • Der Deckel 5 weist einen Griff 6 auf, welcher einem Nutzer ermöglicht, den Behälter 4 durch eine Schwenkbewegung (in Pfeilrichtung) des Deckels 5 zu öffnen.
  • Außerdem weist der Behälter 4 vier Wandnelemente 4a, 4b, 4c, 7 auf, wovon ein Wandelement eine Nutzfläche 7 bildet, an welcher ein Nutzer, welcher auf dem Sitzmöbel 1 Platz genommen hat, sich mit seinem Rücken anlehnen kann.
  • Das Sitzelement 3 umfasst eine rechteckige Platte 18, welche auf einer Oberseite eine Sitzfläche 8 aufweist und auf einer der Oberseite gegenüber angeordneten Unterseite über z.B. vier stabförmige Fußelemente 17a bis 17d von einer Stellfläche erhöht angeordnet ist. Hierdurch befindet sich die Sitzfläche 8 für einen Nutzer in einer vergleichsweise bequemen erhöhten Position.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine weitere Variante eines Sitzmöbels 9 gezeigt, welche ein Sitzelement 19 mit einer gegenüber dem Sitzmöbel 1 vergleichsweise dicken rechteckigen Platte 20 aufweist. Außerdem zeigt Figur 2 rechteckige Fußelemente 21a - 21d, welche auf einer Unterseite des Sitzelements 19 angeordnet sind und die Sitzfläche 10 des Sitzelements 19 vorteilhaft gegenüber einer Stellfläche erhöhen.
  • Überdies sind in Figur 2 Polsterelemente 11a, 11c für die Sitzfläche 10 und Polsterelemente 11b, 11d für die Nutzfläche 7 der Rückenlehne gezeigt. Die Polsterelemente 11c, 11d können nebeneinander von oben durch die Öffnung 15 in die Verstauvorrichtung 2 passgenau eingesetzt werden und sind z.B. rechteckig oder quadratisch.
  • Eine weitere Variante eines Sitzmöbels 12 ist in Figur 3 gezeigt. Das Sitzmöbel 12 ist als dreisitziges Outdoor-Sofa ausgestaltet. Am Sitzmöbel 12 sind drei kastenförmige Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c gezeigt, welche als Rückenlehne ausgebildet sind und zudem im rückseitigen Bereich des Sitzmöbels 12 das Sitzmöbel 12 abschließen. Außerdem sind Polsterelemente 13a - 13f gezeigt, welche in den Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c, beispielsweise im Fall der Nichtbenutzung, untergebracht werden können.
  • Hierzu sind im Inneren der Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c z.B. plattenartige Ordnungselemente 22a - 22c ausgebildet, welche die Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c fächerartig unterteilen. In die hierdurch entstehenden beiden Fächer der Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c kann dadurch je Verstauvorrichtungen 14a - 14c ein Sitzelement 13a, 13e, 13f der Sitzfläche und ein Sitzelement 13b, 13c, 13d der Nutzfläche der Rückenlehne komfortabel, aufgeräumt eingebracht werden.

Claims (9)

  1. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) mit einer Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c), wobei das Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) ein Sitzgestell (23) mit einem Sitzelement (3, 19) und einer Rückenlehne umfasst, wobei die Rückenlehne eine Nutzfläche (7) und das Sitzelement (3, 19) eine Sitzfläche (8, 10) aufweist und das Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) ein Polsterelement (11a - 11d, 13a - 13f) für das Sitzgestell (23) umfasst, das lösbar am Sitzgestell anbringbar ist, wobei die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Polsterelement (11a - 11d, 13a - 13f) des Sitzmöbels (1, 9, 12) in der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) verstaut werden kann, wobei die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) ein Rückenlehnen-Element der Rückenlehne bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) zur Unterbringung aller Polsterelemente (11a, 11c, 13a, 13e, 13f) der Sitzfläche des Sitzelements (3, 19) in der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) ausgestaltet ist, dass zumindest ein Polsterelement (11a, 11c, 13a, 13e, 13f) des Sitzelements (3, 19) und ein Polsterelement (11b, 11d, 13b - 13d) der Rückenlehne in der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) verstaut werden können.
  3. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12)) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) derart ausgebildet ist, dass alle Polsterelemente (11a - 11d, 13a -13f) des Sitzmöbels (1, 9, 12) in der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) verstaut werden können.
  4. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) derart ausgestaltet ist, ein Polsterelement (11a - 11d, 13a -13f) wasserdicht zu verstauen.
  5. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) als Behälter (4) mit einem Deckel (5) ausgestaltet ist.
  6. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach dem vorangegangenen Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (4) ein Ordnungselement (22a - 22c) besitzt.
  7. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach dem vorangegangenen Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (5) der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) mit dem Behälter (4) der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) über ein Gelenkorgan verbunden ist.
  8. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach dem vorangegangenen Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (5) und/oder der Behälter (4) der Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) ein Verschlusselement umfasst.
  9. Sitzmöbel (1, 9, 12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstauvorrichtung (2a, 2b, 14a - 14c) die Rückenlehne des Sitzgestells (23) bildet.
